Begin your day at Fushimi Inari Taisha, one of Kyoto’s most iconic Shinto shrines famous for its thousands of tori gates. Next, visit Kiyomizu-dera Temple; a UNESCO World Heritage site with a wooden terrace offering panoramic views over Kyoto. Founded in the 8th century, this temple is famous for its architectural ingenuity and its role as a place of pilgrimage. This was a lovely experience, me and my wife were on this day tour and we covered 5 different monuments. Kosuke was our tour guide and he was a great one to remember. Although there were only two of us and we ended up taking taxis instead of a bus, it turned out to be a great experience and felt more like a private tour! The Kyoto bus tour was a wonderful experience and a great way to explore the beautiful city of Kyoto! 🇯🇵✨ I really enjoyed visiting the iconic temples and experiencing the traditional Japanese culture. Everything was well organised, and the tour made it easy to see so many beautiful places without having to worry about transportation. It was especially convenient as a solo traveller. Lovely day in Kyoto. The day was packed with great historical places, scenic views and spiritual insights.
Kana was an amazing Kyoto guide with the company he represents. There were six of us on a full day tour who took a van with an excellent driver. The van was super comfortable, which was great in the heat. Kanta greeted us at the pick up spot near the Kyoto train station and gave us a clear overview of the day. He then took us to a series of shrines and other experiences. He shared a great deal of information about what we were seeing - as we had a lot of questions in our group. For others who might not want as much one on one time, he suggests where you can go on your own. He gave very clear instructions on where and when to meet. The places we saw were among the highlights of Kyoto. We especially enjoyed the last stop at Arashiyama and bamboo grove. Great day all around.

One of the things we were missing during our visit to Kyoto was seeing the temples and shrines. You tend to visit places close to the hotel, and easily get a feeling of missing out. This service filled our needs nicely! During eight hours we got to see several cultural landmarks, and get a feeling for their history. But what I really appreciated was the service we got. An excellent energetic guide with good language skills, a car personally driving us to all locations, and the travel group was kept nice and tidy. All goals and times were kept with no issues, and overall I am most satisfied! Highly recommended!
