Your English speaking guide will take you for a 2,5 h tourist route almost 3 kilometers long. You will travel through the salt corridors and visit numerous salt chapels. Salt Mine remains temperature of 14 Celsius degrees all year long. It's 140 meters underground, to the top you go by a lift.
Overall a great experience, we had a super guide and it was an amazing tour. But be aware of the way they sell the tickets on the site, because there is NO fass track as they say there is, we did pay a lot of money for that. And it was not an option when you are there. We booked with pickup and return service. Next time I would only book the tickets, and take a taxi out to the Mine.
Piotr was our driver who met us on time and had text me first with his details and vehicle registration. Piotr was friendly and happy and it was really lovely trip to and from the Salt mines. I would highly recommend Piotr for your driver. He was also kind enough to take us to our apartments rather than the place where we had initially met him. Thanks for a great experience 5*

It was an amazing experience going down to see Salt mine and all beautiful chambers with sculptures. Our driver David was great he got us there at perfect time and explained everything.
Filip, our personal driver, is a lovely young man. An excellent driver with perfect english, we had interesting conversations with him. As we drove along the route to the mine he pointed out various points of interest. He walked us to the tour staging area. We would highly recommend this tour, and our driver.
Once again, our driver, Dawid, was at the hotel promptly and greeting us with warm handshakes and friendly smile. While driving to the salt mines, we had bottled water available and awesome conversations! Once to the site, Dawid escorted us to meet our tour guide and told us where he would be parked when we were finished. The tour guide knew her job well. She answered all our questions and went into specific details that were great! The ride back to hotel, Dawid once again provided us with water bottles and great conversations! Excellent!
Peter was our driver back from the salt mines. He was a good driver and friendly. He spoke English quite well so we enjoyed the ride even though we got stuck in traffic. Thank you Peter.

We had a great experience with Adrian Kotaba as our driver to and from the Salt Mine. Adrian made sure we knew exactly where we were going even making certain we were in the correct line for entering our tour. He also gave us some history of the town as well which we all enjoyed learning. Next time we visit we will be calling Adrian for all our transport needs. Highly recommend

Incredible destination. Bart our driver had organized everything to make our visit go as smoothly as possible. He speaks perfect English and it was a real plus for us who are a French family. The vehicle that transported us was very comfortable. I can only recommend this company and especially this driver who is always smiling, available and very attentive.
We booked the salt mine tour for seven of us and Max was our dedicated pick up driver. He went above and beyond looking after us and gave us lots of information on the way about buildings, the area, things to do in Krakow etc. He was extremely pleasant and helpful, he showed us exactly where to go when we got to the salt mine, where he would meet us when the tour was finished and couldn’t have been a better host!! Well done Max!!

The driver was right on time and very friendly. He even stopped and showed us some herritage from a transfer-concentration camp in Krakau on our way to the salt mines. We said we wanted to visit the Schindler Fabriek during our stay and he even showed us where it is! He gave us some extra information and was very open to answer our question. And it was a very nice car! :) The salt mines where very impressive and exciting to see! I would definitely recommend it!

Driver Peter was well on time, made sure we could participate earlier. Afterwards we had to send a picture via whatsapp so he knew which exit we were at, we could wait there for him. A perfect experience!
Artem led us to the salt mine in Wieliczka, near Krakow. He looked after us from the beginning with kindness and patience. We had the wrong meeting point and he phoned us to understand where we were, giving us directions until we reached him. We travelled very well, comfortably, his Guide is expert and pleasant, the music in the background pleasant. Once on site he accompanied us until the start of the tour in Italian. Since the exit from the mine was at a different point from the entrance, he sent us a message and the meeting point, to facilitate our return. In short, a nice guy, punctual and patient, I think there is nothing better😉

Everything worked perfectly. A bit nervous when I didn't get confirmation quickly - but nothing was missed and no problems at all - they picked us up in good time in a new and fresh car. The driver went with us to the meeting point to make sure we got to the right place. We agreed that we would contact them when we were done - perfect as we could decide for ourselves if we wanted to look around before we went back to Krakow.
