Everything about this tour was first class.Our driver Mikolaj was extremely helpful and polite,he sorted out the tickets and our entry nothing was to much trouble thanks again young man 👍🏻if you struggle walking then you may find it difficult

Driver was excellent, picked up, dropped off at mines and was there when we finished the tour. The driver is a credit to the company. On the tour there is alot of steps but ok to do. Alot to see and you can imagine how it use to be years ago.

Enjoyed the salt mines but tour was way overpriced. There 4 people in the car for half hour drive and we paid 1500p CASH. The salt mines entry was 120p each. Found out later there is direct train there at fraction of the cost.

We had an amazing experience at the Salt Mines. We were collected by Daniel who was friendly and professional. We had a private transfer with Daniel to the Salt Mines, directly from our hotel. He ensured that we were given our tickets and informed us of where to queue and when, where we could purchase food, souvenirs etc. He also informed us of both exits and said to let him know where we exited and he would come to pick us up from there, which he did promptly. There was brilliant communication from Daniel via WhatsApp at every stage of our journey. I would 100% recommend this tour and if you have Daniel - you’re sure to have a great experience! This tour was well worth booking ,our driver was extremely helpful and friendly with perfect english nothing was too much trouble. It can get a little chilly during the tour make sure you have a jacket.

This trip was on the maybe list, I am so pleased that I took this tour. It was booked via my hotel and the tour was great. The driver, Piotr was on time and a good communicator. He even returned my hat that I’d left in the car the day before, thank you.. After the tour, Piotr dropped me at the station and gave a good explanation of how to find the bus to Zakopane. Daniel was an excellent host on the tour bus and very punctual and helpful to and from our visit in the minibus which we shared alongside other tourists. Very good tour, the stairs down were very trippy, our guide showed us around the mine which looked amazing. The lift up to the surface was a experience. And our driver Olek was excellent too!

Olek our driver was very friendly and got us safely to and from our tour. He helped us rebook our time after the traffic meant we ran slightly late. Comfortable van and loved his playlist!

Awful company to use. Booked with them and wish I hadn’t. Complete mess up, changed dates due to messing my other tour up. Gentlemen picked me up who was late with a couple in who had also been messed around. We drove around Krakow for nearly an hour inc dropping the couple off and doing some other random things for himself or the company then moaned that we had missed the connecting bus (which I didn’t know about) and that he had to take me and basically dump me with another company. The whole time he was on his phone making phone call after phone call and organising someone else to do a job he was meant to be doing - picking up people from the airport. Other company was fine but then got dropped off in Krakow (I thought I’d be taken back to the hotel). Luckily another couple had a map so I could make my way back.

The best experience for this kind of private driver. Daniel called us a few minutes before picking up at the hotel lounge so we can do not have to wait outside. A comfortable van and a careful driver gave a sensation of safety along all the trip even if the traffic was terrific. Daniel took care of ticketing and solved also a small problem with the guide in the caves. A call after exiting the mines and he was waiting at the pick up point. Fluent English speaker Daniel gave us some information about the places we crossed inside Krakow. Thumbs Up, Daniel. And caves too.

We visited the salt mine and had a great experience. Our driver Piotr arrived on time, he was very kind and gave us all the useful information: a great service!

"Price includes Headsets" - Nope. None. "Small Group" 35 people in our group Two blatant lies in their advertising. This operator has utter contempt for his clients. We booked through our Hotel before lunchtime for the following day 09:15 pickup. All confirmed. Hotel was advised at 18:00 that pickup had changed to 08:00hrs. Asked Hotel to call operator who advised that the 09:15 pickup was for a 10:00hrs tour and was all sold out so we had to go earlier, no choice, in order to make the 09:30 tour. Two things wrong here. He confirmed 09:15 pickup at lunchtime but only tried to buy the tickets at 17:00hrs ?? (I am allowing 1 hour for his administration to call pur Hotel). Not credible. Too late for us to book an alternate tour. Also, why does he need to pick us up an hour earlier for a tour starting half an hour earlier? Oh, that's right, we are only the paying clients, just feed us the first rubbish that comes into your hear. Tell obvious lies, we can't do anything about it. Other customers on the same tour equally unhappy at getting the same treatment, Oh, and when we got there we had to wait for 30 minutes before getting in and were told that as we had not paid for it we didn't have the time to visit the Museum in the Salt mine. So the quoted 5 hour tour took under 4 hours including the 30 minute wait in the sun at the mine. These mines are great but there are plenty of great tour operators who are honest and appreciate your business. Do not use this one.

Salt line experience was amazing!! Inside was beautiful!! The pick up from comfort tours was great on the way there but we we’re left waiting for quite a bit afterwards for our driver. Book through the website as it’s cheaper.

We joined a half-day tour to Wieliczka salt mine. Everything was well organized and went smoothly. Our guide Damian was very accommodating as well as competent.

Alex from Comfort Tours Cracow picked us right on time up from the hotel. He was polite, friendly and helpfull. Even to give advice how to return to the airport. He was with us until the guide of the mine arrived and talked us through. After he checked with us where he would be afterwards. The guide of the mine was speaking fluent english, had a personal touch and was very enthusiastic. The mine itself was beautiful in it's many chambers, statues and even chapels. It was a good walk and we enjoyed every bit, even the lift back to the surface.

An excellent trip. Very well organised - messaged with an exact time for pickup and which was bang on time. Comfortable journey and kept informed about the itinerary. The salt mines were awesome- totally amazing and the guide was so entertaining and knowledgeable. Learnt loads. A very special and surprising discovery where everything was salt and floor and ceiling. Gorgeous and amazing halls and masterpieces of salt. The guide was great and talked about how important the discovery was for salt to Poland.

An amazing place and well worth the visit. Easy walking although they’re a lot of steps to go down but easy to navigate. Statues, sculptures and chandeliers were fantastic. Easy pick up and stop off from hotel.
