From the moment we met her, she made us feel like family. She has a smile that lights up the entire resort, endless energy, and a personality that’s bigger than the Caribbean. Whether she’s leading pool games, dancing, joking around, or simply stopping to chat, she has an incredible way of making every guest feel welcome. Now let’s talk about my signature orange pen with my “B” and crown logo. 👑🧡 Everywhere I go people ask about it, but Carolin absolutely loved it! She was so excited about it that it became part of the fun and had everyone asking about it. I think my little orange “B” with the crown may have found its biggest fan! 😂 The resort itself is absolutely first class. Gorgeous grounds, beautiful pools, delicious food, breathtaking scenery, and exceptional service everywhere you go. Every single employee seems genuinely happy to make your vacation unforgettable. Carolin is one of those rare people who turns a great vacation into an extraordinary one. She’s hilarious, kind, engaging, and somehow has enough energy to keep everyone smiling from morning until night. I’m convinced she’s powered by sunshine, Dominican coffee, and pure happiness! ☀️😂 We’ll definitely be back… not just for the incredible resort, but to see our new friend Carolin. This resort has all what you need. They go above and beyond to .ake your experience special. They accommodate every special request. The staff is well trained very polite and seems to be happy all the time. To see them so enthusiastic about their job and have fun at ayhe same time makes us feel so special. I would come back with my family whenever I get a chance. All events are planned every well and they know how to keep you engaged. Great team work Bahiha Principe!

A fabulous vacation at BP Bouganville…staff: incredible…Francis, Jose, Sweet Caroline, Marcelo, baby Carlos at the bar, Wilke, Neylany, Michele at the front desk, Niki Ménage - I could go on forever with a list of my new friends. Each and every staff member going out of their way to make you feel welcome and take care of anything you may need and make your stay welcoming and enjoyable. The drinks flowed all day, the restaurants and wait staff- friendly and accommodating. The food was wonderful. Anything not perfect was not the fault of the people or the resort (ocean creatures) but the fun to be had makes up for it. Get involved, make friends, and enjoy your time here in beautiful DR. Remember- you get what you give - if you are friendly, you will get it back 10 times over. The grounds are gorgeous, rooms traditional, but very clean.

I recently stayed at Bahia Principe Grand Bouganville, and I cannot say enough wonderful things about the staff. They truly went above and beyond to make sure I had an unforgettable vacation. From the moment I arrived, the energy, kindness, and genuine care shown by the team made all the difference. The entertainment staff kept the resort alive with constant activities, evening shows, dancing, laughter, and endless opportunities to have fun. What impressed me most was that they didn’t just entertain guests—they took the time to connect with us. Whether it was stopping for a chat while relaxing on a lounge chair or making sure everyone felt included, they made every guest feel special. By my second night, I honestly felt like I was spending time with family rather than staying at a resort. A special thank you to Enervia, who leads the entertainment team. Her positive energy is contagious, and she is truly one of the sweetest people you could ever meet. She works incredibly hard to create a fun and welcoming atmosphere for everyone. I also want to recognize Maria E., Carolin, Roberto, and Jose from the entertainment team. Every single one of them brought incredible energy, kindness, and fun to each day. Whether leading activities, dancing during the evening shows, sharing laughs, or simply taking the time to chat, they made guests feel welcome and valued. Their passion for what they do is evident, and they are a huge part of what makes this resort so special. A special thank you as well to Bele and Josefina at the pool bar and Luis at the lobby bar. They were always friendly, attentive, and ready with a smile. Their excellent service made every day even more enjoyable. I’ve stayed at many resorts over the years, but the staff at Bahia Principe Grand Bouganville made this one of the best resort experiences I’ve ever had. Their dedication, warmth, and genuine care for their guests are what set this resort apart. You can have beautiful beaches and nice rooms anywhere, but you cannot teach the kind of heart this team has. Thank you all for making my vacation one that I will never forget.
