HQT (Hugh Quality Transport) was amazing! My husband sat up front with our driver and had so much fun playing DJ and carrying on a lively conversation. Such a great personality and very professional! I have done a few airport transfers and this was seamless. They were exactly where they said they would be at the airport and only took 5-10 minutes from the time we found them until were were in our van and in our way. Pickup was great too, they arrived within 5 minutes of the time and we got to the airport with plenty of time (2 hours beforehand was plenty of time). I wouldn't hesitate to book with them again!

We arrived April 22, 2026, and was transported to the Miches area (Secrets). My driver went above and beyond. We located a phone left behind from the previous passengers and he cared enough to ask permission from us, to turn around and take the phone back to the owners. He was very professional. The van was clean and he made sure to assist us with our luggage. We arrived safely to our destination. I would definitely recommend HQT to others and will be using them again.

We paid $280 a private round-trip transfer to our hotel . When we arrived and finally found where the tour company was staged, there was no representative present. We waited 10 to 15 minutes and then the young lady finally showed up and was not pleasant at all. We then waited another almost 30 minutes for our driver. When the driver arrived, he was nice, but didn’t even have water in the car to offer us. The return ride back to the airport at the end of our trip was much better. The driver arrived early was very friendly offered us various beverages and other amenities. He definitely l made me feel better about the company.

Driver was super friendly and accommodating. Our flight was delayed by 4hrs and we were concerned we would be left without transportation but our driver kept in touch and patiently waited. I will always use this service. They go above and beyond to provide best customer service.

Pick up from Punta Cana airport went very smooth. Ride to our hotel was 1.5 hours and our driver Sammy was great!

We had an hour and a half transfer from the airport to our resort. Our driver told us about the length in advance. He negotiated the small towns well and made good time in between them.

We had a small wait at the airport for our van to be loaded before we were driven the 90 minutes to our destination. It would have been a nice touch if they would provide you with a complimentary bottle of cold water for the trip. Otherwise it was a safe and comfortable transfer to our resort.

The driver Vladimir was excellent during the drive from the Punta Cana Airport to Zemi Miches, which is about 90 minutes. We made a beverage/bathroom stop too.

Got us where we needed to be safely and quickly! Would use them again when we return to the Dominican! We would recommend them!

Everyone was friendly and social, they accommodated our needs and offered beverages beforehand. The van was nicely air conditioned.

90 mins car ride with no wifi and nothing to do was long and slightly painful...thats the primary reason for docking stars. Drivers were kind and courteous and car had AC. Pick up was prompt on return, but we did almost get scammed on arrival when employees were not at their stand and someone tried to claim they worked with them...luckily I knew better. Also waited about 10 mins after check in for next available van to the resort. At $280 round trip plus tips for the drivers, I might be inclined next time to shop around a bit more first.

Safe and spacious ride to our resort in Miches. Our driver was courteous and polite. The airport is a little chaotic but once we found our area it was fine.

The driver Rodney was great and made sure we got to our destination in a safe and timely manner. It interacted with us the best he knew how even with our language barrier.

we prebooked transfers and had 0 checked bags. advised company so they would be there on time. they were not-given the run around-they will be here in 5 minutes, ok 10 minutes. we then went to a different section for pick up (in the heat) and he finally came. the cab driver did a good driving job, but he had no intention on meeting our flight. He arrived approx 30 to 40 minutes after we checked in for the service.

Perfect trip as promised, loved having a sign with my name on it amid the chaos as you exit the airport terminal. Was met by uniformed agent and escorted to our vehicle. They also helped with luggage and before departing made sure bathrooms were available. Communication via WhatsApp easy and fast with our agent.

I scheduled a ride with this company the day before and i appreciated how prompt and responsive they were. They scheduled my pick up early enough so I was able to get to the airport on time. I had a comfortable van pickup and the ride was smooth. I would definitely recommend this company to others when needing transportation services especially to and from the airport.

Highly would recommend this transport service. My friend and I arrived at night and our driver was outside with our name on a sign and took us safely to the car and to our hotel. As we booked a round trip our driver confirmed the time for pick up the day before and arrived early and waited patiently for us to check out and helped us put our things into the car. It was a very well organised and safe service in a clean, modern car! A lot of room for us as it was just the two of us.

I booked round trip, and I was a little nervous that the day before my pickup to return home, I hadn't heard form the company. Sent a message and they didn't reply all day. Next morning I heard from the driver, Michael, to really changed the experience for me. After he had been assigned my pickup, he sent me a message shortly after letting me know what was going to happen. He gave me a pickup time, and even got there a little early. He was patient while the hotel took a few moments to retrieve my bag, and got me where I was going in great time. I would recommend this company for transfers, and hope you get Michael! He's a good dude.

We used the airport transportation service and it was great. Our driver was Alberto Paulino and he did a fantastic job. He was right on time, friendly, and a very safe driver. He got us to the airport in plenty of time. The van was clean and air conditioned, and the ride was comfortable. Very reasonably priced, especially since we had a commute of slightly over an hour. Definitely recommend!

Their staff was professional. We only had to wait around 5 minutes when we were picked up from the airport. On the way back or driver was a few minutes early and very professional. Overall we're very happy that we chose this company. Thanks

We used HQT after a poor experience with another (supposedly highly recommended) company during airport pickup. We liked HQT a lot better. Booking online was very easy. As well as credit-card bookings, they also offer a pay-by-cash option, which I used. For customer service you can call toll-free, or a local DR number, or a US-based 212-area code number - a nice thought for US customers. When I called to confirm our pickup (not necessary, but I like to double check) the representative was very friendly and spoke perfect English. Pickup was on time and the ride was good. No security check drama - no photographing passports like DAT did. Very easy process. Recommended. I would use again.

Victor was very pleasant and went above and beyond. We left one of our backpacks at the airport and did not notice until 10pm, he returned to the hotel the next day to take us back to the airport and helped us find the backpack. We booked him for our return trip as well! Great service! And would recommend him to everyone!

Great service. I was greeted at the airport with someone holding my name on a sign. A friendly representative stayed with me until my driver arrived (very quick). Jonathan was a fun driver and helped me learn some useful phrases, answered my questions, and told me about the areas we were passing. I would definitely use the service again.
