Exit the airport completely and you will find your driver holding a sign or iPad with your name. You then have to walk, with your luggage, about 4 to 5 blocks to get into the private transportation.

Trip from Cruise Port LA Romama to Punta Cana Airport. Tried to get confirmation the a couple days before with no results. Got confirmation day of that they changed time by an hour. Drive to the Airport was awful. Tailgated all the way. Drive very fast in the rain. And vehicle was a mess, no water offered. They need to fo better.

I booked a round trip through Viator (my first time). My husband and I was supposed to be picked from PUJ to HM Alma de Bayahibe and back to PUJ on our departure date. I was send an initial ticket for the arrival and told that someone would be at the airport with our name. I got no other contact and me being a worrywart, I called and I confirmed with them on the day of arrival. They were helpful and as promised someone was there at the airport on time to pick us up. For our departure, I reached out to them on the day before and based on my flight details they gave me the time the driver would arrive and he was on the dot at the resort to pick us up. Overall this was great experience. The drivers were nice and speaking Spanish helps but if not they were very reliable.

Our driver was courteous, friendly and on time. We had no problems finding him at the airport exit Definitely recommended.

Our flight was over 1 1/2 hours late so we were very pleased to see our name on the board. We were dropped off at our hotel at midnight so a very late night for our driver. Would definitely use these guys again!

Our name was displayed so we couldn’t miss it in the transportation area of the airport. Our driver Jason was pleasant and brought us directly to our hotel. The van was the size we needed. No problems at all

Horrible service. Waited over and hour and a half and no one showed up and had to book my own transportation at the airport. Was also traveling with 2 kids so made it stressful. Talked to Viator on the phone and could not give me a straight answer so said would refund trip. I will wait and see.

Rodolfo was our driver for airport pickup and hotel pickup. Great experience he was a good driver. Would use again. Only thing was that i had to reach out because i never heard about pickup instructions.

Driver showed up on time, the ride was uneventful. But the reservation process was quite unpleasant. I wanted to cancel my reservation within the time period Viator stated in its cancellation policy for full refund. But I was told I will not get any money back. The agent I spoke to kept changing the reason for it. It is a scam

No name sign at baggage exit. Another tour company tracked him down. Rodolfo had our name sign and with a translation app, we were off to La Romano. He was a very safe driver and we enjoyed our first encounter in the D.R..

We used Best Punta Cana Vacations for our transfer needs to and from PUJ and Dreams Dominicus. Both of our drivers were courteous and professional, but Jarley spoke excellent English and was so engaging during our roughly 1 hour ride. They were waiting for us when we arrived, and on time for our return. I will be using them for future trips to the DR, and highly recommend!

We booked a ride from Puta Conda to our hotel in La Romana, Dominican Republic. It was about a 1 hour drive. Our driver was waiting for us at the airport as planned and was a very good and pleasant driver. It took a lot of stress out of the trip.

My wife and I were traveling with two young kids and were a bit nervous about booking the transportation to the resort. However, They communicated very well via WhatsApp, which I found comforting. Driver was waiting right outside the airport with a sign with my name. I would definitely use them again.

Adolfo was there for us with a sign with our name on it when we came out of the airport. Adolfo couldn’t speak English, so the ride was fairly quiet & uneventful. It’s an hr drive from Punta Cana to La Romana, DR

Picked us up on time, got us to/from airport, and for a good price. Neither driver spoke much English (first one's girlfriend did a bit) and for the second pickup had to ring and get my timings through to a slightly surly phone operator. Nonetheless did the job and ensured safe transport.

Driver is as waiting for us with a sign. Kind courteous service with good communication from dispatch let us know our driver was outside and how we should find him as well as a number to communicate if we were having trouble locating him.

We waited for almost an hour past our arrival time and ended up getting another service to take us to our hotel. The driver text approx 15 min after we left with the other company asking where we were. We’d already waited an hour!! I sent messages via Viator app because I had no phone number to contact the driver.

This transfer service picked us up from the airport and returned us and the end of our vacation. They were waiting and ready for us when we landed. They were perfectly polite. No issues at all.
