Private Airport Transfer From Punta Cana To La Romana And Bayahibe

This transportation is not recommended at all. We could not find anyone at airport. Only the kindness of other taxi drivers helped us locate someone by phone. Someone showed up 10 minutes later and then said he could not take us and wait “5 minutes” for someone else. 5 minutes turned into 30. Someone arrived and did not speak English, offer water bottles, or have in van WiFi. All of this was advertised and confirmed by email. The driver took several phone calls and texts and we felt extremely unsafe with his driving. We have been driven many times to our resort and understand that drivers are aggressive but this was way beyond that. Luckily after online chat with Viator we were able to cancel return trip and get a refund.

Can be daunting traveling into an unknown country, however the experience was seamless. Great service eand would highly recommend.

Great transfer. In contact before my flight touched down. They gave me good directions where to meet once at the airport. Download Whatsapp before you arrive.

Our driver was nice, but spoke very,very little English. He was about 20 minutes late and there was no water or WiFi. If it hadn’t have been for the young ladies outside the airport, I am not sure if we would have found our driver.

The transfer never showed up. Yes, our flight was delayed 1 1/2 hours but you would think the transfer company would check that. Had to take a cab to our hotel.

Not good. The driver was going very fast and the car was very old making noise very uncomfortable. And the driver was driving a stick manual like he's driving a race car. The whole car was jerking. Please ask for a newer van and a driver who drives slow and safely and if possible The car with automatic transmission and not a stick manual. Since this is a long ride, we got nauseous and a bit sick in the car. Thank you.

The service was terrible, the vehicle was real old, all the signal lights at the dashboard was on, the alert of low gas levels low, breaks on, engine on, the suspension was broken or something like that because every time when pas a pothole the car was cracking, the length of our travel will be for around 1-1/4 hr. imagen what was the reaction. The driver arrive 30 minutes late on the return day, and he try to recover the time driving real fast 150 km/hr till I say please drive safely and slow to the speed limit 80 km/hr. I can’t recommend this company at all.

We booked a round trip private transport from the punta Cana airport to La Romana. The day we arrived to the airport, we had to wait a very long time for our driver however we were able to get a driver and we arrived at our destination safely. By the way, these transfers (ours at least) did not have water. The day we were leaving our driver (he did not speak any English) included 2 other people which should not have happened! I advised the driver (with a translator) we have a private transport so no one else should be with us and he told us 2 other people are coming and walked away from the van we were in and went to wait for them in the lobby. I requested half of a refund and was rejected. I was then text messaged almost immediately why did I request a refund and when I explained the situation, my messages were left on read and I still do not have half my refund. “Customer service” has not been helpful. The next trip we take to Punta Cana we will not use this service again. Whatever you do, please do not use this company and look elsewhere for transportation.

Well everything was seamless until the day we left. Driver was late and I confirmed the day before. I kept calling the rep and he didn’t answer until I told him I was going to call Viator to get my money back…..all of a sudden my driver was there a half hour late….my flight was at 12 and I didn’t make it to the airport until 10:30…..I’ll never use this service again. You get what you pay for. No water either.

Great communication. Drivers were on time and got the job done as advertised . Vans were in good condition and we had no issues . Was cheaper than other transport options

Went pretty well. Just be prepared for a chaotic scene outside the airport. Took about 20 minutes to find our driver. There was good help but we needed to keep an eye on the person helping us so we didn’t get forgotten! Driver did not speak English but was very nice. Driving/being a passenger in the DM is not for the faint of heart!

Took an hour to pick us up, blamed it on traffic. I had been speaking to a representative for at least 3-5 days ahead. They had our flight information and cell phone. Then stopped for gas Not great at all I would not recommend

Jaime was excellent. 45 minute ride from Punta Cana airport to La Romana resort. Great driving. Van was spacious for our luggage. Very helpful in unloading at the resort

It was awful. I was staying at a newer Hilton property and I’d read to make sure you let your driver know as they are accustomed to taking guests to the other Hiltons which are 30 min apart. The transfer company was to provide an English speaking driver, driver spoke no English, drove like a maniac, stopped randomly at a gas station and picked up money? His phone was ringing constantly, I advised multiple times where we were going, showed him the address and he still took us to the wrong place. It took us almost 2 hours to get to our hotel. I had to use my gps and guide him.

Everything was fine except I didn't see communications would be provided via whatsup, because of that we spent extra time waiting for the ride.

The driver was very nice and made the trip easy and comfortable, would recommend to anyone, very good service.

Contacted me the day before and was ready to arrange the pick-up when we landed. Didn’t get any water or WiFi but ride was safe, on time and smooth.

Absolutely terrible. I used them last year and when we arrived at the airport they was nowhere to be seen. We had to have someone call to make sure they was coming. They did get us back to the airport to return home. I gave them the benefit of the doubt and used them again this year and a absolute mistake!!! Again they wasn't there on time and had to have someone call. Then the return to the airport after our trip, they was supposed to be there at 11am. 11:15 comes along and no sign. We called and they said they had it down for 2pm to puck us up. We had to take a taxi to get back. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY for anything!!

We made three transfers with this company, with 7 people and a vehicle for us. Our driver Jeffrey was very friendly and very punctual at the times we requested, even when we asked him to advance half an hour from the agreed time they also arrived on time. Highly recommended service.
