This is a scam that is ran by what appears to be a Turkish gang. I paid for a private yacht but instead was confronted by a gang who tried to intimidate me and my family into sharing a ride with another couple on a disgusting looking old boat. I refused and walked away! DO NOT FALL FOR THIS LIKE I DID!!!

Excellent - right from the booking through to communication to the actual tour. Luca was extremely accommodating and the tour guide was not only knowledgeable but entertaining yet not overwhelming! Well done

I made my reservation with The Black Pearl on the 31st for 17:00, and after my experience I left an honest review describing what really happened during the tour. Instead of addressing the issues I mentioned, I was publicly told that I was mistaken and that my tour was with another company. I kindly confirm my booking was indeed with The Black Pearl, as my reservation and payment proof show. It is disappointing to be called a liar instead of having my concerns acknowledged. My review reflects my genuine experience, and I believe future customers should know PERIODT

I honestly think for the price it was not worth it at all, they promised us Prosecco on board but we didn’t have any, the only memorable thing was when the guide only spoke hatefully for a while about Donatella Versace. It didn’t feel like an exclusive experience at all, the boat stoped for more than 10 min because apparently everyone in the boat had to sign a contract, which is fine, but that time of the 1h tour I payed was lost. So I don’t recommend it, the guide never stopped the boat for some pictures and always was on a hurry, the Prosecco they promised us never arrived and the tour didn’t last an hour. So I’m quite disappointed honestly.

The experience was cool, and the captain was efficient and knowledgeable. However, the price does not match the quality of the boat or tour. The description should mention this is a GROUP/SHARED tour, not private. If you were planning on proposing. Choose a different boat. Save your money and book a self driven boat tour. They don’t give you water or Prosecco, and the tour is less than an hour.

This was a scam. On the day of the event, a couple of hours before, we received a Whatsapp message saying that their original boat was broken, hence we should pay 80€ more for a private tour on another boat. I said that they could honor the price even if it was another boat, but they refused. When I mentioned that the situation was frustrating, they said that it was also frustrating for them having to pay for their boat repairs. Obviously, we had no time to make alternate arrangements and ended up with no tour at all. Not sure why Viator works with this company. Stay away.

George did an amazing job showing us the beautiful villas around the Como lake. He is a very friendly and enthusiastic guy.

This was a brilliant experience. We had delay however this was communicated really well and offered a beverage while we waited. We knew the forecast was sketchy and expected rain towards the end. The boat is beautiful. The captain's tour was brilliant, clear throughout. Captain recognised that the rain was about to get really bad and brought us ashore to a different port and drove us back home! Having no control over the weather and put safety first but still made the experience amazing. Thankfully I proposed prior to the rain starting. We are Scottish and loved the whole experience. Thank you

I booked a one-hour lake tour at 5:00 PM on July 10th. The reservation was confirmed. We were at the dock at 4:45 PM and were informed that due to an error on their part, the 5:00 PM tour was unavailable. They offered us a 6:00 PM tour, but due to our existing commitments, we couldn't accept. We're waiting for a refund, as communicated to us over the phone, but no one has arrived yet. I hope they're serious and will do what they promised.I
