Very good, they have a small wellness center but you book it and you can enjoy yourself in private.. they have a nice selection of wines and the service is excellent, from all members of the staff Thank you for your hospitality * also dog friendly which was very nice!! We’ll be back

His personal attention, warmth, kindness, and dedication made us feel incredibly welcome and truly spoiled throughout our stay. We were fortunate to receive a beautiful room overlooking the lake, with a breathtaking and spectacular view. The room was wonderful, the service was exceptional, and the personal attention made the entire experience feel truly special. To make it even more memorable, the team prepared a lovely surprise in our room for my birthday, which was such a thoughtful and touching gesture. We had a wonderful stay at this hotel. From the moment we arrived, the welcome was warm and friendly, and the service throughout our stay was excellent. The breakfast was delicious, and we also really enjoyed the massage — it was a very relaxing experience. What stood out the most was the kindness of the staff. Everyone was friendly, respectful, and always willing to help with anything we needed. A special thank you to the supervisor, Laila, who was incredibly kind, professional, and helpful. She truly went above and beyond to make sure we were comfortable and well taken care of. Overall, we had a great experience and really appreciated the hospitality. Highly recommended!

Excellent! We just came back from our trip and I have great memories from this hotel, We wanted to be closer to lake Como, but overall I'm pleased we stayed here. Staff is super nice and friendly, and the manager (or owner) is super nice guy with his cute little dog. great breakfast, beautiful views from room and access to nearby LIDO - beach and lake made our stay wonderful!!!
