It is a very nice hotel, with very pretty view.the people are very friendly and helpfull They make very nice wines , also the tour in the winery is a nice extra The food in the evening and breakfast is very good and fresh Thank you for the very nice stay

We really loved our experience. We came in knowing that the bathroom is how it is with the folding out doors and requested a room with good lighting like we saw in the pictures and it looked exactly like it! We did not have dinner at the restaurant but thought the breakfast was delicious—eggs made to order, different jams and honey/pear breads, fresh orange juice. They also included parking which was a huge plus. We did not use the spa because we did not want to pay extra, it would be nice to offer people a complimentary 1 hour, but it is what it is! It was a great location to see a lot of hilltop towns and even some monasteries.

Very disappointing experience. This property is advertised as a 4-star hotel, but the room we were given was far from that standard. The room had no natural light and looked nothing like the photos online. The sink was hidden inside a closet, and the shower was placed next to the entrance door, measuring less than 1 square meter, with no enclosure, no divider, and absolutely no privacy. It felt poorly designed and extremely uncomfortable. To make matters worse, there were no towels available in the room upon arrival. The published photos do not reflect reality. We travel frequently around the world, and this is honestly the first time we’ve encountered such a misleading presentation. Because of this, we had to leave and book another hotel immediately. Very disappointing and unacceptable for a property claiming to be 4 stars.

Poorly maintained 3 star hotel. Dining room ceiling isnt painted, rooms are dated and not the cleanest. Weekend breakfast is late at 9am and isnt worth it. They serve processed white bread and if you order more than 1 egg they get upset. Very limited options, the breakfast is definitely lacking. For dinner service, it isnt much better. The food is ok but could be much better for the price. Also, the wine selection is quite limited. For a vineyard in Rioja, they only serve their own wines which are quite low quality, no options for anything else. The spa is 25 euros extra per person which wouldnt be a problem if it were good but everything is old and rusted. The sauna is poorly maintained and the wooden furniture is in bad shape. Service is also lacking as the hotel staff are not the friendliest. I wouldnt stay here again. So much potential for this place but it falls short in many areas.
