What a wonderful day in the lake.. Simone, our guide, was great. The boat was large and comfortable. This was a perfect way to see and experience the Lake Como.

Raymond our boat guide was great during our 4 hours. We enjoyed about 3 hours on the lake and an hour stop for lunch. Great day.

We had an excellent boat tour on Lake Como and would highly recommend it. The scenery was absolutely spectacular, but what made the experience especially memorable was our guide, Simone. He was warm, fun, knowledgeable, and engaging, sharing fascinating details about the beautiful villas, charming towns, and history of the lake. The tour was well paced, relaxing, and gave us plenty of opportunities to take photos, enjoy lunch at a fantastic restaurant, briefly visit Varenna, and simply enjoy the incredible views. It felt personal rather than rushed, and our guide made sure everyone was comfortable and having a great time. A truly special way to experience Lake Como. Don’t miss this tour if you want to see the lake from its most beautiful perspective.

Andrea was an excellent captain. We did a 2hr sunset cruise. He took us past some beautiful villas and the waterfall. He provided us with water and a bottle of prosecco and was a pleasure to talk to and was very knowledgeable about the area. I would definitely recommend this company for a fun and safe boat day.

We were in Como for our Son’s wedding at one of the villas. We booked the tour in advance to ensure the timing fit with our schedule. Our guide, Simone, was on time, friendly, and very knowledgeable about the area. We were extremely pleased and impressed by this experience. Be aware this is not a 4 hour trip. It is barely 3. Driver was 30 minutes late and had “another booking” after us so we were completely rushed the entire time. Not a relaxing day on the water as we had hoped. This is an expensive excursion so all we wanted was the time we paid for and be able to relax and enjoy the day. Driver did not give us even make up for the time he was late in picking us up. Very disappointed and had hoped this would have been one of the highlights on our vacation and it turned out to be the worst excursion we took the entire month we were in Europe. Wouldn’t have even given it one star. Money wasted!

A fantastic day on Lake Como with our guide Andrea. He was so pleasant and knowledgeable! Great recommendations on what to do, and a wealth of knowledge about the villas on the lake, history, and current owners.

Booked boat last minute. Met Andre at Argegno. Met Andre with boat. Boat was open with covering, so can enjoy the breeze and avoid sun if desired. Andre pointed out highlights of the Lake and pleasant person. We would recommend.

Ricardo was a great guide. Very knowledgeable about the points of interest. Very engaging. Born and raised on Lake Como so he has studied it a lot even though he is young. This was well worth the money to see other parts of this incredibly beautiful area. Boat was bart clean and well kept.

We had a wonderful experience with our guide, Simone. He was a wonderful guide. He took us, of course, to the beautiful areas, but also customized our boat ride to explore very fun areas for my family from ages 6 to 20. The boat was smooth, clean, and exactly what we were looking for. Whether you are a local or a tourist, I would highly recommend Simone and his company to assist you on a beautiful ride.

Andrea was an awesome captain with great knowledge of the lake. The boat was really nice and the 4-8pm time slot was perfect for the golden hour. They were fastidious in answering all questions you have about your upcoming reservation. Enjoyed our time with him.

We booked a private 4 hour Lake Como boat tour with 8 adults. It was a wonderful relaxing experience for all of us. We booked 3 months in advance and selected because it was just our group. This operator had open seating but could be enclosed in case of cooler weather. It was a beautiful day and we all were very comfortable. We ended up traveling from Bellagio at the last minute for an additional fee which was well worth it to avoid transportation time and costs to stated pickup location across the lake. The communication with the operating company with very responsive. This was a great excursion for our group of seasoned travelers. We were provided water and one bottle of Prosecco to share. You can bring your own items. The boat was very clean and our captain Ray was very safe and helped us in getting on and off in moving water and lots of boat traffic.

The entire experience was amazing. We arranged a pickup in Bellagio where we were staying. Captain Andrea was great and tailored the itinerary for us, showing us several magnificent villas and waterfalls along the lake.

This is all about emotions — a boat, a lake, a captain, an Italian vibe. Once you experience it, you start to understand why you want to come back and go through it all again.

The boat in the picture is not the boat we had, it was better!! A refurbished mahogany wooded boat reminiscent of the 1940's but modern and better. Very comfortable (does have a retractable roof that closes if weather is not so great), captain was 1st rate and very knowledgeable about the lake homes (born and raised by the lake), prosecco upon arrival, nice calm one hour tour, weather was perfect. If your visiting lake como a trip around parts of the lake is mandatory in my opinion and you can't go wrong with these folks.

Captain Andrea did a great job sharing about the lake and the villas along the waterway. It was stunning. He also served us champagne and water. The weather was nice and the views were breathtaking. A truly wonderful experience.

We absolutely recommend this tour. We booked 3 hours but at the end of 2 hours our Captain asked if we would like to extend our trip another hour as we would have had to head back to our pick-up spot if not extended. We were having so much fun and it was such a beautiful day on the lake for mid-March so we extended our tour and were treated to another shore stop in a wonderful village we were able to sit in a beautiful spot, look at the lake and snowcapped mountain, and have a cocktail. Our captain was also able to take us back to our hotel rather than our pickup spot. I recommend having them pick you up and drop you off at your hotel as it was lower cost than taking a taxi. It was truly the best day of our trip.

Absolute must when visiting Lake Como. Eduardo was so much fun. Do not bother with the ferries if you want to see Lake Como in a relaxing boat ride this is the best. Thank you for making our trip for my family a memorable visit.

We picked B&S because they were highly rated and offered a 3-hour tour which sounded perfect for our family with teenagers. We booked directly through their website which was very easy to use. When there were thunderstorms in the area during our scheduled time, they very kindly worked with us to reschedule. Our guide, Simon, was very friendly and knowledgeable and he made the tour feel completely tailored to our family. The boat was clean and very comfortable and the canopy kept us cool in the July sun. We all agreed that this was our favorite part of our trip and we will be recommending them to our friends and family.

He listened to our family‘a expectations and exceeded what we even imagined. If you are planning on a boat tour only use B&S Boat Services. And ask for Edoard. He accommodated our request to swim and my daughter’s request to jump from a bridge. He chose the perfect music for the boat ride. Our videos will be favorite family memories forever! Edoard gave excellent recommendations for nearby restaurants and we enjoyed the local favorite foods rather than the tourist fast food.
