You will be picked up by our transport and upon arriving at the beautiful beaches of Punta Cana, you will board the Panoramic One (Glass Botton Boat) boat with futuristic design equipped with a large glass bottom, which consists of a bathroom, with all the security means (communication, life vests and save), and begin a navigation of about 30 minutes enjoying the Marian environment flora and fauna typical of the Caribbean The clients will go to a comfortable platform where they will be received by specialized personnel and with our guide DIVE MASTER who knows the best dive sites, you will make an underwater adventure comfortably seated without using mask or tube, you can breathe normally, at a depth of 3 meters In direct contact with a marine environment and a fun interaction with the fish, you will enjoy 20 minutes on our ScubaDoo scuba diving equipment. It was fun, they provided us with water and pop. only thing that was unsettling was that they disinfect the mouth pieces for snorkelling with sea water. they didn’t force you to use it but they should be cleaning mouth pieces properly. also, the dolphin watching was too far, the dolphins are in an enclosure and the boat doesn’t get close to it. the scubadoo was fun. they take lots of pictures underwater.
Horrible cancelled literally the last minute of our excursion and saying it’s been postponed due to weather when it was a bright sunny day
It was not about underwater exploring- it was about them dragging you to a take a photo and hustling you back. The glass bottom boat revealed the air bubbles from the engine and little more. The poor dolphins in 30x50 enclosures were a sad look. The crew was engaging, but the excursion location was not!
Good experience. Only downside there were issues with the boat to take us to the second boat and had to wait until it was fixed.
This experience was great and the crew explained everything so you can feel comfortable and safe . Loved it !!
It was neat but gave me a little claustrophobia and dizziness. I could only go under for about 10 minutes. It was still worth the experience. The kids really enjoyed it. They are 18 & 14

The guides took a group of us out to the barge where we took turns with the scubadoo. It was a ton of fun! Great experience!!
Unfortunately I booked a 7:30am excursion due to we had other plans. They emailed me the prior day with a 9:15am pick up confirmation. I responded asking them to confirm the time they never did. Day of they picked us up after 9:30am. The scuba doo experience was great ...Tootie Fruity was phenomenal! They only had two working scuba and 10-16 people waiting to go two at a time for 20 min. They also had snorkeling available. No glass floor boat no snacks only water/beverages. However I am unable to complete my next excursions I would have passed this one up to participate with the next one. A four hour excursions from 9:30am pickup its now 2pm and we are still here. If they would have picked us up at 6am for our 7:30am excursion we would have been able to make our 3pm excursion. Very disappointing. I have asked for a refund that this is the only way to make this right! Please do not promote quality services and do not deliver. I am very disappointed in this excursion. Please give us our money back.
The company was late picking me up I wasting for them for a hour once they finally picked me up I was the only person doing the excursion apparently the other people had canceled so for my safety I refused to go alone . I was very disappointed

Once arrived at the location waited for 30 minutes without explanation. We took a smaller boat to a larger boat. Everyone began snorkeling and/or the ScubaDoob experience. After our group of 10 was done another group of 8 arrived. We could not leave until the second was done. Our group was already there for over an hour. Then we were told after the second group was done we will be taken to a glass bottom boat. I complained and the smaller boat returned to take me back to shore. The time management of this excursion could be improved.
Very nice experience! We didn't dive too far and we were able to see a lot. While we waited we were able to snorkel! The staff was very friendly and enthusiastic!
This experience was excellent anyone that comes and visit Punta Cana I would highly recommend this activity. It’s fun and the pictures were amazing at a good price
The scuba do experience was so fun. The crew was friendly and made me feel secure the entire time. My only suggestion is to maybe have some music on the boat to give some entertainment while you wait for your turn to do the scuba doo, with a large party and a longer wait time it got kind of boring just sitting on the boat wit nothing else to do.
One of the best experiences you can do in Punta Cana for a reasonable price, the van that received us on time , then we were dropped off at the beach and took a small boat to another boat then to the main boat to start the excursion. it was very fun and no experience was needed. someone is down there with you the whole time. you can take your phone as well. they only give you water. but their is a local restaurant on the beach for local food. order and pay before you go on the trip. and on time at the hotel until the boat that took us to the platform arrived, the snorkeling on the same platform where the scooter was taken, the staff were very kind to us, the moment our turn arrived, I RECOMMENDED 100%
They went above and beyond. My husband has no idea of our itinerary and we had to check out of our first hotel. They held our luggage the whole duration of the excursion and dropped us off at our new hotel. They prepared a cake and sang to him and the rest of the August birthday celebrants. Thank you so much for the warm hospitality and for making my husband’s birthday so memorable.
Absolutely amazing! Guides were super friendly, we started off a little late but it was def a fun experience. We also got to do snorkeling while waiting for our turn to go in the scooter. On the way back we got snacks and a ride in the panoramic view boat!
First time snorkeling and doing the scubadoo....will definitely do it again! I am a 40 year old man and my wife is extremely afraid of fish and the ocean (that whole drowning in the abyss thing) however, she gave it a shot with me and a scuba instructor by our side and we both made it without a problem...great experience!!!
Incredibly great guides that made the experience seamless. We got all described experiences: ScubaDooing, snorkeling and a glass bottom boat experience. The pictures were charged separately, but it was worth it!
Riding on the scoobadoo scooters was excellent. The experience was shared from a 10 year old to a 64 year old and all enjoyed it equally.
Do not book! The machines do not work, the people are literally pushing you in the water. You can only go in groups of two or three. If you can’t swim do not do it, they don’t tell you until you get there so many people on my boat couldn’t get in, due to fear. You transfer to a lot of boats and sometimes you end up with people you don’t know. It felt like a waste of my money because it did not sell the experience in the description.
Poor experience- non English speaking throughout until you back ashore, and try and make you buy photos. The operator intimidates and refuses to take you back to the hotel until you spend money in their shops. The excursion leaves you on a floating platform for over two hours and they refuse to speak English. The scubadoo experience lasted less then 5 mins, and consisted of you being compelled todo posses for photos. Complete waste of time and money
My experience ok this tour was too bad. It was a few hours excusion. We only get 10 minutes underwater with the scuba machine. They only had 3 machines so everyone just takes turns waiting for each other. Most of the time you're on the boat or in the transportation van. Staff members were friendly along with our transportation driver. Most of them spoke alittle English. Photos cost $35 usd if you want to purchase them. Overall, not the best excusion, not really worth the money you spend but it is an experience if you never been.
It's something different but not worth the price. You're under water for literally 10 mins. That's all. The rest of the time you're waiting for everyone else to have a turn. The scuba person with you under water is guiding you where to go, your not driving by yourself. They take pics that low quality. We never received our pictures. Although it was only $35 for the pics it's the principal that we never got. They haven't answered the phone or responded to any messages.
This is an HONEST REVIEW: I thought from the pictures it would be completely different than what we experienced. They have you get into the water and you have to drive under the helmet attached to the scooter. This made my daughter panic going under water like that so they had no other chose but to bring the medicine up, which in my belief that should be AUTOMATIC especially for children. Then you’re only pressing the propeller button while they have divers push the machine. So there’s no self driving it’s attached to a Bowie, you only go a few feet from the boat take pictures and go back to the point. It wasn’t worth the money spent when there’s other scuba or scooter companies that give you more. I wouldn’t recommend it and my daughter whose 10 was disappointed as well.
The best experience I’ve had while traveling anywhere. They made me feel very safe as I cannot swim. It was beautiful underneath the ocean, I was able to see lots of fish. I would definitely recommend it and I plan to do it again when I return to D.R.
Great excursion. Snorkelling was amazing and the “scubadoo” was a unique and fine experience. Done every excursion over the many years of travelling to DR. This was definitely a fun one!
This excursions was everything, the crew was helpful and caring of the people who couldn't swim and was very attentive to those who knew how.
Overall a nice thing to do but only snorkling do it too for less money. You will see the same thing.

The divers were great and provided a memorable experience. I got to hold a sea urchin!! They fees the fish right in front of me so I got to see the wonderful sea life!

The SkubaDoo was awesome and we snorkeled while we were out. However while waiting for rest of the group to get there and the glass bottom boat ride back was not fun. It took way too long. That part was not fun. I'd definitely recommend the scuba and snorkeling but not the glass bottom boat. Again 2+ hours of doing nothing was tough.
This was booked in Jan. The same day we were going to do our excursion they cancelled. Money was refunded hours after. I understand things happen. But the only excursion booked was the one I couldn't go on because they cancelled.
Operator never showed up at correct hotel and did not respond to requests. Disappointed at non response requested refund

Very pleasant excursion. We'd do again. Some advice; You only get 12-20 minutes in the bubbleheads. It's fun, but limited. Recommend going early in the lineup to get more time in the bubble. -- Tanked scuba divers accompany your Bubblehead trip, so it's quite safe. Before or After you do your bubbleheqd turn, you're free to snorkel. They provide high-quality masks and a snorkel, but NOT any diving fins. >> Recommend bringing your own diving fins along, if you can. That would make the snorkeling a lot more fun. If you're driving, be sure to park your car in behind Scubadoo's shop -- it's fenced, far more secure, and free. >> BTW, most guests arrived via the Scubadoo-provided shuttle. >> We drove ourselves -- we think better than the shuttles, which have multiple stops and can take quite a long time. >> But if you don't have a vehicle, the the shuttles seemed modern and comfortable. There is a bathroom to change into your swim gear -- but its very basic and dank. If we go again, we'll just wear our swimwear to and from. The glass-bottom boat was really cool, and quite comfortable, but we only got to ride that back in. You'll want to position yourself down near the glass, so you'll get a good view of the reefs, fish and even some things that really shouldn't be down there. The ride out was aboard a smaller steel-hulled baot. That one was difficult for us older folks to get in/out of, but the staff managed it so we could. The bubbleheads were quite comfortable once inside.-- we even had a couple of non-swimmers do it -- with some encouragement! We're 64 and 62, and certainly not athletic, but had zero problems with the snorkeling or bubbleheads. We plan to take guests in the future.
Equipment didn’t work properly, misrepresentation of excursion. The guides are super cool but this excursion was a waste of money
being in the coral reef and then going on the open bottom boat and seeing the dolphins. The crew was very entertaining please forgive me I forgot there names but it was a wonderful experience

Everything was simply amazing about this tour. I was scared out of my mind but they made me feel very comfortable and relaxed.
The experience itself was fine however we paid for photos we never got. I've tried emailing the company, calling and leaving messages and haven't gotten a response back. I'm really disappointed that we now have no photos of our experience.
The scubadoo was not really as expected. There was not really much to see, just a few fish. They were more intersted in selling expensive pictures.
This was such a wonderful experience. We felt extremely safe the entire time, even with a child that couldn’t swim. The guides were wonderful! Wish we had brought our GoPro, but since we didn’t, I’m coming back!
