Great hotel with good service. Restaurant is open late enough I was able to work from it for a few hours over dinner. Great bar. Easily arranged an SUV to the airport for me. AC in the rooms is really just a fan. Got cold enough at night for me as a very hot sleeper, but something to be aware of if it ever gets hotter in La Paz.
Stayed here for business and loved it. Very modern & luxurious. Great design/layout. Will be staying here again next time I come back.
The hotel was excellent, but the highlight of our stay was definitely the coffee experience with Jhefferson. He was incredibly kind, attentive, and passionate about what he does. He took the time to explain each coffee step by step, sharing details about the preparation methods, flavors, and origins in a way that made the experience both educational and enjoyable. The hotel itself is beautiful, featuring an impressive collection of artwork and located in a charming neighborhood
Great hotel with a fantastic location and excellent facilities. The highlight of my stay at Atix was definitely the friendly breakfast team, especially Jhefferson and Julieta, who provided exceptional hospitality. They went out of their way to make me feel comfortable, answering my culinary questions and recommending new Bolivian flavours to try. It was some of the best customer service I've ever received. I would definitely return just to interact with this team!
The staff here are THE nicest - seriously! SO SO nice. From Andrea on the front desk, to the bell boy, to the breakfast staff… Julieta, Jhefferson, Mateo and Mijael - the kindness was not just because it was their job - the kindness was clearly genuinely from their heart. We were all very touched by every single member of staff here. And the service was impeccable and so warm.
