What an amazing experience, our driver collected us from our hotel with clear communication. We drove a couple hours to the snow mobils and had a great ride, we were then taken to the spa which was amazing and well needed.

Amazing day from start to finish. Got picked up in brand new van very comfortable and the host Michael couldn’t have done more for us he was amazing. Would definitely recommend
Amazing tour guide, very fun day. Everything went as planned and was great value for money.
Me and my wife went this trip on our last day in krakov and was best way to finish our amazing break ,from start to finish with Tomas who was our tour guide he was outstanding through out and would definitely book with him again
Amazing experience and well organised tour Thomas our guide was very informative and looked after us all day weather was too mild for the snowmobiles but the quad biking instead was so good the thermal spa was the perfect end to our trip to krakow
Myself and my partner used krk tours in December 2025. We booked a visit to the wooden village cheese tasting snowmobiling as well as the thermal baths. We booked via air b&b experiences which was pretty straightforward. We were picked up at the tourist bus stop by the tramway in the city centre. Our guide/driver was Thomas he picked us up at 11:00. Thomas was very friendly and extremely knowledgeable. Ensuring we knew everything even giving us recommendations for food in zakopane which was really helpful for us. The wooden village was really interesting getting to know the history behind the place and seeing a master woodcrafter as well. As well as the cheese tasting and having some traditional smoked cheese. As for the snowmobiling that was so much fun and the views were absolutely stunning I highly recommend this as an activity. There after we went to zakopane city centre and had sometime to explore and get some good food. From there we went to the thermal baths we had around three hours there to enjoy it all they have it all thought out there you can rent towels there’s lockers etc. as well as that the place was massive offering an area that’s family friendly swim up bars a quite area with gorgeous pools steam rooms and a sauna. This was a highlight for us having a place to relax and take stalk of our trip. I highly recommend using krk tours from start to finish it was amazing. And honestly Thomas was so nice ensuring we got home safe 10 out of 10 for us.
Thomas - 5 star rating for him. Very friendly. Couldn't have asked for a better tour guide. Everything planned perfect from start to finish. Highly recommend the full tour of snow mobele and thermal baths, cheese tasting to zachapani. Lucy and Kelly x
Thomas was excellent! There were only a few of us on this tour but it was very well organised. Snowmobiles were great.
We had a fantastic day trip with Tomasz as our guide. He was very easy to contact via WhatsApp before pickup, which was at 11am, and we returned to Krakow around 10pm. Tomasz was extremely informative and friendly, and the conversation flowed naturally throughout the day, making the trip very enjoyable. The itinerary was well organised and varied — we visited the wooden village, enjoyed smoked cheese tasting, rode along the Slovakian border on snowmobiles, had around two hours to explore Zakopane, and finished the day perfectly with three hours at the thermal baths from 6pm - 9pm Overall, a brilliant experience and very well run. Highly recommend!
Thomas was a fantastic host - extremely friendly and knowledgeable. The whole day was organised in great detail, making an unbelievable and memorable experience. Thomas adds a personal touch, and we would recommend this tour for anyone who wants an unforgettable experience in Krakow!
Thomas was full of knowledge during our whole day and kept in touch what time he was picking us up etc! It was an experience we’d highly recommend-top bloke! Thank you Nick and Tracy
What an experience! We went yesterday and it was an amazing day. Our tour guide was brilliant (Thomas I think). He spoke very good English and told us everything we needed to know about all the places we visited. Wrap up warm as it is very cold. The snowmobiles were fantastic, we got around an hour on them, we ventured out to the Polish/Slovakian border on them. The thermal baths were so therapeutic aswell. We rented towels, had two cocktails and three beers and it was £22 all in. We were then taken back to our hotel around 11pm from 11am that morning. Absolutely exceptional day, I would do it over and over again. Thank you so much ! Shannon and Chris x
Really great experience. Thomas was an excellent guide and provided lots of information. The day is approx 11 hours in duration but worth it. Snow mobiles were excellent I would have no hesitation booking this or recommending to others
Thomas was an excellent tour guide on our trip to Zakopane. He was extremely knowledgeable and shared lots of interesting information throughout the day, which really added to the experience. Everything was well organised and the whole trip was absolutely amazing. It was also fantastic value for money — I would definitely recommend this tour, especially with Thomas as your guide.
The trip was great. Thomas was our guide and was very knowledgeable. We had Plenty of time in the locations. It was a great all round experience
Thomas was very helpful and made the experience really good. The snowmobiling was amazing and Thomas provided drinks for us once we had finished! He made the trip really enjoyable and it was the best day!
Thomas was perfect from start to finish even on the drive to the different locations was explaining some of the stories and legends of things we were driving past made the day absolutely perfect very friendly and just an all round great experience if you are thinking of doing anything like this please do it with Thomas you will not regret it for the experience I would have paid double the price Thankyou so much!!!
Absolutely fantastic tour from start to finish. The tour guide Trevor couldn't have been nicer . . The snow mobile was an experience to remember very adventurous as I was never sking before and the village itself was stunning. To finish our day we spent 3 hours in the thermal baths . Wat a relaxing way to end an amazing day ......
Our guide, Thomas, was truly fantastic. We thoroughly enjoyed the entire day. The snowmobiles were excellent, and we particularly liked the thermal pools. Thomas was a very knowledgeable guide and an experienced driver, navigating us through the snow without any issues. This experience was definitely worth every penny. Thomas's communication was excellent, and he even took pictures of us on the snowmobiles, which he later sent to us. We 100% recommend this tour and guide; you will not be disappointed. Thanks for a fab day Michaela & Kevin 😊
What an amazing experience! We went on this tour on the second day of the year so traffic was insane. Our guide and driver went above and beyond to give us a memorable experience. The snowmobile tour is a must! The only thing I think could be different is the starting time. The tour starts at 11 in the morning and we were back at around midnight. I would have preferred if it started earlier so we could be back before 10pm.
Went there for the day it’s amazing the town is gorgeous with beautiful lights everywhere very buzzing lots of shops restaurants and bars
We were booked to do snow mobiling but not enough snow so did quad biking instead which was awesome although it was an extra 400 zloty for two to share a bike. Interesting to see the wooden houses and taste the cheese but the one we tasted was made with cows milk not sheep’s! Zakopane is pretty but I was surprised at how much stuff was prob imported from China and that they had an actual high street with normal shops! Maybe that was my fault thinking it was just a sleepy little village in the mountains. The thermal baths were a nice warm treat at the end but mostly jacuzzis. We definitely didn’t need 3 hours in here. Lunch provided would’ve been more value for money as the quads were extra ok top!
My friends and I had the best day out in zakopane! We booked the private tour on Monday 15th December. Michael, our driver was just the loveliest and couldn't have done more for us. Unfortunately there wasn't enough snow for us to go on the snowmobiles but the quadbikes were so much fun. Once we'd finished that, Michael and Thomas met us once we'd finished the on the quadbikes, offered hot tea and took photos for us, it was very chilled and we didn't feel rushed at all. Michael then offered to take us to a local place to eat which was amazing. After waiting for us again he dropped us off at the thermal baths for 3 hours, this was amazing! What a way to end the day! Michael then dropped us back at the hotel after a long day. Honestly, do this if you get the chance and please tip the driver as they deserve it. The private tour was so worth the money and I'd do it again if I could.
Wow, what a fun day from start to finish! Snow mobiling was amazing, as we're the thermal pools! Slightly longer needed in Zakopane for food and a stroll as had to rush down food.
Amazing day out. Well worth the money. Our tour guide Thomas was great, very informative and made our day one to remember. I would definitely recommend this to anyone visiting Krakow.
Extra socks swimsuit flippers. It was great. The guide the places the activities. Best way to make memories with your friends family or partner.
This was a full day from 11.00-23.00, Thomas the host made us feel comfortable from the first moment we arrived. The group was small and intimate and you could feel that he had planned everything to ensure we had the best time. His local knowledge was great and he ensured we arrived at all points when the least amount of people were there so we could get the best experience. The whole day was planned to perfection. At the end of the day when we were all tired but relaxed he dropped us off at our hotels which we felt was the perfect end to the day. We were disappointed that we were the only two to tip him especially when he had made so much effort through out the day and then went over and above to get us back to hotels that were spread all over Krakow. Please if you do go on this trip tip the driver he deserves it. You should definitely book this you will not be disappointed. Thank you Thomas for a great day! Warm wishes from Cyprus, Stavros and Philippa :)
Incredible trip from start to end! What an experience. Very well thought out and organised. Thomas and Michael were superb tour guides, and very friendly! Highly recommend.
Amazing!! Thomas the tour guide was brilliant, so informative, showed us all around gave us lots of information. Really fun activities lasted around 11 hours but was really enjoyable for the full duration, did lots of different things. We was a group of around 12, Thomas sorted all admission fees we just paid him the set price and he sorted it all.
Amazing experience. Highly recommend. Thomas was a great guide. Very knowledgeable and so friendly. The snowmobiles were so much fun, seeing the wee wooden village was very interesting and trying the cheese was delicious. The thermal baths were really busy but it was nice to relax after a busy day. Zakopane main street was great to see and we even had time to eat in a beautiful Italian that Thomas recommended. Would definitely book again. Worth every zloty.
We had an amazing experience on the Krakow–Zakopane tour with snowmobiles and hot baths. Everything was organized perfectly and ran exactly on schedule. Our guide was incredibly informative and clearly cared about making the day special for us. They went above and beyond at every step, making sure we were comfortable, prepared, and fully enjoying each activity. We genuinely appreciated all the extra effort and attention to detail. Also Thomas brought us to a very athletic places, local cheese maker and the hut for grilling cheese, local carpenter and his authentic wood working quarters in the old Wooden log house... 💫💫 It was a fantastic experience, and we would happily recommend it to anyone!! 10/10
This experience was incredible from start to finish. The snowmobile ride through the mountains was breathtaking – fun, safe, and full of stunning views. Afterwards, relaxing in the thermal springs surrounded by snow was the perfect way to end the day. It was so good, I’m booking it again for my mum and dad – they’ll love it just as much!
Absolutely amazing tour!!! Thomas was brilliant. We did off road quad biking which he filmed and surprised us with a video. He took us to a beautiful spot to take photos of the mountains which was breathtaking. He showed us around the village, explaining their culture and then took to the thermal baths which were also amazing! Best trip of the holiday. Thank you do much Thomas
Enjoyed the entire experience, very nice tour guide with a lot of interesting info on the history of the village and had great time on quads and the thermals! Definitely recommended experiencing:)
This tour was an incredible experience from start to finish! While we originally booked for snowmobiles, the lack of snow meant we were offered a quad biking adventure instead—and honestly, it turned out to be the best quad experience ever! The route was true off-road fun, taking us through rivers, across ice, and deep into the mud, making for an absolutely thrilling ride. It wasn’t just a basic trail—this was real adventure terrain, and we loved every second of it. The quads were well-maintained, and the guides ensured we had an exciting yet safe experience. After all the adrenaline, the visit to the thermal pools was the perfect way to relax. The warm, mineral-rich waters were just what we needed after the quad biking, and the facilities were excellent. The private transportation from Krakow was seamless—comfortable, on time, and stress-free. Having everything arranged for us made the experience even more enjoyable. If you’re looking for an adventure-packed day followed by pure relaxation, I highly recommend this tour. Even if snowmobiles aren’t an option, the quad biking is an amazing alternative!
Thomas our guide was brilliant from start to finish. He pointed out lots of historical places and fun facts of the places we visited and recommended places to eat in Zakopane. The quad bikes were worth the extra 400zl. It was nice to relax at the Thermal spa after a full day.
Honestly the best day that we’ve had and it was all thanks to our tour guide Thomas 😁 Thank you so much! We’ve had such a busy day with so much fun as well as learning so many new things. We visited the villages, tried traditional smoked cheese, snowmobiling, chair lifts and the thermal baths too! Thomas was so friendly, funny and welcoming. I couldn’t recommend enough booking this tour, it was the best :)
Amazing trip, very well organised! Thomas was very friendly & knowledgable, an all-round fantastic tour guide! We had so much fun on the quad bikes, and the snow capped mountains were a beautiful backdrop. Thomas went out of his way to take us to an extra view point 1100m above sea level (due to lovely weather conditions) & we travelled down on a chair lift- it was fantastic. Overall we loved it, would definitely recommend.
This trip was incredible! Thomas was an amazing host, who arrived on time for pick up in a lovely mini bus which made the journey very comfortable. Thomas shared facts and history during the drive which was great to learn more! We arrived at the wooden town and it was cool to see how they used to live. Followed by cheese tasting with a beautiful view! We then went quadbiking as there was not enough snow for snowmobiling but I think I enjoyed this more than I would have snowmobiling! The track was incredible, through rivers and beautiful scenery. The instructors were great and everyone could go at their own pace. Thomas added in an extra of going up to the highest view point which was breathing! He then kindly provided hot tea which went down a great! We then went off to the thermal baths which was much needed after all the walking this trip! I would highly highly recommend this tour!
Firstly if I could rate this experience more stars I definitely would as the trip was a must do experience if you are travelling to Krakow. Thomas our tour guide and driver was very knowledgeable about the local area and the history around the wooden houses. He even WhatsApp messaged us the night previous with a full run down of the trip including times for pick up and information regarding the snow mobile. We already knew we had to pay 400PLN for rental, as it clearly advertised within the tour details. We were unfortunate with the weather as the snow wasn’t thick enough to rent a snow mobile and had to do the excursion using the quads. Again Thomas had explained this to us the night before so we already had an idea. We were initially disappointed with this as we booked the tour specifically for the snow mobiles however we feel we did not miss out at all on the experience. There was plenty of snow on the ground to get that winter wonderland experience. We drove through ditches, rivers and streams and had amazing view of the mountains covered in snow, it really was the best experience! The instructors where also very good with us as well giving us a full tutorial on how to use the quads, myself and my partner opted for a two seater quad and we swapped halfway through. We found the time in Zakopane could of been longer as by the time we found somewhere to eat it was already time to go back to the bus so didn’t get to explore the market stalls that we really wanted to do, but I suppose that was on us. The thermal baths was an experience, and really wasn’t us at all. We didn’t know what to expect really, it was very confusing and such a huge place. We opted to stay down stairs in the relaxation pools and saunas which was nice after a busy and long day. The upper floors where over crowded and packed which we didn’t like at all. Overall the excursion was worth it alone for the quad bikes, definitely look up weather and snow fall before booking as well if you want to experience the mountains in snowfall.
Where do I start? You must book your trip with the guide Thomas. He was absolutely brilliant and made the trip x10 better by going the extra mile with everything and anything. He was very knowledgeable and was also very attentive to any questions you had to ask; his English was also very good, and it was easy to understand. Now onto the trip, the drive was very steady. We stopped off once before we visited the old huts & had the option to if anybody needed to stop. The huts were very interesting; we got to stay and look around. Also gained knowledge of the past, and we met the locals, which was awesome. The quad bikes (which is what we had to do, as there was not enough snow for snowmobiles), which was yet again well worth paying the extra 400 PLN for the views you get to see! 🏔️We drove across rivers, dirt, you name it; we drove through it. The guides also told stories of the animals that surrounded the areas and their experiences when out and about in the forests. We stopped off for photos; it was a very picturesque place. Then it was onto the cheese tasting, which was unreal. It was very much like halloumi, so if you like it, you're in for a treat. 🫶🏼 It also accompanied amazing views outside of the hut, and then we took a short drive down into the town of Zakopane for a bit of free time for food, which Thomas took the time out to take us to the areas that were the best places, then to the thermal baths, which were spectacular. They had an area with a swim-up bar and had jacuzzi areas in the pool, which was very relaxing. 🤤 Also a DJ! Well worth doing the trip & even better if Thomas is your guide.
Great day and experience. Our guide Thomas was really informative and friendly. Highly recommended to anyone.
I went with my friend on this trip on Sunday 19 January and it was such an amazing experience. Thomas and his colleague looked after the group so well. It started off with being picked up in Krakow and then taken down near Zakopane, where we stopped to get some cookies and hot drinks. Then we carried on our journey and stopped at a cute village where we visited a house which was built 200-300 years ago and laid out as it would have been at that time. Thomas was very educated in telling us about the structure of the wooden houses and how the wood stays so brightly coloured! We then did the snowmobiling which was a lot of fun and we got pictures and videos on them. Thomas was waiting for us at the van with some hot sweet tea once we were finished. After that, we stopped off at a little hut and got some traditional smoked cheese before heading off the the thermal pools. On the way to the thermal pool we stopped off at a viewing point to take in the view of the mountains which was stunning!! We had 3 hours at the thermal pools, then Thomas and his colleague took us back to Krakow. It was an amazing well spent day - so grateful to Thomas and his colleague for taking us out for the day. Would definitely recommend
Best activity we did by a country mile in krakow. Seems expensive but definitely worth the price. Driver is very friendly and doubles as a tour guide giving loads of information on the way. He also gave really good recommendations on what areas to go to and avoid at the thermal baths which saved us time if he had to figure it out ourselves. Genuinely couldn’t recommend more.
Wow this excursion was fantastic. Tomas our tour guide is the best. Very informative polite and professional. The whole day was planned perfectly from the start to the end. The pick up was on time in central Krakow then we drove for about an hour and a half to Zakopane. We stopped off at a cute coffee shop to use the rest room and get a drink then got back in the van. The van was very comfortable and warm with plenty of room. We then went to someone’s house / shop. A guy was making woodwork with his own hands which was pretty cool. We then headed to the mountains for snowmobiling. We rented one snowmobile and shared for 400 Zloty. This is worth it and so much fun if you’re an adrenaline junkie. We saw some amazing views and even stopped off at Slovakia which I made a snow angel. After about an hour or so the snowmobiling was finished but that was more than enough time. Tomas made us all a hot tea which was a nice touch as we was all cold from the snowmobiles. After this we headed to a house to find a lady making grilled cheese. Omg, this cheese was the best especially accompanied with the jam. I wanted more 😋 We then drove to another photo spot just before the sunset and it was the perfect view. We then went to Zakpane town centre, you wouldn’t even be able to imagine what to expect. Snow everywhere. Christmas lights, Music, children and their slays. Beautiful restaurants and bars. We had an hour to have a walk around and grab some food. Then finally after we headed to the thermal baths. Again, this did not dissapoint lovely spa very relaxing. We had approx 3 hours here. Only negative was the bus full of kids that arrived that must of had too much sugar as they was so loud but other than that we had the perfect day and that’s all thanks for our tour guide Tomas. Highly recommended you won’t regret it.
Fantastic day trip! Loved every part of it. So interesting with some history about Zakopane and the village. The snowmobiles were so good! Fun for all the family, incredible views and just a once in a lifetime experience. Thermal spa was lovely! It was very busy when we went but it was a polish holiday so I think this was why. Thomas our tour guide was great, he stopped off on the way at a lovely cafe so we could all use the toilet and grab a coffee. He was very easy going and made the trip. We would 100% recommend.
We had a brilliant time on the quad bikes (not enough snow for snow mobile) The instructors were very good and took care of our safety and ensured we had fun to. We spent a couple of hours in the thermal spa, mainly in the outside upper layer. It was a long day but worth it
Great day on the quads and at the hot springs, well organised!! Worth every penny, highly recommended we will definitely be doing it again next year
We had the best day. Thomas is fantastic. Very accommodating and knowledgeable, he is a really nice man and his brother in law was fantastic also! The snowmobiles are great fun and I highly recommend if you like adventure. Overall a great day and a must do when in krakow
Collected by Thomas at a central location in a beautiful executive people-carrier. Water provided, very comfortable. Thomas is a good driver. Several stops on the way up to the mountains. Quad bike place was incredibly well set up and safety paramount. 400zl per bike. You can have your own quad or double up with your travelling companion. All clothing provided, including wellies, gloves etc. Great fun and a hot fruity herbal drink to finish. On to Zakopane where we had just over an hour to look around/grab a bite to eat. Onto the spa, by now the light was fading. Thomas took us in and got our wristbands and fully explained everything. Entry cost included in the tour price from Thomas. We had 3 hours here. Everything is done via your wristband and you pay on way out for extras - so any drinks/food/extras - it’s very simple. Wristband also gets you the locker which is included in entry. Towel hire is 10zl and worth it. Lots to do including a great outdoor pool with swim up bar and music, thermal pools, slides and lots lots more. Thomas was waiting for us when we came out. Sleepy journey back to Krakow. Thomas made the trip really - his English is excellent, vehicle beautiful and he took a lot of pride in looking after us. Cannot recommend him highly enough.
