Private Transfer: Krakow City - Krakow Airport

Excellent transfer service Great communication and he waited for us even though we had a 3 hour wait through passport control. He came back and got us Amazing car , leather seats and so comfy Definitely use again

Picked us up as planned and then smooth ride to the hotel. Driver provided some helpful city tips along the way.

My driver was great. He arrived right on time and gave me a great history lesson on Poland. 10/10 would recommend to everybody I know traveling to Krakow.

Great service and very helpful when an issue arose and sorted very quickly. Arrived on time for pick up friendly driver.

We pre-booked our transfer back to the airport before we left Ireland. It was confirmed by email straight away. The price which we were quoted was exactly what we were charged on the day. Our driver, Arek, was patiently waiting for us when we came out. He was a very friendly knowledgeable guy. We would have absolutely no hesitation in recommending this firm. Very professional and efficient service.

The driver was safe and fast! Everything went as planned, and the price was low, 119 plz. I highly recommend this company.

arrived very promptly, spotless car inside and out, driver polite and professional, safely driven to the airport in comfort

I was recommended by another customer who visited Krakow to use this company, I am so glad I took her advice. I travelled with my mum for a 6 day break we booked a return airport transfer & also a day trip to the salt mine all for a reasonable price compared to others that I looked at. I Will definitely use this company again & I will recommend to my friends & family. Thank you Dominek & team

Courteous and careful driver. Arrived on time and assisted with our luggage. Patiently answered our questions about life in Krakow. Clean and comfortable car.

Perfect! Told us what time he would be at the hotel - and he was there right on time. Asked us about our visit to Krakow and was generally really friendly, and just a really helpful guy! Will definitely use this service again when we revisit! This was just the perfect end to our stay in Krakow!

Excellent. After having a bad experience with another company airport to hotel (over 2 hours late!) We decided to book our return with this company. Driver met us at the hotel (no cars could get to the front of the hotel) therefore we didn't have to worry about finding the taxi. Driver was polite and we had a much better experience getting back. Those who were saying the driver was 10/15 minutes late... we booked our taxi for 10.30am for our flight at 2pm! Maybe be over cautious when using public transport. Also those who were saying it's expensive? 89pln = under £18...? In the UK we pay £20 for transport for just outside of town, could be a 10 minute journey... we gave our driver 150pln (just under £30) and we thought it was a very good price for the service provided. I understand it was pricey for Krakow, but we found Krakow to be ridiculously cheap and therefore felt it was absoultley essential to tip everywhere. Company was very good, no complaints, thank you.

I fully recommend using this company. Driver was early, friendly and helpful. Will use again! Thank you!

Very easy to book, the pick up was on time and the driver was very polite. Excellent service would recommend

The driver was there on time and was very polite and a smooth driver. New vehicle, clean and comfortable.

Picked up on time, car was immaculate and driver very friendly, would recommend and will use again. First class service.

Arrived one time, the driver was very courteous and he got me to the airport fairly quickly. Everything I asked for in terms of customer service was answered admirably.

I booked this through trip advisor and was happy with the service. It takes away all the hassle of trying to find the bus or taxi to take you into Krakow. The car and driver are well presented and the journey very comfortable. On the return to the airport there was some confusion as we were told when we arrived pick up would be 4.45pm outside our apartment. When 4.45 arrived there was no car so i rang and was told the driver was at number 1 and he should have been at number 11. This was soon remedied and we were on our way. Little bit scary. On my return home i received an email apologising for the mix up which i accepted as just that. That is the only reason i rate this as a 4 and not 5.

Booked through TripAdvisor and was really easy. I received confirmation straight away. The driver was extremely friendly and helpful, and even turned up in a brand new Mercedes. We had to change our pick up time and location whilst on holiday and the service was excellent. We just sent a message through the website and they messaged back within half hour, which bearing in mind it was a Sunday, was great. Fantastic service - would definitely recommend.

Fantastic service, booked online received confirmation email straight away. The driver turned up bang on time, was friendly and had a brand new Mercedes E Class. Don’t bother using anyone else

We arranged one way transfer from the city centre to the airport at the cost of 89 zl. Communication via email was clear, thorough and super professional from first contact to being dropped off at the terminal. We were picked up at 4am, and our driver was 5 minutes early, had a nice spacious and clean car along with a friendly manner. Would definitely use again on return to this wonderful city..

Friendly and helpful drivers. Very easy to book. Luxury transfers, well worth the money. Would book again.

What an excellent service! Very punctual, clean car and very professional . Very nice smell and everything so worth the money you pay.

The photo in the listing is not optional. Either you have a sedan or a van. Regardless, the vehicles are well-equipped and clean.

Transfer from airport to hotel for 12, punctual, accurate, nice means and very competitive cost. Perfect and recommended.

Spot driver both on the way and back. The picture on the ad is not contractual: on the way we had a Mercedes van and on the return a BMW 5 series so it is very random.
