Kyoto: Japanese Vintage Coin Ring Making Class

Our instructor gave clear instructions, and was very patient. It was fun to take a coin and transform it into jewelry.

A brand new experience- and certainly a good one to visit! Great value for money, with an amazing guide showing how to make all the different parts of the ring from an amazing selection of coins. The ring finish was absolutely amazing, really fun. Definitely do this when you visit Kyoto!

What an absolutely wonderful experience! The staff at Musabi could not have been more welcoming, patient, and genuinely enthusiastic about making the experience special. My son and I decided to make the same coin, and it ended up becoming one of the highlights of our trip to Japan. There’s something incredibly meaningful about creating something together that we’ll both keep forever. Of all the souvenirs we brought home, these coins are easily our favorite keepsakes.
