Very fun. They told us everything we needed to know. Made sure everything was good to go before we left.

The crew is very informative. Very professional. Had an issue with one of the quads, called them they answered right away. Brought us a different machine very quickly and got us back on your way. I will be back

Absolutely loved this experience!! If you want to get off the strip for a day this is the place to go! Rocks took us through the pre ride rules and then we got two hours of riding!! Family friendly, cool staff, and great memories!!

I had soooo much fun on my ATV trip!! 😂❤️ It was my first time and everyone was amazing! Even with my little missing flag situation 😂 they were so understanding! When we arrived at the Depot. We followed an airline type zigzag to the desk. The lady asked us if we had completed the wavier online (welcome to America). We said we had already done it, but she said that she did not have it so we had to go back to the front of the zigzag scan the QR code and do it all again. We had paid the full amount with Viator. We knew we had to show our driving licenses which is understandable but instead of taking an authorisation on the credit card for a deposit, the lady decided to take a credit card with the driving licenses put an elastic band around them and put them in a drawer. I was very concerned about that type of policy, as the Card could have been copied and cloned therefore a high security risk. Not only that it is against the credit card companies terms and conditions. After the booking, I wrote an email to the company asking why they took away in the credit card and kept it in a drawer. They kindly reply to me saying it was collateral against damages. I’m not sure that that would do them any good if you had already used your app to block the card whilst on the trip and driven down the road. I explained to the company that this could be done and driving licenses in the UK are easy to replace. They stated it was standard practice in Nevada. Having looked this up on the Internet this practice is not normal, and causes a large security risk. We made a complaint to Viator who said they were going to take it up with the company. So be warned they carry out this practice. The ATVs were a little bit worse for where they were fairly old and loose. On the trip we saw One ATV with no rear wheel which had come off. We spoke to the rider, he said it just fell off. Very dangerous if you’ve been going up or down a hill and reinforced my position that the vehicles were not well maintained. The desert course you go on is very rough mostly and certainly not for the faint hearted. You have to be well proficient to drive an ATV to manage most of the terrain, although we were given very limited instructions on how to ride safely. Because of the above issues, we would not recommend or hire from this company again. Remember, I did give them a chance to explain on an email so they can’t say they haven’t been advised and asked for an explanation before I published this.

Great time. Tons of space to explore. You are given a safety brief and then sent out on your own. No groups to follow. Definitely recommend.

Read the fine print about which ATV you sign up to rent. I apparently didn’t and was told i was on the smaller ATV. Drink lots of water, it’s hot out there.

Super fun and awesome experience. If you have riding experience upgrade to the 400ex (must know how to use a clutch) you won’t regret it!

This place/experience is literal garbage. Stay away from it. They ask you to leave your passport while you're out on the bikes, which is literally illegal and is ought to be investigated. The bikes are terrible. It's cheap and still not worth it. And yes the staff are beyond incompetent and dull, the bikes themselves are more intelligent and helpful than them, and this is coming from an experienced rider. Stay away and make sure to avoid this at ALL COSTS. Btw, notice the pattern of comments on this page... Odd, huh.

This is genuinely the WORST possible place you can rent an ATV. It's cheap, but you get what you pay for: the bikes are complete garbage, clunky, and barely held together. ​They ask that you leave your passport behind as a deposit while you're out riding. This is a GIGANTIC RED FLAG and literally illegal on a federal level. I'm an experienced rider who has rented in Vegas five times before, and no legitimate company does this. ​To top it off, the staff are insanely incompetent and useless. Pretty sure the bikes have a higher IQ than them. Expectations were low, and they still managed to actually be LOWER. Stay away, never hand over your passport (even a fake one), and don't deal with these shady, dull people just to save a buck. Avoid at all costs and rent somewhere legitimate and trustworthy. This place needs to (and very likely will) be investigated.

Rox, Kyla, Chad, and Jaylen were awesome guides with giving instructions. Everything ran smoothly and my husband and I had a fantastic time.

Its a must do when visiting vegas Its very affordable, its over 750,000 acres to go out and enjoy urself

So much fun!!!! They go over what you need to know and get you on your way to thousands of acres of trails at your own pace and comfort level. A must do!!!

Had an amazing time! The Views were amazing. All staff(Rox,Kyra,Chad,Monse,Palmer,Jaylen,Caleb) were friendly and informative. I'll definitely be doing this again. Don't forget your id and credit before you leave!

Had a blast! Self guided tour on 4 wheeler they provided the equipment and the fun. We actually had an issue with one not restarting and they were super fast bringing us a new one. Kyra, Palmer and Jaylen were super helpful and informative. Would definitely recommend and if ever in the area will return.

Amazing experience. I’ve done a few atv guided tours while out in Vegas and didn’t have as much fun as I did during this rental. No guide. Go at your own pace and explore wherever you want. They explain everything to you before you go out and give you some tips. I’d recommend bringing your own gloves as they don’t supply them. Otherwise this was 10/10 and would come back again!

We went for a friend’s bday and had sooo much fun. Monse, jay, Chad, rox, Jaylen, palmer, and Caleb were awesome. Paid about $75-85 (can’t remember exact price) for 2 hours. For the experience, it’s definitely worth it! I’ve been atv riding before but this was a totally different experience. I was visiting from Alabama so the desert location was awesome. My group of friends were initially worried about doing the unguided experience but it was better than we imagined.

The staff were amazing Kyra, caleb and Palmer. Gave very clear instructions and were helpful. If your adventures and a thrill seeker the this trip is for you. Can be scary as the hills are very high and bumpy

As a dirt bike rider back at home, this was one of the best rides I've ever had, watching the sunset was an additional experience.
