Snowmobile Ride And Thermal Pools With Hotel Pickup In Zakopane

Very fun experience with lovely guides. Olaf from Thousand Miles was very knowledgable about Polish culture and history and was a delight to talk to. During quadbiking we were in safe hands and got to go through the forest and the river with beautiful views surrounding us. After during the bonfire we got to learn more about the Highlanders and their mouthwatering food. Highly recommend this memorable experience!

We did the quad bike and campfire tour in Zakopane in a small group, and it was fantastic. The quad biking itself was a real adventure, great terrain, and the guide was very attentive, checking in with us at every tricky section. Olaf handled our transfer and the campfire, and he completely immersed us in Highlander culture, sharing stories, traditions, and facts about the region and Poland. He showed us traditional dress, equipment, and cooking methods, which made the morning really special. Pickup and drop-off were right at our accommodation, smooth from start to finish. Highly recommend Olaf and this tour!

Had an amazing experience quad biking, BBQ and time at the thermal pools. The quad biking was really fun, and the track/course was challenging but super fun! Pawel then took us to a BBQ where sausages & cooked cheese were all for us! Finally, he drove us to the thermal pools which were fantastic, where we spent three lovely hours relaxing, eating and drinking. Pawel was a great guide, he had so much knowledge and was really friendly, and perfect in English! 100% best day we had in Poland!

Michal is was fantastic with us today, he text the night before with a schedule of the events for the day of tour. Everything was timed beautifully and everything ran smoothly. The activities were fantastic and we had enough time at everything.

Michal was our driver for our trip. He messaged me the day before our trip to let me know what time he was picking us up. First we went on the quad bikes through the mountain trail. Michal kept us fully informed of times and explained everything. After that he took us for a bbq with drinks. We then went to the thermal baths. Before going in Michal explained everything and took us in to get bands etc. He met us after and drove us back to our hotel. I would highly recommend this trip!

Michal was a fantastic host and really looked after us on our trip, even going the extra mile and stopping for us to get coffee and drinks before we started the journey. The thermal baths really saved the day and Michal made sure we had everything we needed and had a fantastic time. We were a little disappointed that it was quads and not snowmobiles and we appreciate this was out of the tours control due to the weather however, feel we should of been advised of this before the cut off so we had the option to change the experience to go to the centre or cable car instead as the quads were a different route and not what we were hoping for. Overall had a great day and can not recommend Michal enough

We had an incredible experience in combining snowmobiling and thermal baths. It was easily one of the highlights of our trip. Our driver and guide, Michal, was fantastic from start to finish. He communicated clearly the evening before, confirming the pick-up time and giving us a helpful overview of how the day would unfold, which made everything feel smooth and well organised. True to his word, he arrived right on time the next morning. The snowmobiles themselves were excellent, powerful, but so much fun to ride through the stunning snowy landscape. The view was absolutely incredible! After the adventure, we stopped for some traditional local treats, including smoked cheese and BBQ sausages cooked right there in the snow, which added such an authentic and memorable touch to the day. The experience was perfectly rounded off with a visit to the thermal baths, where we could relax and unwind after the excitement of the snowmobiling. Overall, a brilliantly organized day with a great mix of adventure, local culture, and relaxation. Highly recommend, especially if you’re lucky enough to have Michal as your guide!

due to no snow we went extreme quad biking - and to say it was thrilling and terrifying at the same time would be best how to describe the experience - there was a barbecue after but i am not good with spicy food but others enjoyed it - the thermal springs was a fantastic experience spoiled only by me falling badly in the changing room ( flip flops could be provided) our guide michal was incredibally good making sure i was seen by the medics and keeping an eye on me on the way back to our hotel, he has also contacted me since to see how i am doing which i find very thoughtful - couldn't recommend him highly enough

The experience was really great, even though there wasn’t any snow. We still did the quad activity, which was a lot of fun. Our guide, Marko, was excellent, very helpful and professional throughout. Michal, our driver, was also very kind and made everything smooth for us. However, one thing to note is that although we booked the activity through Viator, it didn’t clearly mention that there would be an additional fee of around €90–€100 per person. We had already paid €55 each on Viator, so we expected that to cover most of the experience. It would have been good to know about this extra cost in advance. The quad ride itself lasted about an hour and was really enjoyable, though I personally would have loved a bit more time! Overall, a very nice experience—just make sure you’re aware of the extra charges before booking.

What a fantastic day , from start to finish , excellent communication from Kamil beforehand and then arrived exactly as agreed in a lovely vehicle . Kamil was so informative and helpful throughout the day . Great experience with both quadbiking and the thermal spa , this is a must -do experience when visiting krakow and Thankyou again to Kamil for an excellent day . Highly recommended and well worth the money .

We did quad biking due to not enough snow for snowmobiles but it didn’t disappoint. It was amazing we had a great time and it was definetly our favourite day in krakow. The views are beautiful and our tour guide marek was amazing. Went out of his way to make sure everyone was having a great time and made us all feel welcome. Would 100% reccomended definitely worth the money

Very good experience. First time in zakopane, was able to experience the snow on a snowmobile which was a life time memory. We absolutely loved it. Kamil was nice and very relaxed, making this a very good experience. Would highly recommended

Wonderful snow tour, very well organized and filled with amazing experiences. The thermal baths were perfect for relaxing, the snowmobile ride brought just the right amount of adventure, and the barbecue was a delicious way to end the day. Disappointed. The description of the activity gives the impression that you'll have a great excursion; however, in reality, the itinerary bears no resemblance to reality. The ride itself isn't guided, it's a driver. The motorbike excursion lasts less than an hour, including preparation and the ride itself. There's no bonfire or typical food. The cheese tasting is a five-minute activity in a small cabin on the road back to the hotel, and if we hadn't requested it, it wouldn't have happened since after the hot springs they were driving us back to the hotel. The cost is completely disproportionate to the quality, the itinerary is incoherent, and in our opinion, it's not worth it. Do it yourself. I don't recommend it.

This trip was absolutely amazing our tour guide was brilliant we had the best day definitely worth doing if your heading to krakow!!

Really good day trip, we did the quad biking instead of the snowmobiles as sadly there wasn’t enough snow which we were a little disappointed about, however it was still a really fun experience! We then went for a little barbecue with lots of sausages, cheese and vodka which was good. The thermal spa after was also lovely and relaxing after a long day! Would definitely recommend.

Absolutely amazing from start to finish snow mobile was brilliant the BBQ was great and the thermal spar was lovely. Our guide Michal was really good we had the best day ever I highly recommend this trip we were not disappointed, great value for money and we will be going back next year 😊

We highly recommend this tour to people of all ages. Definitely one of my most memorable experiences. The host and driver were both kind and made the trip more enjoyable with their clear instructions and the way they prepared the bbq for everyone. The snowmobile was such an exciting part of the trip and lastly, relaxing at the thermal baths was a great way to end the day.

The actual trip was amazing, the only downside was that i had made a mistake due to putting in TripAdvisor things to do in Krakow and this came up. I assumed it was pickup from Krakow its from Zakopane, the driver said he had seen this quite a bit, we got the bus there and back which cost us 4 £100 extra and they wasn't too helpful to be honest. I filled in the pickup place around 15 days before i was able to cancel and they messaged me the day before saying it was from Zakopane and not Krakow and it's tough in a nutshell. The minibus driver was really nice and good, also the guy at the cheese hut was a laugh, the pools were really good and the snow mobiles really good.
