Jaromir picked us up on time. He was really nice and fun to talk to. He explained in great detail what to expect. He walked us to the front of the line so there was very little waiting. He seemed to know everyone there. There was a long line and I was glad to book this tour with his company. Tour was worth it and Jaromir made it easy. We had a great time! Highly recommend!!

Oskar was extremely helpful getting us booked in for both the salt mines and Auschwitz when we visited Krakow. Excellent service from Oskar for this tour which he added on to our Auschwitz visit at the last minute and allowed us to accomplish a lot in one full day in Krakow. It was a truly great trip. The mine is definitely worth visiting – it’s a unique place on the map of Europe. Everything went smoothly and pleasantly. Our driver was very friendly, helpful, and punctual. He accompanied us from the car all the way to the entrance, so we didn’t have to worry about getting lost :) Everything was perfect! I visited the Wieliczka Salt Mine with my friends and I highly recommend it! The place itself is impressive – beautiful chambers, stunning underground lakes, and a very well-guided route. On top of that, our driver was an amazing guy – easy to talk to, friendly, and created a really fun atmosphere during the trip. Great company, great organization, and an overall fantastic experience.
