Lake Como was beautiful - the first 25 minutes you’ll start by just siting on the boat having everyone fill out the form and signing. Then you’ll make your way up to Bellagio and only get about 40 minutes not 1hr as advertised, which is not enough time, then on the way back you’ll get a sip of Prosecco, while the captain also pours himself a glass with more Prosecco than we had gotten, which seems unsafe. Not a good value for the money they charge and it’s a little tight for 9 people.

He promised us to go to Balbianello to take the Star Wars picture, he even charged us more in order to be a private tour, and then when the time came, it was a shared trip, the villa was closed and he knew it. He promised also few beverages and drinks he only gave us one cup of champagne.

Captain DJ George (with his great music selection and dance moves!) was awesome and we had a lot of fun! Special highlights of the trip were the Roman ruins & Lovers Bridge, where we saw some locals relieving themselves from the heat and jumping in Lake Como waters, a stop in Bellagio (huge crowds are normal) where we got a beautiful, watercolor painting and handmade Christmas ornaments from local artists, and a stop by one of the top 10 beautiful houses in the world (sorry…it wasn’t George’s but that was cool too)! We highly recommend this relaxing, unique experience.

Excellent boat tour, gave information about local landmarks and villa’s. Tour guide was loving his “job” by dancing away to music and driving the boat. Highly recommend and worth the extra vs the main ferry’s

Definitely worth doing if you’re in Lake Como. They are very flexible and accommodating. We had to change our original reservation due to the weather and they were very communicative and made rescheduling super easy. The boat was beautiful as was the lake and views. Giorgio our captain and guide was friendly and informative. We had a great time and highly recommend if looking to do some sightseeing in Lake Como.

Very beautiful boat tour with friendly captain Giorgio! Great knowledge on the villas of Como and good boat driving. Would’ve preferred more time in Bellagio as it felt quite rushed and you don’t really get a full hour, but nonetheless, a worthwhile experience in Como.

Excellent well organised trip. Comfortable and clean boat with knowledgeable skipper who had brilliant control of the vessel. Not rushed and saw wonderful sights on this 3 hour excursion to Bellagio. BEWARE…This is NOT a private tour! Both our group of 4, as well as the other party of 3 that booked this 3 hr tour were VERY shocked, & voiced our dissatisfaction, based the tour company’s description & cost of this 3 hr tour. Since we only had 1 day in Como, we were determined to make the best of it - the requests of the other party to reschedule or get a refund were rejected by the guide, George. Also disappointing was few “tourist” stops were made, apparently since we were stopping in Bellagio, which we were not aware of. The Lake is BEAUTIFUL, but we expected more sites & dialog. We opted for the appetizers, which were plentiful & delicious but we were just handed a bag with the foil topped takeout containers & a bottle of Prosecco - we had to serve ourselves, all while battling the wind trying to keep the tins from blowing away - a plated presentation would typically be expected, & obviously be a big improvement. The music was a nice addition to the experience, but that too was not consistent which was odd. We made the best of it, and our group enjoyed each others company on the water, BUT overall quite disappointing & definitely NOT worth the cost, Oh and the engine is NOT “super silent” as was advertised too..

Highly recommend!!!! The crew was a lot of fun and very knowledgeable about the sites. We did the 3 hour tour, with a stop in Bellagio, and it was perfect! If they give you an option for appetizers (at an additional cost), don’t hesitate to do it. What they had prepared was fabulous and really added to our experience.

Our guide was engaging, fun & knowledgeable - George was definitely a highlight of the experience. The only thing holding us back from a 5/5 rating, we were hoping for a few more stops along the lake to see some of the historic & relevant architecture/properties. Trip advisor isn’t set up to give a 4.5 rating - this was better than a 4/5, just not a 5/5.

Views were amazing, great opportunities for photos of famous villas. The rest of the group sat at the front and we sat behind the captain so it felt like a private tour.

The tour was absolutely amazing! Stunning Italian nature, breathtaking lake views and a fantastic captain Goerge who made our experience unforgettable. He gave us not just a great journey, but also a great energy and uplifting mood throughout the tour.

Our worst experience with Trip Advisor to date. While Luca was very personable and his boat in good condition, he was not well prepared to keep his guests comfortable in the cold weather. It was about 4.5C (40F) outside and we all had winter coats, hats, gloves and scarves. Luca offered us one very thin fleece blanket that barely protected from the wind. After an hour (we booked 3 hours) we asked Lucas to find us a cafe on shore where we could grab a bite and warm up. He tried, but everything was closed. We asked to turn back at this point and end early. We ended up spending just over two hours on the water. We dashed off the boat to our hotel to take hot showers to warm up. Our tour was also supposed to include a bottle of Prosecco which he never offered and might have helped warm us up a little. I suggested to Luca that he should have had warm blankets on board for each guest or just cancel the tour or don’t offer it during the off season. He offered to refund us $50 out of $1350 for the missing Prosecco. That’s not the point. I requested a 50% refund because we were miserable for half the tour

So glad I went on this even if I was not feeling well. I usually get sick or dizzy on boat rides but this boat made me love to ride boats again. This seat feels like HERMES! and seeing the villas inspired me to work hard. I wish I brought some food, could have been more perfect with charcuterrie and wine. Even though the wind was so cold, I appreciated it cause I came from a tropical country. I highly recommend this to try it out even on winter season for a different experience!
