This was a very well organised and informative trip from booking to actually cruising on Lake Como. We had to change our time to the later one but Alice our guide kept us updated and then meet us with a cheerful welcome. The hour the cruise took was just enough and we came back to shore with the wind in our hair and a smile on our faces. Thank you Alice and your captain for a most memorable experience!

The ride was very relaxing, the voice guide is really intersting. It can feel a bit crowded in the back of the boat, but thankfully they let us sit in the front behind the driver which was a really nice expirinece. You may not see all of the most famous villas on the lake, but for the very little amount of money you have to give it was an amazing expirinece.

It was a great quick tour around Lake Como. Our tour guide and driver were friendly and informative. Will definitely do it again.

Overall a Meh experience. I find it too expensive for what it actually is. It would've been nice to have a live person explaining what we were seeing vs. audio. My biggest disappointment was that I booked the 10am tour, and they communicated 40 minutes before that they weren't going to do it because they didn't have enough people. Which I understand, but I plan my day, and it would've been more professional to give more notice. I was already in the area. Their excuse was that they open the store at 9:30 ... So I am sure they can communicate that either the previous night or send a simple WhatsApp much earlier, especially because I sent them a message at 8 am to confirm... but like I said, no answer until 9:30 am

Beautiful boat ride with a very welcoming crew. Small group so views were wonderful and was not over crowded. Short and sweet.

If you want to see Lake Como without the hassle and crowds, book this ticket. One hour ride on a lovely wooden boat. Small group, very pleasant guide. A great value.

Loved the experience, my only thing is the meeting point address was wrong. It was Viale Geno 12, not 16. We were a bit confused about that and it made us a bit late. Other than that, it was extremely beautiful and worth it 100%!

Beautiful scenic boat ride on the lake. The audio guide was nice and it was augmented by our guide on the boat, adding additional color and other things to the trip. They were 10 on the boat and there was plenty of room as we were allowed to spread out and enjoy

We went on an hour boat tour!! It was a quick and beautiful tour. We loved every minute of it. The air was fresh. The tour guide is amazing the tours on audio which we really ended up liking. I highly recommend.

The audio guide was very informative and it was a very beautiful ride on the lake. The staff were very friendly and even pointed out some additional spots. Overall a very good ride to see some of Lake Como.

The meeting point changed from when I booked the excursion. We had not realized an email was sent a couple of hours before letting me know the pick up spot but that information did not change on Viators reminders or app. Luckily, we got booked for another trip a couple of hours later. The boat ride was great! Beautiful villas and only 2 other people were on our boat. It felt semi private.

Great fun and very pleasant guides. The guides were very informative and the boat was comfortable and smooth.

Very disorganized staff. First we were told to go to the meeting point which was centrally located near our hotel. We received a late email notifying us that the location had changed. We weee told that it was 15 minute walk but it was actually 30 minutes away. It was 90 degrees and my friend and I are in our 70s. There was no shuttle service and we were not offered a ride. We kept walking but there was no sign to indicate that we were in the right place. We had to keep asking people and finally a staff person arrived. We weee told to stay put and a boat would come but there was no shade and the boat was late!! The cruise was good and the narrator was a lovely young woman who offered us water finally. At the completion of the tour we were STRANDED. No shuttle no bus no taxi to get us home in the heat. We finally stopped into a bar with 2 other stranded women and PAID A WAITRESS to drive us back to our hotel. Would not recommend

Excellent guide and captain: Manuel and Nicolas. Comfortable boat satisfying my niece’s desire to go on a “sexy boat.” 1 hour was the perfect length. When we had trouble finding it, our guide called us 5 minutes before departure to navigate us to the right place. All very professional and very enjoyable. A strong recommend!

Short but sweet. The coastline with all the villas really needs to be seen from the water. My trip suffered some microphone/communication issues but I doubt this is typical. Our guide, Ali, was delightful.

We booked our excursion we have a confirmation. We added it to Apple wallet in 20 minutes before they scammed us into paying $100 more or canceling the whole trip. We already had a taxi to the water after staying in Como. I’ve used Viator before, but this was a total scam from this company! I’m using. Viator Iin Santorini next week and worried about that boat day! NOT HAPPY and will contact customer service when back at hotel but so disappointed that our $153 hour trip with Prosecco turned into $250 and warm water and warm beer with no ice!

An Unforgettable Lake Como Experience – Exceptional Service! This was honestly one of the best experiences I have had during my trip to Italy. The entire team provided outstanding customer service from beginning to end. It wasn’t just the beautiful views of Lake Como that made this experience unforgettable — it was the way we were treated and looked after. This boat ride was so fun and welcoming! We were led by Matilda, and she was super funny and very nice! I would 100% recommend this activity! Good for couples, solo(which I did), or a family!

Worth the money. The host, Ali and the boat captain, Daniel, are super nice, friendly. We had a great time with them.

Not worth the money. Just rode around in a boat on a lake. They gave you audio guide but did not talk about any of the sites. The guides talked more to each other than anyone. I've been on a tour before and they gave you a tour of all the size. We didn't even slow down for maybe but two sites. It literally is just riding on a boat for 30 minutes One direction and 30 minutes back. Save your money and get a private tour.

Ali was our tour guide, and she was so sweet and fun! I really enjoyed the one-hour tour around the lake. The scenery was beautiful, and the views made the experience even more enjoyable.

The lake is beautiful to see and the boat ride was nice to experience. However, our boat had a partial roof on it so you really couldn’t stand up to see out, even though our guide said we could stand and take pictures. The information provided on the audio was informative and interesting but when it gave the details of a specific building along the lake it was next to impossible to figure out which building they were talking about. Our guide only added commentary and pointed out the building on the Clooney Villa and one other one. The rest were unknown. It would have been nice to have the rest of the buildings pointed out. Without that, it was just an expensive boat ride around the lake.

Despite the intense heat, it was a fun ride on a beautiful lake!

Nice experience with my son The guide Mathilda was very professional, she was giving us good explanation. The boat was not too big and confortable. The view from the lac is amazing and all houses are very nice. We spent a nice moment .

Devote itself fine as well as the tour guide. However, the audio guide was not very good because the narration did not describe each of the estates as we passed by. So we did not know where the estate look like as the boat moved forward on the lake.

It was the perfect amount of time on the water to see the villas surrounding Como. Gianni and Matilda were very personable and helpful with the tour.

You really get to see a lot of the lake, and travel a good ways up. They go all the way up to Clooney’s house and then a bit more before going back. I also thought the audio with ear piece was just fine and gave some good information. I am thankful that I didn’t rent a private boat to ride or drive myself. The hour was perfect.
