Great service and communication, driver was waiting at LAS and the car was very nice, thank you! The booking was very easy and I had to amend it which was dealt with seamlessly.
My driver Lanette was personable and a great person to meet on my first trip to Vegas. The Tesla was also first rate.
Star communicated with us a soon as we landed. Was waiting at baggage claim. Delightful conversation. Just overall excellent experince
Our driver was amazing!!! Very friendly and helpful. Took us anywhere we wanted to go and made sure we we’re comfortable
Our driver Walt made the perfect trip! Hope to see him again. Jack & Liz. I don’t know what more to say other than we were glad we had a ride😊
Our driver, zebu, was excellent. He texted when our plane landed and told us at which gate our luggage would arrive and he would be waiting for us there. He had a sign with our name, he assisted with the luggage, and his car was impeccable. He was friendly, professional , and kind. I definitely recommend.
Cancelled our ride after confirming it. We didn’t have a ride when. Had to figure something else out
Jose was very courteous and prompt in taking us to our hotel. He even stopped so we could pick up some water for our hotel room as we had a late flight in. Totally great experience.
Brian let me know by text where he was waiting. We received an upgraded car, which was wonderful. Brian was a great chauffeur and everything was on time and above what was expected. I'll be a repeat customer.
Our driver was wonderful! So nice. Took a bunch of photos for us. Communicated throughout the pick up process. The car was fantastic. It’s more expensive than an Uber but we wanted to be sure we had someone there when we needed them.
Great service! DAVE was very prompt.. Carried our bags and had cold water waiting! Definitely won’t do it any other way!
I ordered a Lincoln Town Car, and received a Tesla. Don’t get me wrong it was a nice Tesla, but don’t advertise guarantee a Town Car. I could have Ubered in a Tesla for a third of the price.
Great service!!! Great communication. Texted me when he arrived. Held a sign with my name on it. Helped with our bags. Awesome car.
The driver was there on time and he was nice enough, but my friend had two bigger bags and I just had one little one. He only rolled my little one to the car, not hers. She’s in her late 70s, so it should’ve been immediately obvious to him to take those bags. Frankly, I thought it was lazy. Also, the left rear door of the test what didn’t work, so I had to slide all the way over both times to get in and out of the car. For $120, I deserve more.
I can't remember the young lady's name that pick us up, but she texted me before we landed to let me know what carousel she was at in baggage claim. She was very knowledgeable about the latest and great things happening in Vegas..
Dave was very personable felt like someone we knew for years. I hope you guys stick with him. Love the sign and car.
Flight number and time changed they accommodated us w pleasure. Never skipped a beat. Driver professional and very helpful
Our driver Travis was absolutely amazing we had a great experience! The experience with the private service was really great the only thé I would be cautious of was booking through viator because we found out if we just booked with the company directly it would be half the cost, Because viator asks how many people in your party it charges for each individual party member and so we ended up with 2 cars for only two people. Which was unfortunate and a waste because we could have used that to go to more sites instead we didn’t even realize what happened until the end when we found out how much it could be if we wanted to use their services for more sites.
Great service. My flight was delayed, however the driver was still there waiting in the baggage terminal when we got there. Very friendly and helpful.
Great experience! Thanks for much for surprising my partner ! Great service we will use you again ! Told us all about the great spots to eat and some history about Vegas on the way to our hotel !
Valerie was awesome. Like a long lost friend. Great service! Prompt and very courteous. A wonderful experience.
Driver waiting upon arrival. Retrieved bags for me. Fabulous car! Driver offered other stops for our convenience. Very friendly and professional!!!! Did I say… the Tesla was fabulous!
Charles Brown was personable and provided insight into what we had planned. A very pleasant experience!
I called for availability and was told you had a car available. When I arrived I was told there aren’t cars available. My card was charged and am awaiting my refund.
The driver did not pick me up and when I called the number provided, they said that they cannot find the records. I tried calling back again and was hung up on. I then had to order an Uber at their surge rate to get home. I expect a full refund at a minimum.
Royce Bunag was our driver and he was amazing.. he went above and beyond even though our flight was delayed he waited for us and help with our luggage even. Thank you so much Royce.
Very nice time, nice driver cool car. Definitely worth the money. I'd definitely do again..............
Perfect pickup and professional, friendly driver. Comfortable car. It was a mice start to our trip. Highly recommended!
John Barnes was on time, professional and accommodating. Would definitely recommend as a driver. Thank you
Our driver Konrad was incredible! He was accommodating, funny and extremely kind. We will definitely be using this service for any future trips!
Everything, service was awesome and Dante was a great driver, and showed us all the new things on the strip on our way to the hotel.
Our driver was very professional, nice & helpful. Great experience We will book on our next trip to lad Vegas
Mix up with pick up location. But once it did arrive was great. Tesla was amazing. Journey quick and efficient
Driver tracked our flight, which was slightly late and texted exactly where to meet him. The Tesla we rode in was awesome. He was very kind to talk about points of interest and ideas for kids in Las Vegas.
Excellent driver with super clean car. He was personable and very professional. He suggested age approximate activities for our stay.
Great experience and well worth the price! I was met by my driver inside the airport and he was so kind and helpful. I quickly walked to the car and was out of the airport in minutes. My driver and I had a nice conversation and he even provided tips about places to eat. It was stress free and I would recommend this service to others!
Terrible service canceled my service 45 minutes after i landed , an never really checked back in on me
Excellent service, no wait, friendly, professional and courteous. Driver was informative an helpful. Highly recommended.
To be straight to the point, the driver & car never showed up even after multiple text conversations confirming.. I will never use this company again.
Jorge was out driver and he was amazing. He communicated his location and met us in baggage claim. He assisted us with luggage and suggested areas for us to visit being this was our first time in Vegas. I needed a few things and he stopped at a local store and gave us history of the areas we were driving and pointed out attractions and buildings. Such a pleasant gentleman and the vehicle was very clean. He opened the door and assisted me in and out of the vehicle.
I wish I could recall our driver’s name, but I can’t recommend him or this company enough!! Nothing like arriving in Vegas to a Tesla waiting! Driver took us to get water/alcohol off the strip to save money and upon telling him my parents (in the back seat) had never been to Vegas, he took us on a car tour of the strip, taking pictures along the way. He really set the mood/tone for an incredible weekend! Can’t recommend these guys enough! Definitely worth the few extra bucks over an Uber. Thanks guys!!!!
Great driver and great Tesla S ride from Airport to Las Vegas Strip! Our driver was waiting for us at baggage. And got our luggage and then a short distance to our car. Thanks
The experience was much better than waiting in line at the Vegas Airport for a ride. Dave our driver was great.
Driver personality and car! And driver was very informative and friendly. We would highly recommend to friends!!
Very courteous and professional staff Todd was great car was clean and awesome let us stop to get some goodie’s for the room
Our driver Eric rocked! He was waiting for us at baggage claim - helped get our bags off the carousel - had a cool Tesla instead of the Chrysler we were expecting - he offered to stop and let us pick up stuff along the way - he was very informative - gave us a lot of ideas and great info! Would definitely recommend book again!!
It was an awesome experience ride from the airport and I recommend this company to anyone the car was a plus and the driver was excellent
Our driver was very nice and helpful. He went out of his way to make our experience a enjoyable one. He has a very pleasant personality.
William was my driver. It is his first month on the job but he did an excellent job. On time, text me while I departing the plane. He has a great personality and I would be happy to use him again. The car was extremely clean and up to date. Well worth the money
Great to receive a text that my driver was there and where he was. Super communication. Courteous and professional. Nice vehicle.
