Zakopane Snowmobile And Thermal Baths Full Day Tour From Krakow

We had a great time leaving Krakow and experiencing the Polish Countryside. Our guide was fun and informative when showing us around sites. We did the ATV option and had a blast. Trying different food unique to the region and seeing the market was great. Highly recommend anyone staying in Krakow to book this tour.

The best trip we have ever taken. From start to finish our guide was superb, he was so knowledgable and professional and a lovely man. He is a great assest to your company. The snowmobiles were enjoyed by us all and we were surprised by the amount of snow in the beautiful Tatra mountains. Our family has just got back to Krakow after a fantastic excursion: led by our excellent guide, Michael. From the moment we were picked up until the moment we were dropped off, Michael was friendly, knowledgeable and we learnt so much from him. The itinerary is superb and gives you a real insight into the history , food and culture of the highlanders. This trip was amazing! We had booked a last minute weekend away to Krakow and didn't know much about it. Doing this trip on the first day was not only brilliant fun in itself, but we learnt a lot of history too, so we could appreciate our second day looking round the city on our own much better. Michael was a brilliant guide, fun and very informative on the drive up the mountains and the historic parts of the tour. He always made sure we had everything we needed to get the most out of the activities. There was some late snow, so we got to ride the snowmobiles (super fun!) and the landscape was magical with mist and snow. The atmosphere also made the thermal baths very surreal drifting around in hot water looking up into the cold mist (in daylight and with the coloured night lights). The flumes are great too! We saw a lot of history round the highlander village, and enjoyed seeing how the famous cheese is made. We also got plenty of time to look at the market and shop for souvenirs in Zakopane. I was trying to write a short review but we did so much in the day! Definitely recommend this trip!

This full day tour is a great way to immerse yourself into the culture and nature of the countryside. Micah was our guide. Micah is passionate about what he does and the tour reflects that. He caters the group’s day to their experience with snowmobiling/other outdoor activities and interests to ensure you have the best time. Next time I am here I will book with this company once again.

Truly the best tour from Krawkow to Zakopane, Micheal is the most amazing guide and made us feel so welcome. He tailors the experience to the small group making it special and you can tell the difference compared to other large tour companies. Quad biking experience is so worth the extra money and the view at the top is beautiful (they also accept Revolut). Convient pit stop for restoom, coffee and snacks before the adventures begin. Sculptors hut is closed on Sunday, but we got to visit another traditional hut with gift shop. Plenty of time spent at each location. Top tip bring cash. Special extra thanks to Michael for providing the right balance of history, education and context at each location, whilst having fun along the way. He has the best tunes for the road trip🎶

A great day out, great value for money. We were away for 12 hours. Picked up from our hotel and just a small group of 6 in total. We had about an hour on the snowmobiles, then down to the old village, taste some smoked cheese and cherry vodka and then off to Zakopane. The thermal baths are vast and we eventually found the quiet over 16’s area and had a drink with our jacuzzis. The guide was great and very informative . I would recommend this trip

Our guide Michael was brilliant. Very knowledgeable, and would also have a laugh with us. Communication was perfect, knew exactly when and where we were being picked up. The trip itself was amazing. Its left us wanting to go back. We had the best day, thanks Michael!

We arrived in Krakow, in order to visit Auschwitz and understand what happened in Krakow and Poland during WW2. Thus, we needed to book an alternative tour to provide us with some much needed fun. This tour was perfect. Although the tour was a long day, it was filled with lots of activities, sight seeing and points of interest. It was a small group and Michael immediately made us all welcome. As well as a great opportunity to discuss everything Polish with Michael, we thoroughly enjoyed the SnowMobiling, exploring the unique town of Chocolow, eating local cheeses freshly smoked in the shepherd's hut, a visit to the pretty resort of Zacopane and a final two hour pampering session at the thermal springs (spa). The scenery was beautiful, the "Highland" culture quite unique and the Spa relaxing. Thanks very much to Tours4uKrakow and Michael. We definitely recommend this tour.

Outstanding value for money – we packed so many incredible experiences into just one day. Michael is exceptionally knowledgeable about the local culture and history, and he shares it in such an engaging and easy-to-understand way. He’s also a fantastic driver and great company, with plenty of good craic along the way. Zakopane itself is stunning, with breathtaking mountain views and charming wooden architecture that truly captures the spirit of the Polish highlands. The highlight of the day was definitely the snowmobiling — such an unforgettable adventure! Riding through the snowy Tatra Mountains was such a good experience. Amazing Zakopane tour! Very well organised and excellent value for money. Loved everything from the Highlander village and local cheese tasting to the snowmobiles — so much fun! The thermal pools were the perfect end to the day. Michael was super informative and answered all our questions. Highly recommend and would definitely book again when visiting Krakow!

Wow wow wow the snowmobile tour around Zakopane was absolutely amazing, we can’t recommend this tour and the Tours4U enough. It’s our first time doing an organised tour and we would definitely do it again. We had a hotel pick up, tour of Zakopane, guided tour, snow mobiles finished by a visit to the thermal springs. A full day but so worth it. We were sent great photos the next day too. 5star experience

Just to start off we would like to thank micheal our tour guide , he was brilliant - funny , knowledgeable and very organised! The tour began with a pick up from our air bnb, micheal gave us all waters . The mini van itself was spacious, very comfortable and warm, the group size was small 8 people so we felt safe. Once enroute we had a stop for anyone to grab coffee or pop to the loo before going to the sculptors hut. It was very interesting to find out the way highlanders live and we got to meet yan, a sculptor ! We were then given some time to walk about and take pictures before going to snowmobiles. Micheal was very good at explaining how to use them and reassuring those who seemed nervous. Once we started driving them Micheal was taking pictures and videos for us aswell which will be sent via a link . We came to a stop halfway through for those who wanted to swap drivers and Micheal took more pictures even got a slo mo of me throwing snow in the air ( looks very good ) . After snowmobiles we headed to the shepherds hut where Micheal cooked the cheese for us and gave very nice mulled wine - there was more cheese , different shapes provided for us to try. We then proceeded to Zakopane where we were given about 2 hours to walk around , get food , shop abit - Micheal provided us with clear directions to get onto the Main Street . After we went to the thermal spa- that was fantastic , he explained the bracelet and locker system and off we went for nearly 3 hours before meeting up and heading back home. Our experience was tours4u krakow was completely unforgettable and worth every penny . Micheal was so caring and made the experience even better! Me and my friends highly recommend to book through this company as today was possible the best day and you get to do so much. Thank you guys for such a brilliant day!

Had the most wonderful experience! My partner and I did this tour for his birthday and we were very impressed! Michael was a fantastic tour guide. He’s funny, informative and incredibly helpful. He even borrowed us cash to buy a sculpture from the wooden house. He organised a taxi for us at the end of the tour as we were heading to Zakopane to stay instead of returning to krakow. The whole tour was very fun and enjoyable! The snowmobiles were our favourite part, and of course the thermal baths were a lovely way to end the tour - cozy and warm! We had a great time and would definitely book again in the future

Unbelievable day! You fit sooo much in to one day it was incredible. Our guide Michael was so knowledgeable and friendly, with perfect English. Incredible day out , everything was amazing from start to finish ! Pick up on time , coffee stop on way to zakopane , Michael was very informative and told us so much on the history of the local village we visited ! Snowmobiles were incredible , so much fun and amazing views ! Got to sample polish cheese , wine and vodka round a fire !! Also got free time in zakopane so we was able to do the cake carts and explore ! Then final stop was the thermal spa !! This was a small intimate group which made it all very personal ! Such an amazing experience from start to finish & couldn’t fault 1 bit about the whole day. Michael told us so much about the culture in Poland & was very interesting,the day consisted of snowmobiling which was absolutely amazing ,the views was something else & Michael took the chance to get some brilliant videos & pictures of us to download 😍. We then went on to do some mulled wine tasting,vodka cherry shot,cheese tasting which was all amazing. We then got dropped off to do some shopping at the local markets followed by the thermal baths in Zakopane. Would 100% recommend Tours4U Krakow & Michael. We booked this day-trip for January 2026 only two weeks before arriving, they were very accommodating. Our tour guide was excellent, he was so friendly and explained history of krakow/Zakopane. He took us through the whole day with different activities, our favourite being the snowmobiling (a must do). Couldn’t have had a more fun day with my friends. Would highly recommend this trip to anyone travelling to krakow with this company Tours4U Krakow because everything was organised for you and there was no stress about travelling/train times etc.

We went on the snowmobile zakopane tour on the 8th January and it was the highlight of our trip to Krakow. So glad we booked it. There were 5 stops on the tour; everything was arranged seamlessly and the day ran smoothly. The guide Micheal was amazing, a knowledgable, friendly person with a great sense of humour! He was the best guide and we could tell he really loved his job and it reflected on the day we had. If you want to book a zakopane trip you must book this tour it was great from start to finish and the snowmobiling was the ultimate highlight. Micheal took pictures and videos of the group whilst snowmobiling and sent them to us all the next day at no added cost! I had actually originally booked a trip by a different tour company via get your guide but after stumbling across this company and reading the good reviews for the zakopane tour I cancelled my original trip and booked on to Tours4U krakow. Best decision we made. If you book on this trip please book through their website like we did, third companies take commission, and they truly are a company that deserves every penny!!!

We had an amazing day, guided by Michael, to Zacopane. Picked up from our accommodation and travelled with 3 other couples in a mini bus. Meeting another 8 once there. Michael was the best host and guide throughout, keeping us well informed and sharing stories and experiences. Snow mobiles were a lot of fun with opportunity to swap drivers half way. Michael took plenty photos and videos and shared them with us afterwards at no extra cost. You’re given helmets and snoods (and gloves if required). Local stops to hear about culture and traditions were interesting and enjoyable with opportunity to sample and buy. Zacopane itself can be busy, we used this stop to go for a meal. There is the opportunity to go up the cable car if you have time. We were at the thermal baths in the evening. Changing areas were confusing but again Michael kept us right. The outside pool with the lazy river and DJ were the busiest. Bars at other areas has minimal access to no wait however. Take your own towels for ease as queues getting into the baths are long, Although with Michael we got straight through but if you needed extras such as towels you’ll need to go back to the desks. Floors are slippy, we saw a few people slip and fall so be careful, we took our own sliders/flipflops which for the cold floors outside was very useful. Michael returned us all back to our accommodations. All in all we were away for around 14 hours, a brilliant day however and did not feel like a long day at all. Thank you Michael, you were fantastic!

A wonderful day from start to finish! Our guide Michael was super friendly, informative and spoke amazing English. The tour lasted from 8pm til around 9.30pm with hotel pickup and drop off included. We saw the beautiful village of the highlanders and were welcomed into a locals house to understand the history of this area. The village was beautiful and picturesque under a blanket of snow. We then headed to our snowmobile tour - highlight of the day!! Where we drove snowmobiles through the beautiful mountains of Zakopane for an hour, with a stop halfway to take photos/change drivers. It was so much fun! Afterwards, we headed to taste some traditional polish cheese which was delicious, highly recommend! Then headed into the centre of zakopane where we were given an hour and a half free time to do as we please. There is lots to do there, restaurants, market stalls, souvenir shops, although I would recommend heading up the cable car to the top to take in the breathtaking views. It cost 49PLN for a return ticket which is around £12 but well worth the price. We then headed to the thermal baths which, through no fault of our tour operator, wasn’t as good as we’d hoped. It was very overcrowded and there are not enough changing rooms as there are lockers. The idea of the baths seems lovely but if I was to return, I would definitely go in an off peak time. We then were dropped back off in Krakow. Overall, Tours4U Krakow was the perfect operator for our trip, small group with a very attentive and friendly guide. Thanks a lot Michael for making our day incredible!!

We had a wonderful guided tour through Zakopane that was very well organized and full of great experiences. The snowmobiling was a highlight, the cheese tasting was delicious, and visiting the village gave us a nice insight into local culture. Our tour guide, Michal, was excellent—very informative and made sure everything ran smoothly throughout the day. The small groups of only up to 8 people made the experience extra special and made sure everyone was included and comfortable. The only downside was that the thermal baths were overcrowded, but that’s an issue with the venue itself (and we went on the busiest day), not the tour. Overall, a fantastic experience that I’d highly recommend!

Absolutely amazing day! We booked this as a little bit of a compromise snowmobile for me and the baths for the wife, in the end we both loved each part, visiting the huts and little village were an extra bonus. Had absolutely the best day of our trip with Michael on our Zakopane tour. Booked initially through Get your Guide but would absolutely book direct next time. Small bus with a maximum of 8 people. He adjusted the timings of the tour to ensure we missed the crowd and gave us more time in Zakopane because of the crowds. Fantastically knowledgeable and a generally great guy! Some of the other tour companies had big coaches and everyone had to wait around as there weren’t enough snowmobiles for all on the coast in one go. We weren’t at all and pack so much more in to our day. Can not recommend this company highly enough

A surprise 40th birthday present for my husband. I booked this trip for me and my daughter picked up on time, our guide was brilliant Michael, went to the local village, learnt so much about the history of the villagers, after went quad biking this was an amazing experience such an adrenaline rush, never done quad biking before the guides where very patient and reassuring after we had polish cheese from the locals and mulled wine round the fire , went to the markets went on the cable car 1126 metres up and the views of the mountains where incredible after we went to the thermal baths, the water was so relaxing thank you for such a brilliant day I would highly recommend this trip was a fun day we will not forget

We didn’t get the snowmobiles because clearly no snow but we did a quad trail instead and I was really impressed with it the best quad Experience iv had abroad so far thermal bath was disappointing there was nothing relaxing about it to me it just felt like a swimming baths and well to over crowded
