Ac Hotel La Rioja By Marriott

We had a wonderful stay at AC Hotel Logroño. Our room was spacious and comfortable, with great air-conditioning, a mini fridge and a good TV. The bathroom felt quite luxurious, and everything was very clean. I particularly appreciated the large, soft towels and the full-size hand wash, body lotion, shower gel, shampoo and conditioner. It’s a small detail, but much nicer than lots of tiny disposable bottles. What really made our stay, though, was the staff. Everyone we encountered, from housekeeping and reception to the breakfast staff, was exceptionally friendly and helpful. They genuinely went out of their way to make us feel welcome and at home. Breakfast offered a good selection, although there wasn’t much variation from day to day. The Nespresso coffee was a definite plus. The hotel doesn’t serve lunch or dinner, but this wasn’t really a problem. Just Eat deliveries are welcome, and when we ordered dinner one evening, the staff even set a table for us so we could sit down and enjoy it properly. There is also a small selection of food and snacks that can be ordered through reception. That said, I definitely recommend walking into town and experiencing the local pintxo bars at least once. The location worked very well for us. We left our car in the hotel’s parking garage and did almost everything in Logroño on foot. The shopping mall was a little too far for us to walk, although younger or more enthusiastic walkers might disagree! The garage costs extra, but we thought it was well worth paying for because street parking in the area is limited. The Wi-Fi wasn’t particularly strong, but it was adequate for what we needed. Overall, a very comfortable hotel in a convenient location, made exceptional by genuinely lovely staff. We would happily stay here again. 9/10.

One of the best hotel experiences of all time! I was lucky to receive an upgrade, and the room was fantastic; spacious, spotless, and beautifully decorated with real wood, marble, and stylish touches throughout. The front desk staff were wonderful, especially Paula, who went out of her way to help with my many questions, depite being busy. The location couldn’t be better: just a short walk to the river park, plenty of great cafés, and the historic center. I will stay here again and recommend it.

Nice hotel, at great location and fancy decoration, compatible with the brand! Room was very spacious with a king bed and nice beddings. Bathroom was big with good shower. The Nespresso machine in the room is always a very nice touch. Breakfast was not included but I used my Platinum benefit of $10 per day per person to use towards the breakfast. There were a lot of options, fresh fruits, breads, cheeses and cereals. I really liked their gym. It was well equipped, with new equipments, A/C and also a sauna and a Turkish bath. Overall we had such a great time here and would definitely return and recommend to friends and family.
