Mirek did a great job of entertaining and informing our diverse group. We didn't feel rushed yet did so many things. It was such a beautiful, fun day.

Great views, wonderful town, culture and tradition of this region really worth seeing. There you can eat unique delicacies and try something new. The driver showed us everything worth seeing and gave us valuable tips

A wonderful trip, we had great winter weather and saw beautiful mountain views. Gubałówka is fantastic, and you can eat and drink regional drinks there. I recommend this trip to anyone who enjoys activity and the mountains!

We booked up with relative ease, only slight issue was upon booking our hotel wasn't listed and no info on what to do in that scenario. Turns out they contact you beforehand to confirm the pickup point. Zakopane was a lovely place, interesting architecture and stores. Had a fantastic breakfast there. The thermal pools left a bit to be desired, the tour when booking mentioned free cheese and vodka as part of the experience which wasn't so. And the pools were okay, but by the time you got there, you didn't have much time as we got 2.5hrs in Zakopane and 2.5hrs here after all the travel. Bohdan our driver however was superb. Friendly and informative gentleman he kept in contact with us throughout, gave us information on what we needed and was always prompt. He was a fine example of a good representative. Overall I'd recommend Zakopane, but perhaps not the pools.

Our hotel booked a trip to zakopane for us last minute. From the moment the trip was booked the company and driver stayed in touch via wats app. Our driver Kamil picked us up on time, he was very helpful and informative throughout the trip giving us advise on where to go and what to do. We would definitely recommend this company and especially Kamil.

An amazing way to get to Zakopane, in a luxury way , we had a great driver , Mr Adrian, who was a true professional, came on time was very attentive , assist us and answers every question we had. Daughter and Mum trip to the mountain resort of Zakopane. Booked in Krakow city centre and received excellent communication by WhatsApp. We were picked up on time by Krystian C who spoke very good English. Comfortable transport in minibus with 2 other Brit couples through beautiful scenery to the ski resort. Spent 1 1/2 hour here then picked up again and driven to the Chocholowskie Thermal spa resort. A bit like a Centre Park type building with many pools/jacuzzi/steam rooms and also outdoor hot water pools - even an outdoor cocktail bar. Fab experience swimming/relaxing surrounded with snowy mountains. Definitely worth the money. Would highly recommend but would take flip flops if went again! Thanks to Krystian for being a fab driver/tour guide who chatted when we wanted to and even offered to drop us in town if we wanted after or return us to our accommodation

Our hotel Bachleda arranged a private car to view the Zakopane area. Dominika was our driver and was superb. Professional, friendly and safe. She drove through the snow and we had no concerns. She took on the role of guide and took us to her favourite restaurant which completed the experience. Without a doubt Dominika made the journey memorable

The views were great and the stop offs were interesting. Lukas our guide was very informative and made sure we made it to each destination in time and knew what was happening at all times.

It was a really a great experience to visit zakopane and go for hiking in Tatra mountains and explore it, a lot of stunning views and lakes to see, if you like hiking and enjoying the nature Tatra mountains well be one of the most beautiful mountains.

Had a great time, max our driver was amazing, shared lots of information about the place, even took us to the oldest village in zakopane. Generally all in Max was really nice.

Great tour, Igor was punctual and took us every stop and explained throughout the journey important facts. We had plenty of time to visit Zakopane alone and went back to the hotel on time.

We booked to go to zakopane with Gr8way tour operators in the main square. We booked 2.5 hours in the thermal baths and 2.5 hours in zakopane. The driver said we would be dropped off first. We got to the baths and he said that we will get picked up in 5 hours to go back home. Therefore we would have no time in zakopane. We told the driver we wanted what we had booked however the driver had never done the trip before therefore didn’t have a clue what to do. We ended up going to zakopane for the full time. The tour driver didn’t have a clue where to take us and was asking us for places to go to!! It wasn’t his fault though. It turned out that the rest of the people on the trip had booked through a completely different tour operator and Gr8way had booked us on to someone else’s tour therefore the driver hadn’t been told what we had actually booked. The tour was very badly organised through both tour operators. The driver originally drove us to the top of a mountain for a good view which had about 10 huts, some not even open. We only walked around for 10 minutes and got back in the bus. We then ended up going on the cable car up the mountain where the driver parked a 1mile and 1/2 from the bottom therefore be prepared for a long walk!! The rest of the tour had booked this therefore we were restricted to only going on the cable car. We then got taken to zakopane shopping street which was really nice however because of all the delays we only got given an hour therefore not enough time to sit and eat a meal. All in all, I felt very sorry for the driver however it was one trip we was looking forward too and the day was completely ruined by lack of organisation. I would not recommend booking this trip through Gr8way.

Our driver Max was excellent! He was very knowledgable, helpful and went above and beyond his duties to show us some amazing sights. He stopped just before the ski resort where we were able to take pictures of the beautiful landscape. A delightful young man

Good contact with driver (Mikolaj) before trip. Came to collect us from hotel as no vehicle access, helped with luggage. Fast, smooth drive to Zakopane, drop off very close to accommodation (again no vehicle access). Polite and helpful. Very impressed with whole experience.

Beautiful scenery and so many great things to explore. It was snowing and therefore made the experience surreal. Piotr, our driver, was very friendly and was able to answer any questions we had. Piotr even showed us the local cheese.

The driver MAX was excellent. He picked us up on time and drove us to zakopane on time. The ride was pleasant and he was extremely nice, also providing us with some interesting general knowledge on Krakow and Zakopane. HIGHLY recommended and would definitely book a trip with him again.

We had an amazing day at Zakopane! Our driver Igor kept us updated on our pick-up time in the morning via WhatsApp (due to traffic in the area) and we thoroughly enjoyed visiting the Tatra Mountains! After the cable car ride up there, Igor took us to the Tatra Museum and to the Ski Jump! He was a great driver/guide and we got free time to visit the centre which is a must! Great day out and felt very christmassy!

Not really worth it. We only visit the wooden village & gubalowka hilltop. Nothing much to explore. Most of the shop were closed.

It was such a nice experience, Zakopane it's lovely and the view of the mountains was beautiful. The trip was nice and fun, thanks to our lovely guide Max, he was very organized and helpful, he answered all our questions and made us feel confortable at all time. He also brought us on different locations, to take pictures or to try the local cheese. Overall a really nice day!

Max was fantastic!! Had an awesome time exploring Zakopane and the surrounding area. We were even driven to a local cheese maker and got to try traditional Oscypek

Excellent and comprehensive trip with extra special treat of having Mr Jacob as our guide. We thought we would only be getting a driver but Mr jacob went above and beyond everything and made this so enjoyable with stopping at various places of interest and explaining the historical background etc. I cant recommend him enough.... My family along with the kids were all very satisfied with the trip

We had a great time with our driver, Damien. He was on time at our place. Before Zakopane, we stopped in a small town on our way to the Tatra mountains and explained us some thing about the typical architecture. He also sent us a GREAT proposition of a walk trip, recommended us what to see and showed us the best routes. To be honest, we had done more excursions, before, but he was the warmest and closest one. Nice to have met him. ☺️😁

Four of us (2 couples) took a trip to the Chocholow thermal pools and then went to visit Zakopane. We were texted by Dominika to ensure the pick up time was ok with us. We were picked up on time by a young man called Max. He was very humourous, enthusiastic and informative. He done everything he could to help us and made the experience what it was, a genuine credit to the company. The thermal pools were amazing, very busy as it was half term, but an amazing experience, helped by the fact we got away with waiting in the huge queue thanks to Max. It had different pools, including 2 outside, 1 with volleyball and basketball nets and another with a whirl pool and a poolside bar plus much more (jacuzzi areas, sauna, bar and grill etc). Our time in Zakopane was really nice, we had a meal at a lovely Polish restaurant and had a walk around. There are a lot of things and places there to try. Would recommend this trip and will definitely be doing it next time we're in Poland, but maybe each thing on separate days to be able to make the most of the time in each place as there is literally so much to do. ALSO, TRY THE CHEESE!

We booked a car to go from Kraków airport to Zakopane. Our driver Max was punctual, nice and very kind. Our point of arrival was the check-in office, which was not far from the apartment we rented, but with the luggage it was difficult to reach it: Max was kind enough to wait for us to check-in and drive us up to our apartment. Despite the traffic, he made our trip to Zakopane relaxed and fun: it was a pleasure to meet him.

Had the best day at zakopane, we visited the thermal baths and the town. Our driver bartek was so helpful and such a nice friendly man. His driving skills were put to the test when there was heavy snowfall on the way home, bartek made us feel very safe. If you use this company then I hope he is your driver. We found this company to be the cheapest for trips. We are off to auschwitz today

My experience with this tour operator was amazing!!! Everything was perfect, a note of merit goes to our guide/driver Max, the best guide I ever meet in all of my travels, very professional and funny! Enjoy!!!
