It is a bit outside of downtown but the hotel site is quite nice, nice garden with an indoor playground and plenty of parking lots. The room is spacious with a bathtub. The mattress is a bit too hard. The breakfast room is nice, breakfast simple but sufficient. We dined once in the restaurant, the food was really delicious. The staff was nice as well.
We stayed one night at this lovely hotel and had a great experience. The staff were very friendly and service-minded, which made us feel welcome from the moment we arrived. The room was a good size, with a charming French balcony and a very comfortable bed. The hotel also has a nice bar, and the restaurant was excellent—we enjoyed a delicious oxtail dish and fresh fish, both very well prepared. Overall, a fantastic experience and very good value for money. We can highly recommend this hotel.

Hotel is ideally situated for travelling to Bilbao port. It’s is pet friendly, infact everyone at the hotel are very friendly. The restaurant was great & breakfast had a lot to choose from.i recommend this hotel as a lovely place clean and easy to find
Spain is beautiful and the people are great. Except for one place. The worst place in Spain EL Valles **** RESTAURANT. On 18/08/2025 I stayed with my wife in room no. 237. The room was clean, the bed was great at the reception, the man was nice. HOTEL - GREAT. In the evening my wife and I visited the restaurant. The service was unpleasant, without knowledge of AJ. The food was inadequate!!! I ordered "lamb ribs" and got it, see; photo of lamb bones without anything and still warmed up in a frying pan, where oil was dripping from the bones. Disgusting!!!!!! Breakfast was served until 10:00. When we came to the dining room at 9:45. The dining room was already cleaned and turned off. The attitude of the restaurant was disgusting and thieving. They are robbing the customer. The worst place in Spain
