Palms Place Hotel And Spa

I checked in on October 3rd after making reservations months ago. I get to the front desk and black girl with black and blonde hair was overly rude and extremely dismissive. She told me I did not have a reservation despite showing her all my info. As I was looking up more proof to show her she dismissed me from the desk. I was very frustrated. She then started asking me questions about my other family members and were they registered to stay in my room and they all had their own rooms. After waiting to the side I then decided to ask another lady who was very nice and helpful. She took my ID and found my reservation within seconds. The other girl the kept butting into our conversation despite her unwillingness to help when it was her opportunity. I have stayed her before and was never treated this way. I was truly disgusted with her and how the other members there let her treat me. Very unlike my previous experience. Mostly won’t be back because they obviously have hired new people who do not fit the aesthetic of the hotel I remember!

My favorite place Absolutely — this sounds lovely 😊 🌴 My Favorite Place — Palm Place Condominium ✨ Palm Place Condominium is one of my favorite places! I really love the beautiful, clean, and convenient environment. The gym and swimming pool areas are excellent, and one of my favorite things is the delicious breakfast they provide. 🥐☕️ The property has such a beautiful atmosphere, with comfortable facilities and a well-maintained environment that makes the experience feel relaxing and enjoyable. And the Sky Room on the 50th floor is absolutely amazing! 🌆✨ The luxury tower offers a stunning view, and the infinity jacuzzi is such a beautiful experience. It can accommodate more than 15 people, making it a wonderful place to relax and enjoy time with friends or family. For me, Palm Place is more than just a condominium—it’s a place where comfort, convenience, beauty, and relaxation come together. 💖 Definitely one of my favorite places! 🌴🏊‍♀️✨

1st time here. People were friendly and helpful. Rental Car was easy to get parked with valet. Nice view from balcony, wished door was unlocked to have view to take photos from. Close shows, and outside entertainment. Came to see BTS Thursday night. So fun and enjoyable!

Had an amazing stay at Palms Place! I am super picky about the hotels I usually stay in but this hotel definitely met my expectations! The room was super clean, relaxing, and honestly felt like a home away from home during our stay in Vegas. The atmosphere was peaceful while still being close to everything we wanted to do. A huge shoutout to Lynette at the front desk for making our experience even better. She was so welcoming, kind, and had such great energy from the moment we checked in. She truly made us feel comfortable and appreciated as guests. Customer service like that really stands out! Overall, this hotel and all the staff in general made our stay feel special, and I will definitely be staying here again next time I’m in Las Vegas. Highly recommend!
