We had such an exceptional experience here. The location was perfect, not too far yet close enough to the strip. The hospitality was SUPERB! The staff was amazing! They have a little market there and their pizza was so good! We loved it here and would definitely recommend it to anyone visiting! My kids had a great experience here as well! Thank you all!
The resort rooms were spacious, the amenities were plentiful, and there were plenty of activities to keep my family entertained throughout our week-long stay. One of the hosts, Yareli, was especially kind and welcoming to my family. She did an excellent job leading us through the daily activities and was always on point with information about the resort and the surrounding area. She was genuinely a joy to be around and went above and beyond to make sure we had a great experience. Yareli truly took our stay from good to great! We really appreciated her kindness, energy, and hospitality. We would definitely recommend this resort to other families.
Loved staying here. King bed was comfortable, loved the jet tub in our room, furniture was nice too. Staff was very friendly and accommodating. Pool & hot tub area was maintained, plenty of towels. The landscaping blew me away, so green and lush, lots of plants, even accented by lights at night, so pretty! 1 mile to Smiths grocery store and a few more to the strip. Quiet also. Would definitely stay here again!
Everything is great. The staff at the front desk are very helpful and friendly, especially Diana and Cici. Dianna asked how many people are there in our group when I checked in, grabbed extra pillow and blankets for us immediately, and walked us to the room. Cici talked with my 5 years old son like an older sister. The room is nice and clean. The enviroment is very beautiful. The pool is very clean and is a salt water pool. The location is close enough to the strip. We enjoyed our stay a lot.

Westgate Flamingo Bay Resort was such a beautiful and relaxing place to stay during our Las Vegas trip. The resort feels like a little oasis in the middle of the desert with all the trees, greenery, water features, and the lovely pool area. Once you enter the property, it almost makes you forget you are even in Nevada. What really stood out most though was the staff and friendly atmosphere. Maria at the front desk was very kind and welcoming. Stacy the director, along with Anthony and Stephen, were all so friendly and full of positive energy. One morning while I was out for a walk near the check in area, they stopped to say hello and we ended up chatting and laughing together. It honestly felt more like being around family than staying at a resort, and those little interactions can really make a stay memorable. I also liked having the Starbucks and small shop on site for convenience. The only small suggestion I would mention is that some items in the shop felt a little overpriced, even for a resort setting. However, that did not take away from the overall experience. Overall, this resort had a warm welcoming atmosphere, beautiful grounds, and staff that helped make our stay special.
