Nice location, with a nice pool. A 100 meter walk to the beach. Rooms are OK with nice beds, but its pretty worn down and the bathroooms need a modernisation (no bath tub). Breakfast has to little variation, unless you like pastrys, half of the buffet consists of various cakes…. Had dinner once at the restaurant, average only. But, very nice staff that was helpful when needed.
Hotel is good and clean. Staff are friendly and helpful. Location not ideal for travelling around the area but you can get around that by travelling to Desenzano first and on from there
I came here for a girls getaway and was pleasantly surprised by the hotel and the location. The staff were all so amazing and willing to help with anything. The views and the location are perfect. Easy walk up the hill to food, or down the hill to the beach.
From the moment we arrived, we felt pampered and truly welcome. The hotel is immaculate in every detail, elegant yet cozy, with a relaxing atmosphere. The rooms are spacious, spotlessly clean, and equipped with every comfort you could wish for. The bed was incredibly comfortable for us, and the breathtaking view made our stay even more special. A special shout-out goes to the staff, always smiling, helpful, and attentive to every need. They made us feel right at home, but with all the indulgence of a dream vacation! Thank you from the bottom of our hearts for this wonderful experience!
I stayed in the hotel for five nights with a group of people. The rooms were very clean and well-kept. Each guest got a set of three towels that were changed on demand. The air conditioning worked fine and the curtains helped make the room almost completely dark to sleep comfortably. The view of Lake Garda from the balcony was great. We enjoyed the swimming pool which is very clean and has a lot of space around to lounge. Finally, the food was delicious. We always had two options to choose from - a lot of seafood but meat-based meals were also available. I especially liked the catalan shrimps and stuffed eggplant. Everyone from the staff was really nice and helpful. My only issues are: the hot water in the shower was never really hot, more like warm. The elevator works very slowly and definitely needs renovation. Also, the handle of the balcony door was falling off, making closing the door a little challenge. No matter what, you can see that the renovation of the hotel is a work in progress and I am looking forward to coming back in the future on my own!
