Our stay at Villa Flori was nothing short of exceptional. From the moment we arrived until the day we left, everything exceeded our expectations. The hotel itself is absolutely stunning, with breathtaking views of Lake Como, elegant rooms, delicious food, and an atmosphere that is both luxurious and incredibly relaxing. What truly made our experience unforgettable, however, was the outstanding hospitality of the staff. Every single member of the team was warm, welcoming, attentive, and genuinely cared about making our stay as comfortable and memorable as possible. A very special thank you to Mattia, who went above and beyond throughout our stay. His kindness, professionalism, and genuine care made us feel like valued guests rather than just visitors. He was always happy to help, offered excellent recommendations, and ensured every detail was perfect. His exceptional service is a true reflection of the high standards at Villa Flori. Thank you to everyone at Villa Flori for such a wonderful experience. We left with beautiful memories of Lake Como and cannot wait to return. Very disappointing experience. Our air conditioning stopped working at and although we reported it immediately, it was around 11 pm .it still wasn’t fixed the next morning. I had a wedding to get ready for and needed a cool room, but instead we were told to wait until 1 PM for a technician. After waiting even longer, we had no choice but to move all of our luggage into a much smaller room. For the price they charge, this level of service is unacceptable. Even the hallways had no air conditioning. Breakfast was also one of the worst we had during our month of traveling around Italy very little variety. I only had cornflakes with milk, and shortly afterward I developed a severe headache and started vomiting. I can’t be certain what caused it, but I became sick immediately after breakfast. Overall, this hotel was overpriced, poorly managed, and not worth the money. Unfortunately, I would not stay here again or recommend it.

Hotel Villa Flori, Lake Como, was by far our favourite hotel of the whole trip. From the moment we arrived, the hotel did not disappoint. The views over Lake Como were absolutely breathtaking, and the location was perfect — easy to reach by both car and boat. The hotel itself was stunning: classy, authentic, beautifully designed, and full of Italian charm. The outside areas overlooking the lake were simply incredible and made the whole stay feel very special. The staff were also fantastic throughout our visit. From the porters to the waiters and concierge team, everyone was attentive, friendly, and went above and beyond what we expected. The food and morning breakfast were excellent, and the whole experience felt relaxed, luxurious, and memorable. A special mention has to go to Mattia, who genuinely made our trip unforgettable. He greeted us on arrival and could not do enough for us during our stay. He answered all our questions, helped with every request, and even managed to arrange one of the most special parts of our trip — a private tour of Lake Como. He is a real credit to Villa Flori and made our stay feel personal and exceptional. If you are looking for a couples’ getaway in Lake Como, Villa Flori is the place. We had such a wonderful experience here and would highly recommend it.
