I had a fantastic time cruising around with Charlie and the team. Our day was packed with the adventure. Charlie made sure we had the best time ever. Boat is fantastic really comfortable beds everything was fabulous would do it again

The 2 day and 1 night tour was really great. Very Nice staf special Thanks to Charly. We stay with 4 persons in 2 bedrooms. The rooms are okay with Nice view to the bay. The food was also very good. The cycling and Kayaking are Nice activities . It was relaxing and active at the same time.

Charlie and Fresco made pur experience incredible. We went as a group of 13 spanish friends and made a great effort. Amazing views, activities and great food, worth the money. Bring water (you have to pay for bottleled water, cheap).

We did the 2 days one 1 night boat tour and it was exceptional. Charlie our guide was amazing, very knowledgeable and helpful his English is also outstanding. Him and the rest of the crew made our experience so much better. The rooms were modern and clean and the activities were incredible. I’d recommend this trip to anyone visiting the area! Thanks

As a group of six on a two day tour, our experience was absolutely incredible! The scenery, location, food and activities were world-class. It was the perfect trip from start to finish. Our tour guide, Charlie V, was absolutely delightful and has a passion for ensuring you get the very best of everything. His care for your experience and well being was absolutely lovely and his preparation and attention to detail was superb. I would highly recommend requesting Charlie V to be your guide - you won't be disappointed!

Alex was our guide, and I highly recommend him. He is adventurous, has a great sense of humor, and possesses extensive knowledge of the area, which makes for an exciting experience.

We had a lovely time, the bike ride was our favorite part. Lots of little fun extras like a mini cooking class and squid fishing. Our tour guide, Charlie, was awesome!

What a great tour! Highlight of my Vietnam trip. The food was great, the room very clean, and the staff friendly. They tried to fullfill all our wishes. The guide Charlie did a perfect job, organized everything perfectly and looked after the group very well. Best tour guide in Lan Ha Bay! The best thing (after the food) was the night kayaking where we saw soo much plankton.

We had an absolutely amazing time, the boat was gorgeous and Viet (charlie) was the best guide ever, always smiling and happy and made sure everyone had what they wanted or needed, give this man a pay rise! The pick up from Ninh Binh was disorganised, we weren't contacted until after 10pm to change pick up time from 8am to 6:30am, we had already been asleep and we had 2 different people on whatsapp giving us different information, once we arrived at Cat Ba we were dropped of at the wrong location and had to transfer by taxi. But in spite of all of that, Viet brought you back from a poor rating to an excellent one, he saved the day.

this cruise is great if your wanting something very chilled out and slow paced, the food was delicious and there was so much of it for each meal. All the staff were really helpful and attentive, especially Charlie who was always there to help us.

I had a wonderful tour with Beka. Everything from the boat to the itinerary to the food , was great. Special shout-out to Alex our tour guide. He did an outstanding job making the experience fun and interesting too. We learned about the history and culture of the places we went , which really made it special.

The boat Crew was very Kind, but the Tour Guide (Alex) was Not Good in my opinion. He Was Not motiviated to Show us much, or Tell us a lot.

We had an incredible time on the boat, everything was so picturesque and pristine. Really good value for money and could have stayed here forever! A nicely sized crowd to the point where it’s not lonely but it doesn’t feel cramped, all of the staff were lovely especially Charlie our tour guide who was very knowledgeable and charming. 10/10 must do if you’re in Vietnam.

Charlie was a great guide. We had many wonderful experiences, including swimming with plankton, which was magical.

So worth it! The weather was perfect, the rooms are spacious, the food is delicious. We got to spend time kayaking, swimming, plankton-watching and cycling around a local village. Charlie and his crew are super nice, friendly and caring. We were a group of 22 tourists so it didn't feel crowded. We even had happy hour on the boat. The views are breathtaking!!

Views are genuinely breathtaking. We got lucky with weather but would definitely go again! Swim and kayak with bioluminescent plankton is a MUST

I was expecting this to be the best part of my trip in Vietnam, but No! First, the offer displays Lan Ha & Ha long Bay, but we only went to Lan Ha. Kayak activity was too short unfortunately. There was a cooking activity in the afternoon, but the guide never said what time it would be, he only did it with the people who were on the terrasse of the boat, I was downstairs so nobody bothered telling me there was an activity happening.Fishing the calamari was a joke, they give you the fishing rod and let you wait on your own to catch one by miracle (by the way the water was dirty as they throw all the dirty water from washing the dishes in there, and then let you you fish in there). Don’t expect to have wifi, it doesn’t work and if you get seasickness, they don’t have any medication for that, I asked for a tablet for my friend and they said it’s finished. The rooms are not exactly what you see on the pictures btw. The only things that were positive were the food and the cycling activity

It was fun to do kayaking and swim and kayaking with plankton in the evening:) but we was told that we were going to the monkey island.. but we didnt, they didnt know that the hostel told us that. So that was disapointing. The hostel did check with the cruise and they confirmed, but we didnt go ..

Charlie is a good english speaking guide, and he offers swimming & katakany during night in spinning plankton ! Which is ablosultely the most perfect awsome expirience we have had in north vietnam.

Overall experience was incredible ! Well organized, very nice rooms with incredible views. Also an optional night kayaking experience with plankton lighting up the sea, highly recommend Our guide Charlie was great!

The experience was exceptional. Charlie & Fresco were our guide and super nice 👌!! They speaks perfectly English and makes this trip unforgettable. The room had AC + super comfy beds with ensuite bathrooms The only things there is no Wifi even late night The connection is slow and super hard So if you want to disconnect that the best, if you need to works it's nearly impossible ANYWAY go for itttt that's amazing
