Aqualux Hotel Spa Suite & Terme

We had a wonderful stay at Aqualux Hotel in Bardolino and couldn’t recommend it highly enough! From the moment we arrived, the staff were professional, friendly and incredibly helpful. Nothing was ever too much trouble, and they were always happy to offer assistance whenever we needed it. The hotel is in a fantastic location, just a few minutes’ walk from the centre of Bardolino, making it the perfect base for exploring the area while still providing a peaceful place to return to. The hotel itself was always beautifully clean and tidy, with our room being cleaned to a very high standard every day. The facilities were excellent and provided the perfect place to relax and unwind, especially after a day of exploring. Overall, we had a fantastic stay and would definitely return to Aqualux when visiting Lake Garda again. Thank you to all the staff for making our stay so enjoyable!

Highly recommend this hotel! Great location 5 -10 minutes walk to lake&Bardolino restaurants. Beautifully decorated&clean Gorgeous green pool area,relaxing pools including whirlpool,paddling pool&lazy river Staff all friendly&very attentive despite reviews that there are not. Great breakfast choice with outdoor seating, omelettes to order,all good quality. Aqua Rooms very spacious with large comfortable beds,great air con&great view of pool from balcony The only negative which I could comment on is no outdoor bar in the evening Other than that would 100%return,loved our stay here.

Our first time at the hotel, but third to Bardalino. The good bits are the rooms, very spacious, great air conditioning and a large bathroom. I found the staff to be very courteous, friendly and knowledgeable. We were on B&B so I can't really comment on the restaurant evening meal. Breakfast was good, not great, but good enough to find something to suit most tastes. The fresh fruit offerings were all tinned and fairly average, however the egg station was excellent. There seemed to be plenty of sunbeds around the pool, but as every where, there was a few bed hoggers who reserved with towels, not to be seen again until after lunch. The staff put notices on one day and it didn't make much difference. I suppose the one thing that would make a huge difference would be someone to help at check in. You are presented with the key and told which floor. If they can't provide a member of staff to help with the bags and show you to the room, then a bag trolley would be great. We would certainly return .

Gorgeous hotel with fantastic staff and facilities. The most amazing breakfast I've ever had. The selection was unbelievable; you can have everything from toast to a glass of Prosecco. Highly recommend this hotel, we will definitely return.
