Scam all The way, paid for shuttle service in advance and nobody showed up to pick us up. Let’s is stranded and had to Noah for a taxi cab to get us to our airport. Pay more and pay for the leave of mind. Do NOT USE theae guys
First we waited 40 mins for a driver to show up once we landed in the airport. Imagine after a long flight waiting around for the company to find a driver. Pure rediculous
THIS IS A SCAM- I booked this service for transfer from the airport our accommodation the driver was not there upon arrival. After waiting 30mins for a resolution, the operator we had contact with through WhatsApp informed us there’s been a mistake and that we would have to wait another 30 mins. We could not wait so ended up paying extra for a taxi service instead. When I reached out to Diamond to request a refund, they pushed against doing so. Eventually they agreed but it has been 6 weeks with no refund. Be warned- they will take your money and leave you stranded. Very dishonest. See the google reviews, there are many with the same experience.
From start to finish, this process was as smooth as butter! I appreciate the communication via WhatsApp from the moment that I booked the transfer. I paid for roundtrip but it showed as 1-way. That made me nervous so I reached out. They responded right away to reassure me. Then, I received information about tours and excursions that they offered as well. This was helpful as you don't know who to trust and you're in another country. Diamond Tours was excellent! Upon arrival in Punta Cana, I walked out to the transfer area. My name was on a placard. This was great as there are many companies trying to sell you something at the airport. I looked for the white shirt with the yellow and blue D. My name was right there. The young lady quickly assisted with my luggage and took me over to the pick-up point. We had a private transfer to La Romana. In less than 10 minutes, our van picked us up. Tony was a great driver. His van was a little old and he did not have a radio, but the AC was pumping icicles! For the return, I received a message the day before with the pick up time to return to the airport. The time was a bit early so I asked for a later time. I was given a later pick up time with no problem. I received another message upon the driver's arrival to the resort. This time, our vehicle was practically new. We had a great driver and he played excellent music. We got to the airport in no time! I had an awesome experience which created a lasting first impression. When I return in 2026, I will be using Diamond! Others suggested AmStar and DAT, but I made the right choice! Great value for my money. We had clean, safe vehicles and great drivers. What more could you ask for? Thanks Diamond :)
I Booked Diamond Tours through Viator . The transaction was seamless . Once we were connected through the Viator App. Instructions for when and where to pick us up was detailed. The driver arrived right on time specific to our request. Diamond supplied a great driver and excellent service. I highly recommend Diamond.
I used Viator for this booking, well in advance, I paid in full about a week before we needed the service and was happy. My communication with the Tour personal was a bit sketchy through the Viator Chat app. I wasn't getting a response from the Tour company but when I decided to use the Viator Chat App to talk directly to a Viator Rep. I wasn't disapointed and they ensured me everything was fine.Our ride was not a minute late to arrive at the designated time, Perfect. I don't have any complaints about Viator or the Tour company we used , it was pretty seamless. Viator is the only service I use when booking tours on our travels.
Very friendly and nice drivers! Accommodating and easy to talk to! I felt safe traveling alone! They asked if I wanted to listen to music and were super respectful.

Starling canario picked us up from our resort and promptly took us to the airport for our trip home. His vehicle was clean and spacious! This company is easy to communicate with for your travel needs, and saved us money compared to using the resort shuttles.
Driver was friendly. Good prices! We had to wait a little bit at the airport cause nobody was there but everything else was ok!
Agent was waiting with name board at exit area of airport. Waited about 10 minutes for coordination with driver. Everyone helped with loading luggage. Worry free transfer in a safe clean vehicle.
Reliable transportation. We use it for airport transfer to and from our hotel in La Romana from PUJ airport (1hour) The only issue was the fair condition of the van. Driver was great. We thought the messaging through whats app with the company was reliable.

Friendly, on time, comfortable van. Reservation was confusing because header said round trip but bullets under "what's included" had ONE WAY in caps. Also said water bottles included, which we really liked forward to upon landing but they didn't plan for this. In the end the desk agent found cold water for us and we got on our way. The company was great about communicating re hotel pickup for return trip.
Tony arrived early for our transfer to the airport. The car was very comfortable and efficient. Recommended as a great way to travel.

The driver was fine but it took a while to get hooked up with him. Many companies had signs with the names of their passengers but not ours. We had to ask the local coordinator a couple times to find our driver. We probably waited about 30 minutes. We were also disappointed that water was not provided as was stated on our reservation.

When we arrived at the airport, it was hard to track down the Diamond representative as no one had a sign with our names. Eventually, we found her and she had no record of our reservation. I showed her our confirmation number and eventually she found us a driver. The van was not in great shape, the seatbelts didn’t work, the WiFi did not work and there was no water. Given that Diamond basically didn’t provide anything they had sold and Wr need reliable transport to return to the airport I asked for a refund for our return trip. The text reply: we could talk when I wasn’t angry. I filed for a refund for the return with Viator and also received no response.
Driver Elvin was helpful and friendly. We arrived promptly and safely at our hotel. My teenage daughter left her AirPod case in the van, and they found it and delivered it to us the next day! Diamond Transportation was excellent!
Our driver Luis was very knowledgeable of the area. We we're unexpectedly delayed at the airport nearly 45 minutes. The company waited for us and reached out via email to check on us. The driver was cautious and courteous. He even taught us a few phrases to use during our stay.
Waited 20min for the car in front of the airport with an employee trying to entertain us. Finally the transport arrived. No water was offered and no WiFi on board, as it should be according description! Asking for a return transfer to the airport at the end of our stay, I was told a price of 89$. So, 9$ more than the other way around! Why is that??
Did this for airport to hotel and hotel to airport. Both drivers were on time, safe drivers and informative about the area. Would definitely use diamond again.

Everything was perfect with them. I traveled by myself from Punta Cana to La Romana and felt safe the entire trip. Coming back I had a bit of a sore throat (too much of a good time) and my driver stopped for some lime to help sooth it. They were on time on both pick ups and professional. Will definitely use them again when I travel.

Pleased with our experience. Easy to locate desk at the airport. Van was comfortable and air conditioned. Driver was friendly and helpful with the luggage. We booked one way and once added the second trip from hotel separately. It was difficult to book the return so we booked on Diamond’s website. I would recommend. Service was $50-60 less each way vs what the hotel was offering.
Our reception by Gerry was very informative and professional. We waited just a few minutes and our private vehicle arrived. Our ride was air conditioned, comfortable and very pleasant. Our driver Joel Valdez was extremely nice. He explained things along the way, offered us to stop if we need to use the rest room and provided free WiFi during the ride. I would highly recommend Diamond for your private or group transfers or transport.
Our drivers were amazing. If it wasn’t for Felipe and Danilo and our last driver I would be leaving a 1 star review so the drivers saved things. So why the 2 star review if the drivers were amazing? Well this company seemed more interested in selling us tours than providing the transportation we prepaid for. We were jerked around for 20 minutes while a sales guy tried to talk to us about tours and left standing around because we didn’t want to talk about it. The person we were told we would meet was no where around. Eventually they got us into a van but by then we were so frustrated with how Diamond started off our vacation I would never give them more or our money. LAte that night after we were in bed we got a really long text from Kelly with Diamond Tours saying she is coordinating our transfer from the airport to the hotel. News flash, we got to the hotel 7 hours ago. She then goes to you guessed it, talk about tours, currency exchange, and random stuff I don’t need to hear about. Again, I booked transportation. I don’t need multiple sales pitches for tours. If you want to put some flyers in the van for us to review during our hour drive, thats acceptable, trying the hard sale in person and then by text is not a good way to create a relationship. When it was time to depart our hotel back to the airport Diamond had set a pick up time of 10:50am. At 10:10am I started getting multiple texts from Tyquan at 10:10, 10:11, 10:12 then calls at 10:13 and a second all at 10:13 to tell us the driver is early if we are ready we can depart early so I say we are almost ready and will come down. Well we rush down and then guess what, no driver no van so we stand there messaging Tyquan from 10:24 to 10:33 when the driver actually pulls up. Diamond Tours made both the start and the end of our vacation a very frustrating experience.
I was very satisfied with Diamond Tours services for my transfer to and from the airport. The staff was very professional, reliable, and friendly. I will definitely use Diamond Tours for my next visit, and I highly recommend them.
When I arrived at the airport there was someone waiting with a sign with my name. My driver Arcangel was very nice and friendly. I was the only person in the van from Punta Cana to Bayahibe. I felt safe with him being a woman and only person. The van had good air conditioner considering how hot and humid it was. Will use them again in the future.
Very good experience!! Round trip transfer to Dreams La Romana. They were very prompt and made us feel safe. Would use them again. Pick up was great from the resort back to the airport. They we’re waiting for us when we got to the lobby.
The driver was very friendly and experienced. The trip was great even with the heavy traffic. It was a very hot day and he offered cold beverages to me and my spouse.
Our flight was delayed by 6 hours but they were in touch the whole time and were ready for us when we landed. Excellent crew and ride to our resort! Highly recommended!
Representative was easy to find but before departing for hotel (after a long flight and day of travelling) had to endure 15+ minutes of attempted excursions sales. Not what I wanted as was hot, tired and just expected to be taken to the hotel. The drivers both ways were excellent, smiley and efficient
Diamond tours stayed in contact with me prior to my pick up and during my pick up. They pick me up from the Hilton LaRomana. I had a scheduled pick up at 10 AM. The Bellman called my room at 9:45 AM to notify me that my driver was waiting for me. I was greeted, and my driver immediately took my bags and loaded them. He was kind and courteous. He drove safely and obeyed all road rules. He provided me a safe trip to the airport. This was my second trip with Diamond Tours, and I will recommend and definitely book again.

We had reservation for pick up , the car didn’t arrive at all. We called them couple times and finally got that message: “Sorry our driver was on the and the vehicle had damage on the way we will not be able to get there but we will have to suggest you to take a transfer from the hotel this time we are so sorry for this inconvenience” So we found taxi and almost missed the flight. We used Diamond for transfer from the airport to the hotel and back. We found the Diamond representative very quickly and were greeted in a friendly manner. The ride to the hotel was excellent. But on the way back we had minor issues with pickup confirmation. We had to contact the company several times to inquire about our pickup time. But all well that ends well. The driver was on time an brought us smoothly to the airport. We recommend contacting the company via Whatsapp.
The pickup from the airport worked very well. Unfortunately, the pickup for the return trip was delayed by an hour, so we were still lucky to reach our plane. Also, there was an additional $30 parking fee for the return trip.
