The hotel is perfectly located; it offers a peaceful setting and all the amenities needed to ensure a wonderful stay. The staff is incredibly attentive even to pets. The lakeside and pool areas are superb, and room service works flawlessly. It is quiet yet right next to the seaside resort and all its activities not to mention the excellent spa. The staff is truly welcoming and kind. A hotel that deserves to be better known. Thank you.

I had the opportunity to work with the management of this hotel when clients were supposed to visit and had some unfortunate experience before arriving and had to cancel a few days before arrival. I was told they would work with us to try to resell the room and came through. This was not something they needed to do or that many hotels would do. I can't wait to send clients there in the future. I feel this hotel has a great managment team and if they way they are pre-arrival, I bet they will have great service for guests during their stay!
We stayed at this hotel for two nights last week and it was amazing. The perfect location. On-site parking made it very easy to access the property. You could not be closer to the restaurants and shops the town has to offer. My husband and I walked to Jamaica beach for the day (incredible) then spent the evening swimming off the dock of the hotel and reading books on the lake. The room was large and the A/C was great! Cannot recommend staying here strongly enough when visiting Sirmione!
If you're expecting luxury, this is not it. It definitely should not be a 5 star hotel and is hugely overpriced for a frankly very average 4 star experience. The staff were all lovely and the service was good, and if you don't mind being bang in the middle of a tourist hot-spot then location is good too. But there are many issues: - The quality of the rooms is poor - they have made zero effort here. I have stayed in 3 star hotels which are better. The decor hasn't been replaced in 15+ years, the sofa looked cheap and about 30 years old, the slippers and bathrobes look tired and worn, the TV is absolutely tiny in the corner. There was not a single piece of art hanging on the wall - it looked like a bare room with nothing in it. - there is a horrible smell of sulfur everywhere in the hotel because its on a natural hot spring - There is no normal swimming pool, just a hot spring pool that smells of sulfur and is realistically too hot to use during hot weather if you want relief from the heat - the treatments and massages are all overpriced, though didnt try one. Same goes for the the nice restaurant - You are actively encouraged not to swim in the lake, as they don't have lifeguards for it, despite this being the main attraction...! I don't normally write reviews but the rating this place has seems way too high. I would definitely not recommend staying here if you want a luxury experience - unless they substantially renovate the whole place or reduce their prices
The room was clean and comfortable, and slippers were provided. The room I booked offered a beautiful view of both the lake and the hot spring pool below. The water in the hot spring pool is pumped directly from the bottom of the lake; you can actually smell the hint of sulfur, and it’s wonderfully warm. The hotel staff were all very polite, especially the restaurant team, whose service attitude was excellent. As for the food, I’d give it an 80 out of 100—good, but not quite perfect. The restaurant atmosphere was highly comfortable, and they have live music every Wednesday night, which was fantastic. Free parking is available, and the entrance to the old town and ancient castle is right next door, making it extremely convenient. I will definitely visit this hotel again!"
