Our driver has very much nice and kindly hes name is Adriano We are in Krakow Poland He came on time and was very good 😊

Communication was good which made pick up / drop off really easy. Alexander was great with us. Really recommend

Our driver Adriano Borowiec was extremely friendly reliable and professional. He was polite and very helpful

We booked a taxi transfer from Kraków Airport to our apartment via Booking.com, and the service was outstanding! Our driver, Adriano Borowiec, was extremely punctual. He texted us in advance to let us know he was waiting, provided his car number, and stayed in touch until he picked us up right where we were standing. During the ride, Adriano was polite, friendly, and easy to talk to. He gave us some great recommendations on what to see and do in Kraków without being pushy at all. Very pleasant communication and a comfortable ride. Highly recommended!

The salt mine tour was very well organised and great value. Thanks to Adriano Boroweic from GR8WAY dropped us off at the airport. Pity the trip to the airport was not longer as he had interesting stories about Poland.

Thanks to taxi driver Adriano Borowiec for the service.

Alexander, our driver, was very helpful in assisting me in finding him at the airport; he also waited quite a while for us as security was busy, and he was a very pleasant man with some good recommendations on things to do whilst her for our Trip.

Prebooked airport pick up with Oleksandr. His communication was excellent, even sent us photos of his car and where to meet him. Very prompt didn't have to wait at all. Very friendly, professional and courteous.

We got picked up by Alexander from our hotel to go to the airport. He was a few minutes early and very friendly. Would definitely recommend getting an airport transfer from him.

Alexander is Amazing ! Really enjoyed the experience

Flight was early but Alexander communicated well and kept us updated to his estimated arrival.

The salt mines were amazing and definitely worth a visit. Our driver Adriano was excellent, he kept us well informed and even rearranged a pick up point to accommodate us.

The transfer from the hotel and back with Adriano Boroweic was excellent he was attentive and very knowledgeable, giving us additional information about Krakow, culture, food and experiences we could have. The trip was really worthwhile and the salt mines, if a lot of walking were well worth the effort.

Amazing site to visit. You must go there

Everything perfect as planned.

He was very professional arrived on time a good driver car was clean

Awesome tour. Sebastian, our driver, was so helpful & gave us some great ideas for places to eat & visit whilst in Krakow

Alexander was really helpful throughout the journey and made sure we reached our destination safely.

The pick up point from the hotel was very convenient however the day was very rainy and cold and the driver gave us a location which was 7 minutes walk from the end of the tour. I don't need to tell you what it's like to walk around finding him after a tour like that which is straining..walking climbing stairs and the journey to the lift at the end of the tour was long and tiring

Alexander was very friendly and very knowledgeable. He made our experience a good one. He made some good recommendations also for our first trip to Poland.

Danylo our driver to and from the wieliczka salt mine guided tour with pick up was excellent, he was so friendly and on time for pick up from hotel and drop off at hotel as it was first time staying in Krakow. The guided tour on our tour was very knowledgeable and friendly. Definitely would use Supercracow tours again . They kep intouch with me via watsap about pick up times.

Driver was polite and courteous. Danylo arrived early to pick us up. Very good driver and felt safe. Be prepared for the 54 flights of steps at start and quite a bit of walking. The mines were brilliant. Quite a walk to the lifts to get out. You may not surface where you go in so can be 300 metres away. Danylo rounded up the lost sheep and made sure all ok. Great day out

Alexander was absolutely wonderful. He met us at the hotel on time and took us to the salt mines. He then waited for us whilst we did the salt mine tour, and drove us back once we had finished. After a lot of walking on the tour, it was lovely to be able to get driven back and not having to catch public transport.

Excellent transfer. Very pleasant to all to.

Enjoyable excursion at The Salt Mines . We were picked up from our hotel by Sebastian who was both courteous and friendly in his manner . Very comfortable journey and the communication before the trip was excellent . ( done by WhatsApp which was fab for us.) Picked up on time and taken back to our choice of location afterwards . The guide we had was also excellent and her humour added a bit extra to the afternoon .

Had a day out at the salt mines. We were collected from our hotel by Adriano Borowiec who looked after us very well. He was very friendly and knowledgable about the area. He picked us up and dropped us off directly in front of our hotel. He even went out of his way to collect us from a different exit that the salt mine moved us to. I thoroughly recommend using Adriano Borowiec for any transport you may need. I have added his work number to help.

Our trip to the Salt Mine was excellently organized by our driver, Sebastian. The on-site guide was very knowledgeable and friendly. Great service—highly recommended.
