Oliver, Isra, y Luis son los hombres y guidias mejores! They were very respectful and attentive. Safety was clearly their priority and ensured the team had a super fun time. They were diligent to check in with everyone frequently about how they were doing, how the bikes were feeling, and promptly attended to the inevitable flat tires. They were quick in the fixes or swapping bikes so we could still enjoy our time. They also took epic pictures. They had loads of patience and allowed balance for speedy and more cautious riders to all have fun and encouraged us to go at the speed we were comfortable without any pressure. I felt very cared for, and had loads of fun. So glad I decided to go and these were my guides! <3 Gracias por todooooo Oliver, Isra, y Luis!!!!

Wow what an exhilarating day!! I was really nervous about this tour for obvious reasons, but I felt in great hands throughout the day. Oliver and Isra were fantastic instructors, they never left our side during the ride and ensured that everyone felt comfortable and travelled at their own pace. The equipment was in good condition, tires and breaks checked throughout the route and the van travelled behind us incase anyone needed a break or updates to their equipment. A simple but nice breakfast, snack and lunch was provided alongside hotel pick up and drop off. They also took lots of photograph for us and shared via WhatsApp at the end of the day. I would recommend this provider!

I had an amazing day out with Oliver and Isra! Door to door service, pick up was on time. The whole day ran smoothly. The team were so friendly and helpful with a great sense of humour. Easily flowed between English and Spanish to accomodate the whole group. I'm not very experienced with these things but all the gear seemed good to me, best suspension I've ever had on a bike (and needed it 😅). Great day out and a big tick off the bucketlist 💪🏻🚴‍♀️🤍

We had a great experience. Eloy, our guide, conducted us safely down the Death Road and was very nice and funny. Nestor was our driver, he drove us back and from La Paz and was always ready with the car to give support in any moment along the Death Road. We managed to get a taste of the a Rainy Forest, going from the Andes through the clouds to finally see the amazing forest and get a nice lunch. Really recommended experience!

Phenomenal tour with Eloy. Bikes seemed to be in good condition, and we had the opportunity to go pretty much as fast as we could handle throughout the entire route, which I wasn’t expecting! An amazing experience both in terms of the thrill of the ride and also the amazing scenery. Eloy was a super engaging guide and also gave us some atmospheric facts and stories to add to the experience. Could have done without the pool trip at the end, but that seems to be a feature of all Death Road trips so can’t really complain. Plenty of snacks were available to keep energy levels high. Overall, this is one of the cheapest (maybe the cheapest) Death Road tour operators out there, and I really don’t see what would be added by paying more than double for the company you’re thinking of.

Amazing your, everything went smoothly! The guides: Nelson and Gandalf the White were stupendous with the whole group, always warning us about hoe careful we had to be but also being funny about it for everyone to enjoy. Felt safe all the way, really enjoyed. If you go to La Paz for sure book this tour with them, they are the best!!

Had a great tour today with Oliver, was really informative about any questions we asked and was a delight to be around.

I was so nervous going into this experience, however, our tour guide Oliver was amazing and kept us safe throughout the journey always checking in with how we were doing after each checkpoint. I have never mountain biked before, but am familiar with riding a bike and would say that this tour is not as daunting as the name may sound (of course you need to be careful though and take precautions with your speed throughout)! The whole experience felt safe and our guide would prepare us for the next section by giving us an overview of what to expect. Additionally our driver was very kind and helpful as well!

We were 4 people and were able to book the night before really easily. The guides Eloi and Isra picked us up early and explained us very detailed what the day would be like. The ride started with us getting all the protective equipment (helmet, gloves, knee and elbow pads + a fullbody suit). The ride was really smooth and they always gave us helpful tips and took fotos so we could concentrate on driving. The ride ended at a really nice all inclusive hotel where we got food and drinks and could use the pool. All in all it was a great experience and I would really recommend doing it with these guides

We did this tour in September. It was epic! The pick up was on time and the bus and bicycles were in very good condition. We got lunch and all the equipment we needed. Gandalf our guide was excellent. He explained everything very well and kept us safe along the way.

What an AMAZING experience! Biking down the Death Road was one of the best adventures of my life. Pure adrenaline, breathtaking views and I felt safe the whole time. Special thanks to our guide GAND - he was absolutely fantastic! Super professional, fun, very knowledgeable and made sure everyone was safe while having the best time. He also took amazing photos and videos of us. Top-quality bikes and great support team. 100% recommended! Best day in Bolivia!

It was a really great tour, we were 6 people, which is relativ small size. The Tourguides Isra and Eloy were helpfull all the way and really present. If you had anything during the tour the would answer and help. It created a safe and relexed atmosphere. The time is from 6:30 to 18:30 depending on were your staying in la paz. Only thing we would recommend if you get blister’s easily, bring something. On the bikes it’s easy to get some. There is an extra cost of 50BOB for the local community. But the price is totally worth it, there are even vegan options.

Death Road was a great experience and Eloy was a fantastic guide. His story telling was full of energy and passion, you can tell he enjoys what he does! Which makes the whole experience that much better. He was great for taking pictures of the group and regular stops to check on everyone. The biking itself was great, you just got to remember to look around when your going down because the views are epic.

Eloy and Oliver provided one of the best tours I’ve ever had the pleasure of experiencing. The guides ensured to take action shots as we were descending and provided food, snacks and information about the death road. Both guides were faultless and are a credit to the company! Had the best time

I loved this tour: from the first descent on the paved road to the bumpy ride on the verge of the cliff. It was thrilling, but never really dangerous thanks to Gandalf's wise guidance (thank you, Gandalf!). The communication and the booking experience was smooth as well. I can recommend this company.

I had an amazing day with Gandalf cycling death road. The bikes were top quality and I felt really safe. They gave us knee pads and elbow pads and protective gear. We had plenty of breaks and stops and took the road nice and easy. Our guide also took lovely photos of us!

What an incredible experience! Riding the Death Road was easily one of the highlights of my trip to Bolivia. The scenery was absolutely breathtaking, and the entire tour was organized professionally from start to finish. A huge thank you to our guide, Eloy, who was knowledgeable, encouraging, and made sure everyone felt safe and confident throughout the ride. He shared interesting information about the area while keeping the experience fun and exciting. Our driver, Luis, also deserves recognition for safely transporting us and supporting the group along the route. The buffet lunch at the end was delicious with plenty of options, and receiving the free “Survivor” T-shirt was the perfect souvenir to remember such an unforgettable adventure. If you’re visiting La Paz and looking for an adrenaline-filled activity with an outstanding team, I highly recommend this Death Road mountain bike tour. Thank you, Eloy and Luis, for an amazing day!

Amazing experience! We were picked up by our driver Luis on time and our guide Eloy was very informative and enthusiastic and had clear instructions to make sure everyone was safe. The trip was well worth it and the scenery was amazing - 100% recommended the zip line as well! Plus we were very well fed.
