Stefano was fantastic. He talked the perfect amount - let us have our space when we needed it and engaged us in the most friendly manner when we didn’t. He showed us all the main sites on the lake and even his town. He was absolutely lovely. I can t recommend more!

What an amazing tour. The boat is as beautiful as advertised. Alice was an amazing host! Easy to get in contact with, very friendly, and gave us a lot of great info about the lake. We only had 24 hours in Como and only time for a one hour tour, but she made it so worth it! And the company was amazing! We had a 9am reservation but they called us the day before and said the weather would be better at 12pm if we were available, and they were so right! It was raining at 9am but BEAUTIFUL at 12! The fact they were looking out for us like that to make sure we had an amazing experience was so nice! Can't wait to go back and book a longer tour!

In early August of this year, I decided to make a quick visit to Lake Como, and while looking for a boat tour, I came across Hercules Lake Como Boat Tours. Communicating via WhatsApp was very easy; Marco was extremely attentive and helpful, answering all my questions and making great recommendations for the trip. The day before, I was informed that the boat I had chosen wouldn't be available due to a technical issue, but Hercules had already arranged an alternative—an upgraded boat, in fact—demonstrating transparency and a commitment to the customer. The two-hour tour was truly amazing, despite the light rain (I wish I’d ​​had more time), and Stefano—the captain—is a very friendly, attentive person who knows the lake inside out. The experience is well worth the investment!

Amazing!!! Alice was so relaxed and knowledgeable. Lake Come did not disappoint. Opportunity to have a swim was fabulous and didn’t feel rushed in any way. Prosecco on a boat on Lake Como in the sunshine - loved every second of it.

Such a wonderful experience. Alice was our guide and was so amazing and delightful. She was very knowledgeable about all the local sites in history We did the one hour tour with just me and a dear friend. It was totally worth the money. In my book, there’s no better way to see the lake. Next time we will do a two hour. The first night we were there we ate at a restaurant and it was really terrible so we asked Alice for a recommendation and she told us a fabulous restaurant and the meal made our trip.. such a wonderful experience

Stefano told us so much history about the lake, took us to the best spots for swimming and gelato—anyone is lucky to have him as their captain. We’re counting down the days til our next visit!

Guide was knowledgeable, easy to understand, she was very pleasant gave us very good information. Ride on the boat was comfortable.

Through Internet searches, I found three top recommended private boat tours and Marco from Hercules Lake Como provided the fastest, clearest and most accommodating experience that it was a no brainer to book. Marco even recommended tickets to one of the Villas which I wouldn't have known to book in advance and helped plan our trip around that experience. Our captain, Ally, continued the helpful communication and reached out the morning of our trip to provide additional assistance and put us at ease. Her knowledge and history of the lake made this experience truly remarkable and worthwhile. If I could give ten stars I would and have already recommended her and Hercules to friends coming next month!

Had a fabulous time on the lake with Captain Alice and Matteo. Viewed the famous villas, visited Varenna and Bellagio. Watched the sun go down with glasses of Prosecco, cheese and charcuterie. Wonderful way to begin or stay in Lake Como. Captain Alice was nice enough to give us lots of recommendations for the rest of our time as well.

We totally enjoyed our private boat trip on Lake Como. Our boat tour on Lake Como was truly the highlight of our entire trip. From the moment we stepped aboard, everything felt effortless, relaxing, and incredibly well-organized. The scenery was absolutely breathtaking crystal-clear water, charming lakeside villages, and stunning villas that you can really only appreciate from the water. Every turn felt like something out of a movie, and it gave us a completely different perspective of the lake than anything you see from land. What made the experience even better was the atmosphere. It was calm and peaceful, yet still exciting, and the perfect balance of sightseeing and relaxation. We loved being able to slow down, take photos, and just enjoy the views at our own pace something a boat tour really allows you to do in a way other experiences don’t. The boat itself was comfortable and well-maintained, and the overall experience felt both elevated and personal. It never felt rushed or crowded just a really special way to experience Lake Como. Our captain Alice was amazing!

Very disappointed. Apparently, when we got to the meeting place, and others were able to call the guide. I was told that he tried to call me, email me. I received no calls. I will be checking tomorrow to verify that we did not get charged. It would of been nice to have gotten a call. I had my phone with me.

I was booked online before I got there in Como- so convenient. The boat looked nice in the picture, the real boat look even nicer. Stefan was our captain. He is also the local guide, he knows very well about the lake. My husband and I have given the fantastic experience during cruising along the lake. It was the best honeymoon moment we chose.

Our 6 hour boat ride was a once in a lifetime experience. The boat Colombo is absolutely beautiful and received many compliments throughout the day. Alice was a great captain and tour guide. She explained local history and pointed out historic/famous villas throughout the day. She helped make recommendations of where to stop and eat which helped us avoid the busy touristy areas. 10/10 will be back.
