Zakopane & Thermal Springs: Private Tour

Zakopane is a great small town with shops and restaurants. Our driver and guide Milo was great, many useful information and recommendation.

Great day away with Krakow Top Tours. Bus arrived on time. Guide was excellent. Explained everything and arranged an unexpected Toilet break for some of the passengers. Bus driver was calm and experienced in the extreme fog we encountered during our day. Everything was included in our ticket. Nothing extra to pay. Would highly recommend this company for a great day out. Professional and caring.

This was a full day with lots of variety. Vehicle was excellent and driver(Daniel) was very helpful, punctual, informative and spoke excellent English. Lots to see and do and the thermal baths are a great finale

It was over 20 of us, mini bus hotel pick up and explore 3 different places, had a great experience we are all happy bunnies. and a massive thank you to Joanna Woycikieiwcz our beautiful and friendly tour guid, she’s absolutely amazing and explains everything so in to detail, we all love her and will come back again and will definitely choose Joanna again for our next tour. Fantastic trip. Visits some amazing scenery as well as allowing you to taste local delicacies as well as visit the amazing thermal baths. Our guide was fantastic. We'll worth a visit.

What a fantastic day trip, would highly recommend! Tomas, our driver and guide, was brilliant. He picked us up on time (had the most comfortable car!) was really friendly and professional. The scenery on the way to Zanopane was stunning and the stop offs on the way were perfectly timed and v interesting. DO NOT MISS THE GRILLED CHEESE! phenomenal! Thermal baths were great too although slightly crowded (was a weekend though!) Basically, the whole tour was amazing for start to finish, all credit to Tomas and of course beautiful Poland! Thank you!

The excursion was as advertised, but flexible. I needed to come back somewhat earlier, so we shaved time off certain parts of the trip. The driver, Daniel, was very pleasant and knowledgeable. There was nothing to criticize, although it was fairly expensive for one person--about $300, including a good tip.

Picked up at 9 by Thomas Friendly guy and right balance of information as oppose invading the journey and the subtle sight seeing as you drive First stop cheese Two hours then in zakopane Then hour up the mountain And finally to the thermal baths for 3.5hrs 3.5 hrs sounds a long time but tbh there multiple pools so it flys by Had meal in restaurant there and have to say one if the nicer meals I ate over my weekend Long day out at 9 back 8.30 Overall good trip with nice driver and clean car

Amazing experience. A must do while in krakow. Everything from the cheese and vodka tasting to the outside pools and cable car up to the amazing views. Our driver Gregor was fantastic very knowledgeable and friendly who made our trip even more enjoyable. It was a 10 hour day with pick up from krakow which was about a hour and a half away and we had our vehicle to just us. Would highly recommend to everyone.

Stunning views of the Tatra mountains following a lovely ride up the mountain side on the funicular. Plenty of restaurants and tourist shops

Had an amazing day on our trip to Zakopane and the thermal Spa from start to finish. We were picked up on time by Maruisz who was extremely polite and spoke fantastic English and kept the conversation flowing throughout the long journey, we even had him listening to our music choices which he was very good about. Cooking the goats cheese over an open fire was a fab experience and drinking raspberry vodka at 9am was also lots of fun. We then went onto Zakopane itself and we had 3hrs to Explore, Maruisz showed us the way to the funicular and then left us to our own devices. The trip to the top of the mountain was amazing and the views were fantastic the sun just started poking through the clouds at the right time. After that we wandered the town itself which was lovely but rather busy. It was then onto the thermal spa (3hrs) which was good fun, there was slides which were fast and exciting and lots of Jacuzzis and the outside part was great too. We had some ice cream inside and it wasn't expensive at all £1 each. We then had a good ride back to the hotel and was given great restaurant advise from Maruisz which we took up and we were not disappointed at all. I would definitely recommend this trip and the company we used and would give them 10 out of 10.

Even though the weather wasn’t perfect we still had an amazing time. Mountains were gorgeous and the baths were a highlight! Our guide Patric was very professional and friendly and funny, and gave us a lot of information about the area and recommended things to do. Lovely and smooth ride (great car) to and from Krakow Would highly recommend this tour and it’s well worth the money :)

Excellent experience and fully recommend for families and couples. Gregor was the most accommodating and professional host, and made the experience that extra bit special. We can’t wait to come back next year in the snow.

Absolutely amazing trip to Zakopane and the Spa. Views were incredible and our driver Gregor was very informative and even took us to a local house on route to try some traditionally made cheese. Couldn't recommend this tour and company enough. Wad the highlight of our time in Krakow.

Our drive Gregor, he was amazing! Very kind, informative, showed us all the great spots to go, recommendations, didn't rush us, he picked us up on time from our hotel, explained what we was gonna do and how long it would take, we stopped at a mini home made cheese House where he got us some cheese and grilled them on the smoked fire and 3 flavoured vodka shots which was great at 8am 🤣 , then we went into zakopane town, showed us how to get to the cable cars, we had some food and drinks up the top and had lovely views, then walked through the shops and had a drink at a lovely bar with some swing seats outside, very comfy! Then we went back to the car to meet Gregor and we stopped off a few times to be shown the winter sports ski jumps and a famous church, gregor offered to take photos of us at a few of the stops which was great instead of us taking selfies. Then we drove to the thermal spa where we had 3 hours to chill and we had a few drinks and then headed back to krakow. Was a really great day!! Would 100% recommend

This was an amazing day! Our driver was exceptionally kind and easy to talk to. He was very attentive to our needs and offered us chances to personalize the day to our desires. He even offered assistance with planning the rest of our weekend! Definitely recommend 100%!

A full day to visit the stunning Zacopane. Climbing to see the sweeping views across the mountains. Lots to do, eat and drink at the top plus in the mountain resort at the bottom. After a couple of hours to enjoy Zacopane, then it was off to relax at the thermal springs. Lots of options to chill as well as fun with rides for kids. Gregor, our driver was great ensuring we got the most out of the day. One day is a great taste of Zacopane but cannot wait to go back to further explore.

We went to Zakopane at the recommendation of my friend who had been there previously and had a wonderful day trip! The communication from the company and our driver, Mariusz was fantastic. He arrived promptly and gave us a tour tailored to our particular needs. It was my partner's birthday and he gave us great recommendations! Mariusz's general knowledge of the area and that of the attractions was second to none. He kept us well informed of the history and background of not only the places we visited but also places that we passed enroute. We particularly enjoyed learning the process of manufacturing the smoked cheese and it tasted every part as good as it looked! Zakopane is a lovely town and we were given plenty of time to roam around and travel up and down the funicular as well as explore the markets. We would highly recommend trying the potato spirals from the market! The thermal spa was a great way to finish off the day. We spent a few hours soaking it up and relaxing here before travelling back to Krakow. We highly recommend this day trip and greatly appreciated the time and effort that Marisuz in particular took to make the trip such a memorable experience!

I cannot speak highly enough of our this tour and our guide. Zakopane isn’t to far from Kraków and the guide stopped at various different places he got us to try local delicacies and showed us the history behind Zakopane. It was snowing it looked magical and actually didn’t feel to cold. We went on to the thermal spa which was incredible being in the mountains. It might seem a little expensive for the tour but it is so worth it it was a private guide he waited with us answered all our questions said we could modify the tour if we wished. Once in Zakopane the prices were even more affordable than Kraków.

Nice and relaxed experience. Everything worked smooth with communication, pick up and leaving us at our hotel. The thermal spa was more like a bath house, but still nice.

I booked the zakopane and thermal springs private tour .....the day beforw the trip i recieved message to tell me car details time of pick up and drivers name ..... On the morning of the tour our driver marius was very prompt was there at r hotel 5 mins before departure time .... Marius was a very pleasant friendly young man that was very knowledge able on polish cultures/ buildings .He took us to a few churches and always asked at each stop point if we had had enough time there was no rushing. All the activities was worth a visit had an excellent day .. Marius had good conversation and answered any questions we had he also should lot of intrest in us and english living.... I would defo tell people to do this private tour it was amazing

We had a fantastic tour. Mariuz our driver and guide was very informative, friendly and accommodating. He made our whole day very relaxed and enjoyable. The trip to Zakopane was at our own leisure to do what we wanted and about the right amount of time spent there. The views from the top were stunning and lots to do!! The market stalls were nice to stroll around but a lot of the same things on them. We tried some fried potato spirals which did not disappoint. We also went to the hot spa pools, which we were not prepared for as we forgot our towels!! We did pay extra to use the sauna so we snuck 2 towels out from there!! Be prepared locals go in the sauna in the buff 🧖‍♀️ We would highly recommend this trip with Mariuz 10/10. Thank you so much x

Our tour with Mariusz was outstanding. He was extremely knowledgable. We started with the goat cheese stand. We grilled our sample of this smoked cheese. We went to 2 churches, one was St. Fatima and many areas of this church was dedicated to Pope John Paul. The other church was very unique since it was built of all wood in a picturesque forested setting. We took a funicular to the top of a mountain area. Once on top we were able to take beautiful pictures and do some souvenir shopping. Also, they have some local food offerings and beverages. We then went to the thermal springs resort for a few hours. It was a great way to relax. During our drive to and from Zakopane Mariusz educated us about Poland's history and current situation. We highly recommend this tour and especially Mariusz with anyone who is interested in going to the mountains.

Our guide was excellent mariusz he went out of his way to show us everything very knowledgable and friendly he made the trip there ... the cable car to the mountains was good and then the views up top were breathtaking then onto the springs was a brilliant way to unwind lots of shops and the market to shop in. Everyone should go here well worth it! Thank you mariusz for a brilliant day you are a star 🌟

I spend 10h with driver Grzegorz, I saw polish Mountain and spend 2,5h in SPA, that was really good time. I recomend this company everyone

I recommend this tour 100%, everything was perfect. The driver was very friendly and attentive. The first stop was in Chocholow where we ate a local cheese with blueberry jam in a typical cottage there. We visited the city of Zakopane, went to the main street of the shops and got on the cable car that took us to the top from which you have panoramic views of the Tatra Mountains. The last stop was the hot springs, spectacular site with a heated outdoor pool with views of the mountains.There were several pools with jets and hot tubs, our favorite one has a bar inside, where we spend most of the time ;) For everything we did this super priced, if you come through the area you have to do this tour if or if.
