We had the most amazing experience with Karan who was so knowledgeable about the wood and how to work with it. Also was kind enough to give us tips on what to see and where to eat in the area. Overall chopstick making was super fun and easier than I expected, probably thanks to Karan’s guidance tho 😊

Taba was lovely at helping us choose the wood to use for our chopsticks. She was very knowledgeable on the different wood types like how Sakura shavings could be left in a corner of a room for a natural aroma. She was also very helpful during the process of shaving, sanding and oiling.
It was a very chill and relaxing experience. Taba helped and explained clearly what to do.
Ahmed was out instructor who guided us through the whole experience, he was easy to follow and clear on what to do and made us aware of all the choices from the timber to the engraving, helped me translate my name to Japanese to engrave onto the chopsticks for a final touch. Maybe a bigger sign to the entry is all :) 10/10
