Below expectations. Service is good. But room is not comfortable: not comfortable seats, small and narrow table, no air conditioner (but good ventilation), un-cozy design (a lot of raw concrete with small patches of wood on doors). City view appeared to be just an inner yard with small bar. During night (around 5 am) there were very loud visitors (even though the bar was closed). Breakfast is okay.
Are you looking for relaxation and recovery? Well then this is the absolute worst place to come to. It's not a Spa but a family hotel with a kids pool. Instead of tranquility and stress relief, loud kids and rude Narva people are awaiting you. You won't find a single calm moment in the "spa" area. It is reserved for shouting, jumping and peeing kids instead. The rooms are warm and loud, the cleanliness is average. Breakfast is nice. Go find something else if you are in need of relaxation.
Overall decent hotel. Location on quiet street but quick walk from Kuressaare main square. Breakfast was yummy with plenty of options and good coffee. Spa was clean and with nice saunas. Kind and friendly service by all employees I interacted with. Some things that were somewhat bothering me: the sink in our bathroom was way too small so when using it, half of the water ended on the floor. Also some water splashed out from the shower side of the bathroom. As a result, there was a puddle in our bathroom floor and no way to push the water back to the shower drain either. No idea why the bathroom was designed like this. The room was too hot and humid, the aircon either didnt exist or didnt work properly. There was no way to set the temperature of the room which at this price point should be pretty standard. The outdoor area of the spa could have been larger and with more sitting and lounging options.
Rooms and spa are nice. Narrow breakfast area but great food. Missing a cozy bar. No point of owning a EV charger if anyone can park there.
I stayed at this hotel for one night and had a very pleasant experience. It’s conveniently located about a 15 minute walk from Kuressaare Castle and very close to the city center, which made it easy to explore the area. The place is small and comfortable, the receptionists were very kind, friendly, and welcoming throughout my stay. My room was cozy, and the bathroom was spacious and comfortable. The only small issue I had was figuring out how to adjust the radiator temperature at first. In the morning, I enjoyed a buffet breakfast with a good variety of options to choose from. I also appreciated having access to the sauna, which was included in the stay. Overall, I had a very enjoyable experience and would definitely recommend this hotel.
