Wieliczka Salt Mine Guided Tour With Skip The Line Entrance Ticket

This is a scam! No one showen up, Nederländerna tried to contact me! We bought tickets by oure solfångare!

We showed up at the location designated to exchange our ticket and no one met us. I texted several times using the app for over 30 minutes and no one responded. There were also several other people waiting at the same place for their tickets. We all had to buy tickets from the venue. I want a refund.

Cancelled our tour with this company the day before because the they sent last minute times for me to choose from that were at least 3:45 hours different to the booked time of 12:45. This is not explained as a possibility beforehand. The company said I had to choose one of those times before tickets ran out (before 08:30 or after 16:00) and that tickets were dependent on availability at the mines. I was assured a full refund by Tripadvisor, and have booked directly with the salt mines via their website for an English tour at 12:00 - and for £100 less. I do not recommend this company.

The whole experience was really good. The tour guide was very informative and also had humour. The views were stunning, especially the church area. Well worth a visit.

This is a scam!!!! From the title itself it says skip the line entrance ticket! There was no queue from the main ticket office if you buy on the same day of visit. Bought tickets online via tripadvisor to save more money but the GR8WAY company charged us with double the price! Not only that, we end up queuing in the cold for the English Tour! The instructions from the email booking confirmation were very confusing. Instructions was to get the voucher from the redemption area which is 18mins away by car from the actual place to visit. Thank God after several calls and txt to GR&WAY, they sent the voucher through txt and we didn't drive to the redemption office to get the tickets. IN SHORT IT IS HIGHLY RECOMMENDED TO VISIT SALT MINE BUT PLEASE DON'T USE GR8WAY COMPANY! It's better to buy tickets from the main entrance it’s a lot cheaper!

Artem did a great job getting us to and from the salt mine. We had a tour guide and we're able to get tickets to get into the salt mine without waiting in the long line. It was a great experience. Thanks!

The pick up was good, right on time. The driver was very friendly. Journey to the site was smooth and short trip (20 minutes). The tour itself was interesting, our guide was a lady who spoke very clear and she had a good sense of humour, it felt efficient. Moved along quick and informative. The site was amazing ! Glad I went. Had something to eat at the cafe inside the site, it’s reasonable price and tasty. Overalls trip was worth the money.

Dissapointed could not use restaurant for Evening meals due to 200 Norwegian teenagers booking the restaurant also very rowdy. On the bright side hotel itself was lovely. Staff very helpful.

We were sent an email with the tickets ref number and directions to meet the guide at the entrance of the salt mine. We were there 20 mins before the required time of 12:45 and there was no guide! We asked around and eventually was sent to the information office where they called the tour operator to be told they had my money but couldn’t send me the tickets as didn’t have my contact information!! How then were they able to send me the original confirmation and other emails???? We were advised to buy new tickets and email the tour operators for a refund. I did this and they are refusing to refund!

Usually I’m a sucker for basic tourist attractions, but this was so boring. After the first 10mins I wanted it to end. The facts received during the tour could have been the first paragraph of a Wikipedia article.

Very well maintained and very well spoken guide. Was really interesting walking through all the tunnels and the depth was staggering. Absolutely don’t go if you have difficulty with stairs. An enjoyable experience.

The driver, Patrick who picked us up from the airport was a great guy. He gave us lots of information about Krakow and pointed out some interesting sights on the way. He is a credit to his company

Great trip to the salt mine, pickup at the hotel, excellent driver Max, polite and funny. Recommended

If you go to the mine and queue, you will pay €10 less. Buying this ticket only means there will be someone queuing for you instead and then hand you the tickets, but the queue for foreign visitors is usually quite short anyway.

Trip started and returned from the hotel/to the hotel and we didn't have to stand in queue to get the tickets, super easy! The driver Marcel was very nice and calm 👍

Skip the line is pointless as it's not an option when you arrive so it's a waste of money. The provider doesn't respond to any messages so I was unable to get any details of the trip and departure place/time. I wouldn't recommend this tour because of this and the groups are far too big meaning you can't appreciate anything as it moves too quickly with half information, most of which is impossible to hear anyway because of the group size.

Special place. You descend into the salt mines which is a special experience. Large halls have sprung up everywhere, some furnished as churches. Really special experience

Impressive underground walk. Very special. Our driver (Peter) was neat on time, spoke good English with clear directions. Have a nice comfortable ride.

Beautiful excursion, friendly and calm driver Martin took us. Also had tips for other days. Personally, we would have liked the excursion in the xout mine to be an hour shorter, but it was still very cool.
