There are options available with transfer from Krakow, with hotel pickup or meeting point pickup. The duration of the pickups is approximately 30 minutes.
The Graduation Tower is a structure of the salt mine where water is removed from salt through evaporation. The air is rich in minerals and helps cleanse the respiratory tract. You may purchase an entrance ticket to the Graduation Tower directly at the Salt Mine.
The transfer-only option does not include admission fees and a guided tour. The transfers are planned so that you can attend an English-guided visit between 11 am and 2 pm *purchased independently. The first departure is at 10:00 a.m. from Krakow, and the last is at 4:00 p.m. from the Salt Mine.
There are available options with admission and a guided tour of the Salt Mine, included in the price. Some of the options include round-trip transportation, while others are ticket-only. For the ticket-only, the meeting point is at the salt mine entrance. Public transportation is available from Krakow.
Very interesting tour, it’s more or less two hours of walking through the mines with your guide commentating throughout. Unbelievable engineering to keep the mine open operating with tours at the same time. Pick up and drop off very well organised and straight forward. Make sure you’re fed and hydrated before you go, it’s a none stop tour!

Pick up was great with driver Michal. It was a very comfortable van. Michal told us everything we needed to know about our visit during the drive to the Salt Mines. After the tour he picked us up and delivered us where we wanted to. The English tour was great too. She (forgot her name, but she said she was the oldest guide ;-) ) spoke English very well. The Salt Mines are beautiful. The carvings etc. I was impressed! My son (17) loved it too.

There are a lot of steps but it is worth it. They are really good steps so not an issue but to be aware of. I am not sure what I was expecting but it was actually quite a mind blowing experience and certainly worth doing. Our guide Monika was great, she was very knowledgeable and was very organised and clear about what to expect etc. Great afternoon even if my legs were a tad sore!

We booked through Cracowtours as a late idea. We had good joining instructions to find the pick up, which was on time. Our transport was an air conditioned minibus. The salt mines are amazing; just be prepared to walk down hundreds of steps to access the mine. The history is interesting and some of the caverns are stunning. Our guide was excellent, really knowledgeable and very patient. A special shout out to our driver, Michael, from Cracowtours, who conveyed us in style to and from the mine.

We were picked up on time by Gregory. He was very friendly and informative. He made sure we had his phone number in case of an emergency or we got lost. On the way back He pointed out points of interest. Highly recommend both the driver and company.

We had an amazing experience at the Krakow Salt Mine tour, and a huge part of that was thanks to our guide, Grzegorz. He was incredibly knowledgeable, friendly, and engaging throughout the entire tour.
Despite a little delay in, all handled smoothly. Gregorsz was very patient with some very late guests.

Driver worjeic was very good. The mines were incredible but it's a VERY long walk back to the lift. It would be nice to have half an hour after coming back up to just to refresh before jumping in van. But overall excellent 👍🏼
