In general, it was a pleasant stay. You are literally 5 minutes away from the strip. Yes , the actual location of this hotel could be sketchy , but they have 24hr security right outside the hotel and you need a key to get in to the hotel lobby. Staff are friendly and helpful. One thing that the owner needs to fix is the elevator. There is only 1 elevator working for the entire building , it is SLOWWW . If there is any emergency, it will be a big problem. They have a restaurant for breakfast and dinner with friendly staff and hot food , nothing particular but just convenient. Shout out to Mike at the bar and Front Desk staff !!

Our stay at this hotel was very average and disappointing for the price. Almost nothing is included for guests — no complimentary breakfast, no free coffee, and even basic snacks and drinks are extremely overpriced ($5 for a soda or small bag of chips). The elevators were also painfully slow and often required long waits. The breakfast we purchased was especially underwhelming. I paid about $20 for eggs, bacon, toast, and hashbrowns, plus $4 extra for coffee and orange juice. My poached eggs were essentially raw, the bacon undercooked, the toast barely toasted, and the potatoes soft instead of crispy. When I mentioned it, I was simply told, “That’s just Vegas.” Housekeeping was inconsistent as well. Service was provided the first two days but stopped entirely on the third day, and we repeatedly had issues getting enough towels and washcloths. We also had problems retrieving items the hotel agreed to store for us after checkout, as several things were forgotten and had to be requested multiple times. Overall, the hotel was not terrible, but it definitely did not feel worth the price and lacked the level of service and convenience we expected.
This place was awesome only 15-20min walk to the sphere. Only reason for a 4 star is due to the elevator issue. Only 1 was operational. The wait time was ridiculous long and crowded everytime we got a chance to get on. I would at least had a stairway next to the elevator for a secondary access point who wants to turn around and walk to either end of the hallway. Also notice it was 10am and moved my car outside the premises and was trying to gain access to the lobby to checkout had to use my key card. Its 10am lobby should be accessible to people coming and going during daylight hours 🤷♂️
All the staff I spoke with were very friendly. The room was clean. The attached restaurant had good breakfast and late night options. My room had a nice big tv. The room was done up very thoughtfully upon arrival with a folded town and even a folded tissue in the top of the box. The mattress was much more stiff than I’m used to - as were the towels unfortunately. Also, the sheer blinds were the only ones that closed, which isn’t great for privacy or for blocking out the city lights for a good sleep. They do large pump bottles of body wash, shampoo, and conditioner mounted to the wall, which I think is probably the right direction to use less plastic than the tiny ones for every single guest. But my body wash was empty. Also one time I got back, after room service had cleaned my room, my bathroom floor felt sticky (I hadn’t eaten any food or in the room). The location was fine for me. Just across the street from a really delicious Thai restaurant! Just a few minutes uber ride from the convention center. But. Just far enough that the uber ride started to get annoying, and I’d hope to stay closer to the convention center next time.
Friendly front desk. Really comfy soft bed. The restaurant food was good considering it's a hotel. Parking was secured, although it's not free. ...I liked the place overall. Downsides: Plumbing problems. Flushing the toilet made the sink gurgle up stuff each time. And sewage smells. Also in the morning the planes flight right above the hotel every couple minutes which was pretty loud.
