Return trip to airport was very smooth and timely. The pickup at the airport was chaotic. Better communication would have helped.

This company was super reliable, safe and great communication about the details of pick ups. Upon arriving at Punta Cana airport it took us a bit to find the drivers assistant ( was very crowded) but we called Julio and within 2 minutes the assistant found us and took us to the vehicle. I highly recommend this service if you want to be on time for flights or important appointments and don’t want to wait for hotel or resort shuttles that May or may not have room for you or your luggage.

It was easy to schedule our travel to and from the airport with ease. Before we arrived, there was communication as to what to expect when we got there. they were very easy to locate at the airport. when we were leaving they arrived at the pick-up stop little earlier, which was not an issue we, were there and ready to leave so that was very convenient for us. the overall experience was great. Both of our drivers were very nice we had no issues.

This company provides a great and easy transfer from resort to/from the airport at a fraction of the resorts cost. Professional drivers with signs made for an easy arrival. The air conditioning and vehicles were also nice.

Very safe and efficient driver that took us to our destination in record time. No complaints. He waited while we got something to eat at the airport. We also wanted to take a tour of Consuelo and Deny was sent. Deny was awesome. He went above and beyond to ensure that we had a great time. He speaks English and made the experience very enjoyable. He also brought drinks for us and took us to local places where we could get Domincan food and chicarron! Deny also took us back to the airport. He stayed until we had checked in and went into security. I would definitely use this company again.

The transfer company was fantastic. They communicated very well leading up to our trip and made it very easy for us upon arrival. They were waiting for us right at the airport and the communication with Julio the office manager was great! The driver was very professional and friendly. In the way home Julio reached out for pickup time and they were right on time. I would highly recommend.

Fast and easy airport transfer! Everything was own time, we were offered water as soon as we sat down and have frequent communication with Julio.

I book last minute and my luggage was delayed. They allowed me to wait and additional 2 hours for my luggage and accommodated me. The driver was professional and told me about great things in PC and La Romana. On the way back, the driver was on time and very professional. Vehicles were very clean. Driver waits for you with your name on a card at the airport and resort. (They track your plane’s arrival.) Good information via email once booked and great communication through What’s app. Drivers were safe and quick on the road. Lastly I compared with other companies and the price was the best I found for the 100km drive. Canadian couple -we would use this company again for sure.

Punta Cana Transport was AWESOME. Excellent communication the day before coordinating time. They were spot on for each pick up. Vans were clean, drivers were excelente. Drivers were prompt, friendly and very helpful. The vans were clean and the rides were smooth. Our first driver even gave us a rundown of what was produced on the island as we drove past miles and miles of sugar cane farms. He even pulled over and got us a little sample!

Being on time at both times. Air conditioned car, most of all Julio speaks good English. Friendly manner.
