Private Full Day Kruger National Park Safari Tour From Hoedspruit

This trip offers excellent value for your money. We did it twice for two full days and saw pretty much everything we could wish for. Our guides, Sibusiso (Blessing) and Jefrey, were both excellent. The only downside is the time it takes to get started. We had a planned departure at 5:15 AM, but between the time it takes to actually reach Kruger and a couple of stops to get coffee and fill out forms, it took approx. 1,5 hours to actually start seeing animals. On one of the days the pickup was delayed by about 30 minutes. Seeing as dawn and early mornings are the best times to see some animals, it did feel like we wasted some precious time. Therefore, if you really want to maximize your chances of seeing what you want, I'd get accomodation inside Kruger so you can get started earlier. Other than that, this tour is hard to beat for value, ease of booking and overall experience.

Great day out in Kruger. AJ found us 4 of the big five, the leopard remained elusive for us this time. It is a big day out, would recommend bringing heaps of water and snacks.

Awesome experience. We saw lions eating prey as a pack. We see a family elephants under a tree shade. We saw many zebras and giraffe. AJ was very pleasant and did his best to give us a memorable experience.

I had a safari at Kruger, with AJ as the guide. It’s wonderful, we managed to see animals like lions (eating a buffalo!), elephants, giraffes (sadly her baby was killed by the lion), and many more. It’s fun! He drove well as well, even on the bumpy road!

We did a private tour with Jeffry and couldn’t have asked for more! Jeffry is a really knowledgeable guide. We were so lucky to see sooo many animals on that day. We always had enough time to enjoy the sightings, but Jeffry made sure we don’t miss out on anything.

Absolute must do experience for anyone who is fortunate enough to be able to. The landscape is stunning and every single animal sighting sparks joy. Our guide Jeffrey was a delight and had many learning moments which really added to the experience

We had a wonderful time with our guide, Geoffrey. We were fortunate to see lions by the side of the road, lots of elephants, giraffes, zebras, a white rhino, and much much more. Geoffrey gave us interesting information about the animals and it was a wonderful day. Highly recommend Geoffrey and Moafrica.

Gustaf was an amazing guide. He located the animals we were most interested in. He was fun and knowledgeable. He shared many facts about the animals and their routines and how to identify females and males. He was very courteous and accommodating.

Amazing amazing day at Kruger!! Our guide Gustov was beyond unbelievable, with his in-depth knowledge of the parks history, size, and the creatures that call this magical place home!! I saw humour, knowledge and an unexpected show of compassion when a guest had a bit of a medical emergency. Gustov remained calm, ensured the guest was comfortable and arrange a private transfer from the park, to ensure she was comfortable and safe. Under a very unexpected situation he remained professional and caring, for the sick guest, as well as the remaining guests. He went above and beyond for the medical situation, as well as ensuring the remaking passengers still received a full day at the park, staying later than expected, taking time away from his own schedule! Anyone could have showed us the vast animal kingdom, Gustov did that hands down, as well as showing genuine kindness in an unfortunate situation!! I will fondly remember the sights , But the human component in this situation may just as remarkable as the animals themselves.

If I could give more than 5 stars I would!! We had Guataf as our guide today and words cannot express the level of professionalism, playfulness, patience and informative that he provided! MoAfrika made a good choice with him! We saw so much in Kruger National Park and he educated us so much with each animal, bird and other things on the tour. He has patience and when we didn’t think something would happen he said “wait, be patient, it will happen” and it did. The stops for bathroom breaks and lunch was timed perfectly! He was always smiling and having a good time but was serious about the rules of the park and the wild life. MoAfrika tours has been amazing from the representative, to the guides, to the staff at Sekekama Tented Camp! We did a 4 day 5 night Safari and I would highly recommend not doing anything less! We had an amazing safari experience with Stanley!! He asked which animals we wanted to see in the beginning and did his absolute best to help us see them all (which we did!!). The ride was comfortable and we went all around the park.

Stan the Man! He was an excellent guide with tons of interesting animal knowledge and also a great driver — I felt safe in his hands. We had some awesome sightings of lions (a throuple on their honeymoon!), water buffaloes, giraffes, herds and herds of beautiful elephants, jackals, impalas, kudus, zebras, hippos, crocodiles, a cute tortoise, baboons, and so many more. Gustaf our tour guide WAS SO AMAZING HE WAS THE BEST!!! His knowledge and respect on the animals, birds and trees was INCREDIBLE. Gustav made the trip even more SPECIAL with his personality and attitude he was so funny and full of energy. We came from Australia and would buy tickets and a hotel JUST for gustaf to be our tour guide there for a day. HE WAS THAT AMAZING AND GOOD!!

Gustav was the best driver ever !!! He brought so fun fun and excitement while being so informative about all the animals, plants and the overall Kruger national park. My family and I will definitely be requesting him next time we visit. He asked us what animals we wanted to see and delivered above and beyond !! We were up close and personal with all of them: we got to see 4/5 of the big five with a close encounter of seeing a leopard. BEST DAY EVER

Gustav was an incredible driver! He knew us all by name, he personalised the drive to the animals that we wanted to see most, he brought so much to the trip and was so kind. He was determined that we would see all the animals, and we got incredibly close and personal to some amazing animals and features. I would recommend Gustav to anyone that wanted to do this safari!!
