I honestly loved staying in this hotel. The rooms are spotless clean and spacious. The bed is very comfortable. The rooms have thick double glazed windows so it blocks out the noise from the railway nearby. The aircon works great and is very comfortable. Also they have a premium brand air purifier that is well maintained and was already on and working when I first walked into the room. The staff are very friendly and helpful. The food at the restaurant was excellent quality and worth the price.
We had a wonderful stay at Kyoto Century Hotel, and the service was excellent. A special thank you to Karishma at the front desk, who truly went above and beyond to help us.
We were having a difficult time finding a restaurant with an available table, and Karishma patiently called several places on our behalf. She spent a considerable amount of time helping us and eventually managed to secure a reservation. We really appreciated her patience, kindness, and dedication.

We had a wonderful honeymoon stay at Kyoto Century. The lobby was gorgeous and the rooms had a luxurious yet retro feel to them. We had a beautiful view as well as a view of the trainyard in the hallway. Staff was super friendly and made our stay feel all that much better. Location is close to the station which was convenient. Overall, a very classy hotel and we highly recommend staying here.
We had a wonderful stay at the Kyoto Century Hotel. Despite being just a short walk from Kyoto Station, the hotel was incredibly quiet, making it easy to relax after a day of sightseeing. The location is excellent, with plenty of shops, cafes, and fantastic restaurants all within walking distance.
The rooms were also surprisingly spacious by Japanese standards, providing plenty of room for luggage and making our stay very comfortable. The staff were friendly and professional, and the hotel was clean and well maintained. We would definitely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone visiting Kyoto.
Beautiful and under -rated hotel right next to Kyoto station. Rooms are not super luxurious but are always clean and comfortable. Surprisingly quiet rooms given it is right next to a busy major train station. Price is reasonable for the great location and the buffet breakfast spread is a great idea to start you off on a full stomach everyday. Staff are always helpful and courteous .
