My husband and I had a wonderful stay at this hotel and highly recommend it. Everything was exceptionally clean, comfortable, and beautifully maintained. The staff were outstanding—friendly, welcoming, and always ready to help with a smile. A very special thank you to Daniela front desk for her exceptional kindness and professionalism. I would also like to express my sincere appreciation to Daniela and Joseph from the kitchen. They were incredibly warm, attentive, and prepared delicious meals with great care. Their hospitality made our experience truly memorable. Thank you to the entire team for making our stay so enjoyable.

We stayed here due to lack of availability at Aqva Boutique hotel, a hotel across the street. No comparison we prefer Aqva over this hotel especially when it comes to service and value and the breakfast is amazing. The people there treat you like family. Their rates fluctuate more than an airline, so know that rates can drop SIGNIFICANTLY only hours after you reserve your room. Their own words were it’s like an airline. So if I waited one day I could have saved hundreds of euros. I got one bottle of water for a two night stay and when I asked for more they said I can pay for it at the bar. 450 euros per night and I didn’t even get water in the room. The beds were comfortable and the rooms and facilities are clean. The spa is expansive.
I wish I could have given this property a better star rating as I'm in the hospitality business and I know what bad reviews do for any property. We arrived after midnight due to a horrible hail storm that hit us twice on our way. We called and let the front desk know we were running very late. They assured us the bellhop would be waiting to assist us. Upon arrival in the rain, a bellhop saw us pull in and he walked away further from the entrance. I went inside to check in. There was nobody there. I walked into the dining area calling for assistance but no one seemed to be around. I saw the bathroom and used it quickly before return to the front desk again. Still nobody inside. I walked back to our car and the same bellhop was there. I asked if he could help us and he very aggressively said "He'd been looking for me." We went inside and he told me my daughter and I both needed to sign releases for the spa. I informed him we were only staying one night and wouldn't be using it since we were checking out in the morning. He said we both had to sign it. I had to run outside in the rain to have my adult daughter sign it. I didn't have an umbrella nor was I offered one, yet. I came back in wet and gave him the necessary documents required to sign to receive our keys. He asked if we needed help with our luggage which I said yes. After a small exchange, he pulled our luggage from the side door, rather than opening our trunk, while he left one piece of luggage in the rain next to our car. He was looking right at it but didn't retrieve it from the entrance over hang. I went and picked it up and rolled it inside. We were not greeted, only yelled at when we waited for help. The bellhop was very rude and unhelpful. After driving hours to arrive, surviving two wicked hail storms and after paying over $800USD for one night, we would expect more service, even at midnight. The room was amazing but we had to use our towels to dry our luggage and some contents so extra towels would have been helpful. We were not going to dare ask after our unwelcome arrival. Our view was spectacular from our bed, balcony and living room. The experience in the morning was quite different and was much better. Unfortunately it didn't make up for the beginning. I did report the service the next morning and they said they would ask the bellhop. So in my opinion, it didn't seem to bother the front desk as no manager called me back or cared to seek us out to ask any questions. We did eat breakfast (decent but nothing to elaborate on), then we changed and hit the dock for a swim. It's not very deep so careful with kicking unseen rocks below the surface. We swam to the buoy and back. Only one minor incident. We also took the bikes out for a stroll and thoroughly enjoyed this ride and walk through the castle entrance. All in all, we took advantage of every moment since we only had 12 hours from arrival. Our only complaint was how we were treated when we arrived.
The hotel with its private beach is really great! Beautiful rooms, very very nice and attentive staff, great Spa, enough parking space and very close to Sirmione old town. A big thank you to the whole staff, especially Daniela-Sarah from the breakfast team who tried everything to make every morning so relaxing as well as the reception team who were very generous! Thank you for a great holiday!
A clean and quiet hotel with great breakfast, a thermal pool and a cosy bar. It's only a 5 minute walk to town where there are lots of restaurants, with beautiful long walks along the promenade. A special shout out to all the staff at the hotel, especially Daniela, who were all so welcoming & made our stay extra special!
