Excellent tour. Would definitely recommend. Very organised from hotel pick up to drop off. Driver was amazing with fantastic communication skills.

Stand by fo queues, Plenty of steps to descend, plenty to see. There is a small lift to get you back, very small lift but it's fast. Very impressive overall imo. The guide was very good and got the travellers involved as we went round. 5 star experience for me.

A really informative and enjoyable tour of the Salt Mines. Special shout out to our driver Jerry who was able to give us a historical tour of Krakow on our journey to and from the Salt mines, he really made the trip.

Really enjoyable experience exploring a fascinating salt mine with historical relevance. Very spacious and not claustrophobic at all, but be prepared to go down about 400 steps at the start. Pick up and driver were very punctual and professional.

Great service we were picked up on time by a very friendly and knowledgeable Tomas. Everything ran like clockwork. Make sure to wear trainers or shoes with a grip as some of the floors were uneven

It was quite rushed, barely time to really take in the experience. Towards the end. The guide didn't explain well enough where to wait for the Museum tour (included). I missed it because the waiting area was in an entire different place.

The Salt Mines are definitely worth a vist. Absolutely stunning. Having Tomas as our driver made the travelling so easy. He picked our group up from multiple hotels, and dropped us at the airport after our tour, keeping hold of our luggage while we were in. Very friendly driver and bizarrely used to stay 5 minutes from our house! Small world. Also used My Krakow Driver for our initial airport to Krakow transfers & again dropped out group at 3 different hotels. Price very reasonable. Good communication and very reliable. Whst more can you ask for?

An interesting and unique experience. It does involve an LOT of stairs and walking. Our driver was friendly and full of information about the visit and Krakow history.

We met Hubert at the airport, on the way to the hotel he offered us some tours of Krakow, including the one to the mine. We preferred to do the tour he proposed because it was cheaper than one already booked. I highly recommend.
