Small room. Only 4 laundry machines so people commonly have to wait to do laundry since there’s only 4 machines for hundreds of guests. Has a sauna and bathhouse that changes genders each day so each gender can experience both. No ventilation system in the restroom so if you poop the restroom continues to smell like shit. Mirror area, toilet, and shower are dark, hard to do makeup because you can’t see. The bedroom area is well lit though. Rooms look a little moldy or stained so it made me question cleanliness. Hotel looks luxurious. Hotel caters to tourists. Friendly and kind customer service. Overall hotel experience was lacking though. Nearby a station
Great location, very close to Subway and easy to walk around. Rooms were a bit dark but super comfortable and very spacious. Front desk helpful. We used the combo washer/dryer. Even with paying for an extra drying cycle, clothes were still very damp. The soap used was nice, as there was no fragrance which I appreciated.
Lovely Hotel with Spacious Rooms and Excellent Breakfast!
We really enjoyed our stay at sequence KYOTO GOJO. The room was a good size, clean, comfortable and well-designed. The breakfast was impressive, with a great variety of delicious options to choose from. Overall, a lovely hotel and a pleasant experience. Would happily stay here again
This hotel lobby is very beautifully decorated with warm lighys and I enjoy the space where we can hangout at the lobby and enjoy the welcome drinks and happy hour it makes me happy to just come in. The room is huge and i am surprised by its size. A short distance walk to the subway station about 300m but I prefer to walk as it is quite central to kyoto station or gion area. It has sauna and onsen facilities which is a good to unwind after a day of exploring. Oh it has alot of hotel amenities which is a plus too!
I really loved this hotel.
The staff were lovely, the room was clean and comfy.
The single use stuff was in the lobby, there was recycling stations in the basement.
Also wash and dry DIY which was easy to use.
I went on ladies day for sauna and really liked it.
I liked the layout of the room, the bathroom was clean had super hot water and nice shampoos.

The breakfast was also great there was a dedicated vegan option (the falafel sandwich).
Along with the usual breakfast buffet things like fruits and tea.
