Zakopane & Thermal Springs, Funicular, Cheese Tasting

We went on 4th November with Bartek and he was absolutely amazing, super friendly and incredibly informative, the trip itself was amazing and we thoroughly enjoyed it, and Bartek definitely made the experience better. He told us so much about Poland, and the different areas we visited.

Was an amazing experience definitely worth every penny and our guide Bart made it that much more special very entertaining and educational

Amazing experience. The guide Bart was very welcoming and kind. He told us lots about the history of Poland while giving us the tours. The views from the mountain were phenomenal, the cheese and vodka tasting was great and I would 100% recommend the thermal baths. The tour Bart gives allows you to do all of the experiences in one day as he takes you from place to place and organises everything for you. 10/10 experience.

Had a lovely day though long, weather was foggy and couldn’t see the mountains. Saw local beauty spots, tried cheese and vodka then a lovely soak in the thermal baths until it turned dark. Julia our guide was very friendly and approachable and very clear with her instructions ☺️

Extremely enjoyable tour from start to finish. Julia our tour guide was great, very friendly, helpful and knowledgeable. She explained the itinerary thoroughly, so you couldn’t really go wrong. The cheese and vodka tasting session was very simple and hassle free. The cable car ride was great but due to low cloud there wasn’t really very much of a view you could see, but there were places to eat and market stalls there to peruse, but they were also in Zakopane, so if weather isn’t great maybe skip the cable car to enjoy more time in Zakopane. The thermal baths were fabulous, but be warned, it will be very cosy and privacy is out of the question. Overall a fantastic day that went by very quickly.

We were 7in a group. The day was absolutely perfect from beginning to end. I can’t wait to return.

The trip included stops at a highland village, vodka and smoked cheese tasting, beautiful scenery and a funicular ride to the Tatra peaks, time to explore the town of Zakopane, and a stop at thermal springs. Everything was great!

Great day out. Our driver was lovely. Picked up from our hotel and dropped off there. Whole day was lovely and we had plenty of time at each stop.

I booked with Krak Tours directly! Avoid the chain operators like Trip Advisor or Get your guide, they add £20 on top of the price! Our guide was Peter and he did brilliantly - safe driving, very entertaining, very enjoyable and expressive, very informative, patient and kind! Everything was great, from the moment he picked us up from our accommodation, through the talks in the van, visit in the wooden village, the cheese and vodka tasting, Zakopane and the termy visit till the return back to Krakow! The itinerary was well organised and with no hassle. All the members of the group stick to what Peter said about the times for gathering and I believe we all had a lovely time. 10/10 and 100% recommend to my friends ❤️ Thank you Krak Tours 🙏

We had an amazing trip at Zakopane and the thermal baths. Our driver, Dawid was very informative and helpful. He gave us a lot of good recommendations to see and eat while in Zakapane and Krakow.

What a fantastic day made even more special by our wonderful guide Tomac. He shared his knowledge, love and pride in his country with us throughout the day. We were shattered but happy at the end. Would highly recommend this tour.

Excellent from start to finish. We had a brilliant guide, Casper, he was very knowledgeable but warm, funny and friendly, nothing was too much trouble. Zakopane was stunning and a must visit. The wooden village and sheep cheese/vodka stop off was great fun but the highlight was the thermal baths. Lots to do but as a group of 4, we made use of the quiet zone and in particular the outside pool and bar area was a must. We loved every minute and came out chilled and relaxed. Anyone visiting Krakow then this tour is an absolute must. Excellent

Fabulous experience. Tour guide was amazing and very knowledgeable. Managed to bypass queues when needed. Very animated with guests. Would 1000% recommend. Bus for the day was spacious, clean and modern. Didn’t have to worry about any of the arrangements simply had to go with the day everything was thought of. Discount for some restaurants in Zapane which was an added bonus- Sports Corner was lovely, chilled, light lunch like sandwiches. Thermal spa was incredible Definitely value for money- so much was included, plenty of time allocated to each activity Trip was full 11 hours so to be mindful it’s a long day but pick up time was 8:30 so didn’t have to get up at crack of dawn

Wonderful day. Thomas was a wonderful guide, very funny, engaging and evidently passionate. All the stops were perfectly timed so we never felt bored or rushed.

Loved this experience from tasting smoked cheese and cherry drink to seeing the wooden houses in the village and visiting Zakopane to dipping in the thermal springs. A long day but so worth it. Monika was a brilliant guide and was very informative she made it a really good day

Our tour had a very relaxing schedule and a nice, small group size of 8. Stanley, our guide, was prompt with the hotel pickup. He was polite and attentive throughout the tour. However, we didn't get much information or storytelling while riding in the van, which left little opportunity to ask questions. The time spent at each location was reasonable, though the stops are mostly self-guided walks with just a few minutes of background introduction at the start.

Caspar was a fabulous guide and driver. Picked up outside hotel and straight on with the trip. He explained about all the stops we were making and gave us a few tips and pointers. It was a long day but a lovely swim/ relax at the end was perfect. The mountains and Zakopane were beautiful. The houses in Chokolow very ‘chocolate box’ like very picturesque. Such a fabulous trip, so glad we went.

Our guide Kacper was helpful and knowledgeable throughout the day and everything ran like clockwork. Great door to door service and plenty to see and do. A great experience for all of us!

Amazing day trip with a great tour guide Dawid! Lots of time spent to explore Zakopane and lots of time for thermal baths too! Dawid was great and kept us informed of everything we were doing and told us a lot of history and stories of Poland and the places we visited. Would highly recommend!

This trip was awesome, really nice selection of activities and interesting stops along the way. The traditional houses at Chocolow were lovely and the stop at the shepherds hut was fun and it was nice to try the sheep’s cheese & the vodka. The views of the mountains were beautiful, the funicular was fun and the spa was really lovely and relaxing ( used the quiet/16+ areas ). Zakopane was very busy and touristy as was Gubolowka but it was lovely to see and worth it for the fantastic views. We went on the gravitational slide at the top of Gubalowka which was really good fun with amazing views and it was only £3.50 🤩 . Our guide kacper was a lovely guy, really funny and had a good energy. He had a good balance of being helpful and informative but relaxed. Thank you for a lovely day ☺️

It was amazing, and i will definitely be back! The driver was very informative and extremely friendly. Such a wholesome activity! Slept a good 40 winks on the way home too!

An excellent trip on our visit to Poland. We enjoyed every minute of the trip. I'm sorry I don't remember our guides name but he was very polite and gave us lots of information. A really enjoyable day trip which I would recommend to anyone visiting Poland.

We had an absolutely brilliant day with Bart our driver. He was great fun, knowledgeable and really helpful. The trip to Zakapane, funicular, shepherds hut and thermal baths were great. Smooth drive, comfortable people carrier, nice group of people to travel with. 5 stars!!

We had a wonderful time. Tom was very detailed in providing us with tips and recommendations for our trip in Krakow. Tickets for the funicular and thermal baths was included and prepared for us when we arrived. Everything was very well organised to make the trip efficient and comfortable.

The best thing about the day was Tom, our guide who gave us so much understanding into Poland and its culture. It was great to see different things in Poland. The visit to Zakopane was a bit disappoinment because I expected to go walking in a beautiful nature but it was just a tourist place full of tourist shops. Overall the day was worth it but not what I expected.

Our trip to Zakopane was fantastic,Thomas was our guide and he gave us lots of history of zakopane and lots about the history of Poland,I had my Grandaughter with me and Thomas made sure it was also kid friendly,all round great trip with a great guide,thankyou Thomas ☺️

Great variety of experiences in one day. Really enjoyed the whole day. The thermal baths were clean and very well maintained. Transportation incredibly clean and high end. Dawid, our Driver, was helpful and informative. Highly recommend especially after the somber nature of the essential educational experience we did of the salt mines and Auschwitz-Birkenau, the day before.

Dawid picked us up right at our door which we truly appreciated. He drove us to our first destination in Chocholow, a lovely little town known for their wooden houses. Next we stopped to taste some local cheese and vodka. Both were delicious. Then on to Zakopane to ride the funicular to the ski resort. The views were breathtaking. Our driver was very knowledgeable in explaining about all the areas. The thermal baths were amazing though they really weren’t what we had expected. The drive itself through this beautiful land was well worth visiting.

A wonderful day out with a great guide, Dawid was knowledgeable and friendly. Communication from tour operator for Pick up was clear and easy. Zakopane was a beautiful town where we got a couple of hours to explore. Only downside was we had to leave thermal baths as could have stayed longer !

Julia our tour guide was so lovely, she looked after us all day and made sure we understood everything like where we were going and where to meet etc. the tour was amazing from start to finish, cannot recommend these guys enough!

A full day excursion led by a friendly and knowledgeable guide who was also a good driver. The time devoted to each activity was about right. It was good to visit and learn about this beautiful area and a gin and tonic from the outdoor swim up bar at the spa was fun.

The trip was well organised. We were picked up on time by our guide and he made everyone feel comfortable. Everything was well timed. Great views of the Tatra Mountains at zakopane and highly enjoyable trip bathing at the Chocholow Thermal Springs. My son loved the slides!

Had a great day with Tomek. The van had airconditioning and it was great to have a group of just 8 people. Nice first stop at the old church about half way into the trip. Easy to connect with others when it's a small group and Tomek makes sure that everyone gets connected and become part of the group. He's extremely welcoming and has great enthusiastic energy. Once in Zakopane you get your three hours by yourself to go up the mountain with the funicular and decide how long you want to stay there or want to go to the city center. It's great that you can make your own plans out there. After the village we had two more short stops. One at the shepherd's hut to have the cheese and vodka tasting and one at the wooden village. Had a great day and thanks Tomek for making everyone feel good.

Awesome excursion to Zakapame, from the pick up to the drop off, our tour guide Tommy made went all out to give everyone a special day. Five stars and highly recommend this day trip and experience.
